This Ross is always well maintained and stocked. The shoes section could use some help but everything else is fantastic. Great furniture pieces at reasonable prices. I typically purchase sweaters and tees from them. Remember to inspect any item prior to purchasing.

The line very went fast the girl at the fitting room she was awesome she rocks she was there about 12:00 that's when I was there but she was absolutely amazing I give her a 10 star for customer service at overall she was just great what I didn't like that Don's Shoes being attached to each other I forgot about it and I started walking fell on my knees that's a big no no I mean I don't know how crazy that is but I forgot that the shoes were attached to each other started walking and think fell down on my knee......

Found clothes for 18 month great grand daughter's birthday. Got more outfits for my money plus Tuesday senior discount. The store workers were helpful.

I did like this branch more than the other one in Fort Worth, they have a huge collection and it is way organized than the other branches, the prices here is cheap, and that is the idea of all the store.You might have to wait in queue before you get what you want.Generally speaking recommended to have a brand stuff with low price

I’ve been going to this Ross for years and it’s always been decent. The store more than half the time looks like trash. Customer service is average, not bad nor great. They can’t keep employees though, so checkout is sometimes frustrating for example… I took off the hangers off my clothes, folded them but the person that checked me out unfolded each one when they didn’t even have a sensor like seriously lol but yeah don’t expect anything fancy here the deals are great though.

They didn't really have anything cute for my size 2x and up... but they had a lot for my boyfriend whose a medium but I still got him a size bigger to be safe. Clothes look like they run small

Norma is the area manager here is what she told me when I called and asked to speak to a manager. Norma is also the person who checked me out, she’s very rude and has no patience. I had to unfreeze my card and she told me to go back to that endless line since I needed to call a 1-800 number to unfreeze it. I said I don’t have to call a 1-800 that I have an app and can unfreeze it that way. She said unless I had another card to pay with she wasn’t going to wait and told me to go back to the end of the line. I did use a different card so I could just leave. She gave me a bag and told me to bag my own item. I wouldn’t return to this Ross. I got to Ross often so I know the lines can be long, it that wasn’t the issue. The issue was how rude she was. When I called to to talk to a manager she said it was her and that there was no other manager there. She never asked if there was an issue, or asked what I was calling for. I said oh okay, she said okay and that was the end of that.

This Ross gives great reasoning to find yourself in it's premises! The well shelving and great management by staff give this place to stand out from others! With that, you could find anything at a bargain here given the opportunity!

It was a busy visit, but the store remained tidy and the staff was very friendly. And I experienced the BEST checkout ever. There was a line as long as the week of Christmas shopping. These 2 cashiers corralled us in and out individually in about 3 minutes or less.

Terrible experience I came here to check their shoes and see if I can find a different size so I can exchange a pair that I purchased and I was racially profiled around the store and followed like I was stealing something absolutely ridiculous I will never be back here and I do not at all advise that anybody come to the store unless you want to be followed around like you’re a perp for no reason at all!! Don’t come here !

Terrible customer service by the Manager!!!! The line was wrapped into the men's clothing section, people had baskets full of merchandise, there were 3 people in the return line and 2 cashiers, 1 which was at the return counter, doing both lines. She needed a override, manager came up seen the line, did the override and left!!!! What type manager/supervisor does that?!!! This is why this store has a high employee turnover. I'm a manager and would never leave my staff like THAT, she could of jumped on a register or did the returns!!! I stopped shopping at this Ross for this VERY reason, it's always short staffed, I decided to try it again after about 6months and I see nothing has changed!!!

I was visiting TX and decided to stop by this location. The service was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced from any employees anywhere. I was discriminated against and the cashier refused to a knowledge me. I was treated like a arcing class citizen and I hope no on is ever treated the way I was. I have filed a complaint with corporate and should anyone see this from corporate, please contact me.

I do not know why these stupid stores can't get their hours correct! I checked on Google before going to make sure they stayed open until midnight. When I was walking through the door I was informed they closed at 11pm. She proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and the hours were posted on the sliding door. She said these were the "holiday hours". You reduce hours for the holidays!? That makes no sense! I just checked the company website and sure enough it says they are open until midnight. It's just maddening!!
