I have 4 starts because everything was literally organized. If you needed to run in and look for a certain color shirt you’d be able to because everything is color organized. It was a little over pricey for my liking..: but I did see a lot more name brand things then most thirst stores. My first time here. I’d definitely visit again. - Wheezy

I love this store o needed pants for work and there were too pants the same but one was a bigger size and the other was smaller the bigger size was 50% off but my size was not so she actually lowered it for me i was very appreciated for this and they have a lot of good deals I rather come here than go to and actual clothing store bcuz times are hard as it is

Wow, just wow. Did I miss something? I thought this clothes was donated. They are priced more expensive than Ross and Burlington. Blue jean pants are from 9.99-24.99. Come on. This can't be serious.

I scheduled a pick-up online which I highly recommend NOT to do, at my storage location. The supervisor Todd and his employee showed up. Todd was not personable and had a bad attitude. They treated the nice furniture items I donated like trash. They left items outside on the ground that they couldn't take. I had to physically move them back into my storage. I feel bad for the families who have to shop here because they don't care about the items that they are selling to the customers. I still believe in the Salvation Army mission but not this location or their pick-up service.

Love this place! I'm able to buy plenty of baby clothes cheaper than anywhere else. Especially on 50% off day. It can get super busy but as long as you help by taking the clothes off the hangers and split the clothes up by pricing then it goes faster.

Complete and total waste of time. Very difficult to get to, although that is not their fault. The road is under construction making the businesses hard to get to. The store is nice and very large. They had mostly clothing, a fair bit of furniture and a small amount of housewares, toys and misc. But the prices were ridiculously high. I saw a kitchen gadet that was not new but it had its box, they had it marked over $29 but it was obviously from Walmart and the retail price was printed on the box was $14.98. Men's shirts averaged $7.99 for worn to very worn looking. Some nicer condition items were $9 - $10. Non name brand jeans for women were $10.99 and up. Badly worn couches for over $300 a stained mattress for $249. What's worse is everything in the place was donated it was all free to them. I've never been to A Salvation Army store that has such ridiculous prices. Whoever is responsible for setting the prices right doesn't know or doesn't care that it's supposed to be a thrift store.

Really disappointed with this location. The store is not well taken care of, even by Salvation Army standards, and the staff is awful. Near closing they started making announcements every 5 minutes warning customers about closing time, which is normal and to be expected. What was not expected were the unrelenting statements over the intercom that threatened not to check people out unless they were in line by 5 till, and the order sent out by the manager to turn out lights in a large section of the store ten minutes before closing. These tactics seem to help this location's employees get off the clock quicker, but my wife and I now fully understand and support the low ratings being given here. Sale or not, spend your money elsewhere.

Nice place to pick up furniture for college students and campers, they always have more dishes, pots and pans than other thrift stores. I needed a simple end table for my camper and had 6 to choose from. Another 3 were available if I had the time to refinish them. This is the best thrift store in Arlington. People are always friendly and helpful.

I was trying to 'save' money at Walmart but spent $97! I was very upset with the price, only because I only bought two shirts and two dress pants. It was way too expensive for what I got. Needless to say, I wanted to go to a different store where I would save some cash. I bought more items at this score with a reasonable price..I spent $19! I never EVER spend that little at any clothing store so I would be back! The customer service was amazing, the cashier let me know about discount Wednesdays!

Honestly, i love this store! I have been going to other thrift stores because i moved and didnt want to drive far to arlington, but this store is awesome. I always find good deals. They have the color tag 50% off during the week and clothes is 50% off wednesdays! I noticed they have re-organized a lot of stuff so its more pleasant shopping now. I always recommend this place. It would be nice if they had a points card or something for loyal customers.

Love this store. It's clean and well organized. The employees are wonderful, polite, and have a awesome attitude. Oh the prices are resemble. The only complaint I have is the women bathroom has been out of service forever. Please fix

Furniture is way over priced. A used couch for $399. Only went there for furniture. I figured I would look through some clothes to not have a completely wasted trip, none of the clothes are sorted by size. Sorted into sections men, women, etc. and by color. The racks are so over crowded you can't push the hangers far enough apart to see the sizes.

I've been to many salvation army stores around the metro Plex. And one thing I love about these stores is how organized they are like the location in Mansfield you walk in and it's just so organized and color coordinated that it just makes you want to buy something. But this store is extremely unorganized and I did not find a single thing that I wanted to buy. Which I can never make it out of one of these stores without a basketball. But the unorganization was so discouraging it just left after probably less than 15 minutes of being there.

Very nice compared to other salvation thrift stores I've been to. Very clean and we'll organized. Nice selection on furniture and we'll displayed. Can't speak to the courtesy of the staff considering I wasn't in long and didn't actually purchase anything.

Clean, organized friendly staff! Every Wednesday is customer appreciation all clothing is 50percent off. Houseware will be color coded for 50percent off. The selection is wonderful! Highly recommended :)

A while back I was out of work and needed a suit to wear for interviews. I went to this salvation army store and found three different suits that fit. I believe they were $20 ea and I could only afford one. I took them to the front to get a second opinion and gentleman up front pointed out the special where everything you could fit in one bag was $10. I said I don't think I could fit the suit into one bag, he took all three suits and laid them on the bag and said looks like they fit to me. I got all three for $10 and one of those suits I wore in my wedding. Thank you.

Donating should not be such a bad experience! Called ahead to make sure they were excepting donations, lady told me till 3. I showed up at 1:45 and several guys are shaking their heads NO as I drive in. Older man named Chuck is telling me they are done. I explained I called ahead. He wanted to know if I had the right store....very confrontational. All while smoking. Other guys are like "lets just do this".chuck proceeds to go thru my stuff saying its not good enough, even though in that box are items still in original packaging from when I gad remnants for making rugs.I HAD TO ARGUE WITH SOMEONE TO TAKE FREE STUFF!... young gentleman named Alex kept apologizing and I did get my stuff donated but I'm glad I had my husband there with me. Donated tons of movies, books, household items, and LOTSif crafting and 3 guitar hero guitars.

Place is very unorganized compare to Thrift Town. The tags do not indicate the size, items are out of its place and priced too high for things they receive for free. I like the people working there but they need to thing of organizing and saving time and money for customer. They can learn a lot from Thrift Town except the price. No listing of their store hours on Internet.

Great store in Arlington. Large. Well organized, find housewares. Shoes. Tons of clothes. Coats. Furniture. Highly recommended. Lots of parking. Easy to find of Abram road. Plus Wednesday all clothes 50% off. Take the time to look. Worth it.

Carelessly left my rx glasses siiting on a chair while I took picture of another couple PC of furniture. Reported to ck out area & was told to call back at closing time (6 pm) & perhaps someone may have turned them in if found. When I arrived home I looked at the pics I had taken & happen to see the glasses sitting on a chair . I called store immediately &,spoke to Martin. He looked for my glasses & did his best to find them but they were no longer where I laid them as seen in picture. He was so kind & patient with me & sometimes that is not always the case with retail employees but he was awesome. Thank you Martin for your professionalism &,kindness. Now, that was not the case with our male cashier Ricky, as our receipt showed so many discrepancies with some items listed ie: jewelry & linens listed more often ,than the items we left with. Virtually impossible to follow along & see what is being charged d/t the " bricbrac"?? 50% Discounts & open end discounts % confusing way it is rang up. Still would recommend this store & impressed how clean& uncluttered it is. Thank you.

A little frustrated and annoyed came here for a quick look and left in a bad mood.Although they color code the clothes they don't have size markers. What a waste of time! Like I have time to check the tag on every piece of clothing to make sure it's my size. Racks are crowded and a mess.Nope! Salvation Army.

The salvation army store has some great items but some of them are a bit high priced. These are donated items but some bits of furniture are in the 300.00 dollar price range.
