Tracy did an amazing job! My dogs 1st time here and she did a great job on him.The only issue was communication, I had him dropped off for his appointment at 10 AM (was told it’d be about 3-4 hours) never received a call when he was done. So when I called them at 3 they let me know they had texted to let me know he was ready (I never received a text). Other than that miscommunication I was very pleased with this place and how easy it was to book an appointment.

Oksana did an awesome job with my Pomeranian. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I also took my 3 month old German Shepard for his first groom / puppy wash. They came home smelling fabulous! The prices are very competitive and their customer service is also good. I believe I have found a long term groomer for my pups 😊😊

It was Awsome! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home which made us feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby "Rambo" with them! Joyclin explained the whole process to us since it was our first time being there and she also did an Amazing job on Rambo" when we picked him up he was still loving on Joyclin. We will definitely be taking Rambo back there!

They do great work my dogs are not upset or scared when I pick them up they are very 😊 happy. Just had my girls back to get groomed ( shaved hair, bath, nails, ect) melody is their groomer she very good with them.

My dog has been going to the Dig Spaw for over 7 years. I've since moved to Dalla but continue to take my fur baby here for grooming. Staff is so polite and my dog looks so good. I wouldn't take her anywhere else .

These ladies are amazing. Let me tell you because I do not have the patience to brush and groom a dog that keeps yelping with every stroke. Some how, Melany gets my doggies to be calm through the whole process and they come back looking super cute every time. You can't get any better for this price. Hands down the best groomers.

Love the prices and love the people! I take my maltipoo to see Melany every few months and she takes great care of him. The cut is great and he doesn’t walk away with any nicks. Easy scheduling online and a text when he’s ready for pickup makes appointments during the work week great.

Petra and Oksana are awesome! They do a great job with my dogs (3 of them), each with their own individual style. They're very nice, responsive and pretty quick for how busy they are. I say busy, as in they have plenty of dogs in each day, but I rarely have issues with scheduling appointments at the times I need.

This was my second attempt trying to get my dog groomed here. Won’t be coming back. Do not come here if your dog barks. First attempt was understandable because of his age. I had to wait another month for him to get his remaining shots so I rescheduled. Today I came back and was turned away. My dog is a barker but he’s not aggressive at all. He’s a sweet little snorkie that doesn’t know how to contain his excitement yet. The groomer oxanna I think her name was said she can’t groom him because she’s uncomfortable and he’s aggressive. He didn’t growl just barked a lot. She recommended I go to a vet to get something to calm him down and have him groomed there. I called other groomers to go somewhere else and told them what happened and they laughed and said she’s in the wrong field if she can’t handle a dog barking. I got down on my knees with my baby nephew who never sees my dog and showed her he’s not aggressive and she was in no danger. He wouldn’t hurt a fly literally. She refused him and wasted my time and gas today. Another customer was in the room and was saying “Awwwh he just likes to talk “ he walked to her a sniffed her again showing he’s not aggressive. I’m highly offended by the way the groomer reacted. I wouldn’t trust anyone like that with my dog. She clearly cannot handle her job well.

LOVE THIS PLACE. My dog is very nervous out in public a lot of the time because she is a rescue dog and they are so great with her. They are so nice and make sure you are happy as a customer. I won't take my cocker spaniel anywhere else I would even drive out of my way to get her hair cut here! Oksana is the nicest lady I have ever met!!
