Horrible store. Stuff everywhere. My purchase was 19.47. I gave her a 20. She gave me back 50 cent. Where is my 3 pennies. She appeared to be frustrated, therefore I did not even challenge her. I know the register hadpennies. Oh well. Not that serious but let's do better. This store is by a major university and should be top notch.

I gave it a 1 star, because I'm disabled and not very mobile in walking. They don't have wheelchair carts and you can't take the buggy outside the store. It was really embarrassing for me that day, because I couldn't take buggy out and had things I couldn't carry. If disabled people are going to spend their money at the store, you should at least try to accommodate some things like wheelchair carts like some other stores have. Just my opinion 🤷.

Machines went off after keyring in my card details. I was charged, but they told me I have to pay again because they didn't see the payment in their system. I ended up paying double, but I haven't been refunded yet

I just tried to go to this store today and I had just bought a coffee, because you know what normal people like to do? They like to enjoy themselves on their weekend get a coffee or drink of choice and go shopping. But as I entered the store the security guy stopped me and told me that I was not allowed to bring a drink inside the store and that I could leave my drink unattended at the front of the store on a table. LOL okay then I'll just go somewhere else and not spend my money here. That's a good way of losing out on sales and in this economy with lots of big businesses shutting down, not a very smart move. I've never experienced that in this store or any other Ross that I've been to before today. And as I was leaving a family was coming in and guess what they had drinks so I told them that they were not allowed to bring the drinks per the security guard and guess what? They left too. That is probably the most asinine rule I've ever seen at a retail store.

The assistance of Jewelry, she was a black lady. Very rude to me. She told me to do line to get my jerwelry when I already did the line. And she was yelling to me. Never coming to this place back again. Hopefully she gets fired because she does not respects the clients.

Not the best experience. I went to the fitting rooms and an African American young lady was there. She asked me how many items and I specifically said I have two clothing items and a pair of shoes. She told me that was fine and to grab a number two for my dressing room to indicate that I had two items. I go into the fitting rooms and I’m undressed and all of a sudden there’s this banging at my door about 5 minutes into me trying the two items on. Let me add that these doors do not lock and anyone can come in on you. I responded and a woman began to yell at me through the door about how I’m not suppose to have shoes in the dressing room. This would have been fine if it wasn’t for her tone or the way I was treated as if I was trying to steal them. I immediately get dressed and the woman was an older Asian woman. I leave out and I go to ask her about it and ask where the woman was who checked me in. She yells at me about how she felt I was doing the wrong thing by taking the shoes into the dressing room. Mind you I checked in with someone before hand and told them I had the shoes . She started saying how it’s the policy etc. but in a very rude way. Literally trying to accuse me. I didn’t want things to get worse so then I asked to speak with the manager. She points and tells me she doesn’t care because I’m the one in the wrong. When I spoke to the “manager” Anthony who’s tag actually only says area supervisor he seems very uninterested in what I had to say told me he would speak to the woman so I stayed in the store a good 15 minutes even got in line and waited to see if he would move from the front door to address the situation he never did. Very poor customer service and disorganized. The woman who initially allowed me in should have known I couldn’t if this is the company policy. I had no extra bags or a jacket so there was no way I could have taken anything and they were heels. Had I not had something to do yesterday night I would have just left the store and not made my purchase. Do better.

Bought something that turned out to be expired contacted customer service and they apologized and wanted to issue a $5 card for almost poisoning me 😂😂 I hung up on them and was very surprised how low their standards and ethics are! Just dont trust anything double check everything $5 gift card is not worth it to risk your life

I always go to Ross first when I need need an item. For example linen, cookware or a gift. Good prices and friendly staff

I asked to try a bra on and was told that i cannot try it on but it can be returned. Which i think it's a stupid policy because if you try it on at the store you wouldn't have to take it home at all. It's unsanitary if lingerie's are returned after they have been taken home. I asked to talk to the manager she told me it was the corporate's policy. In my opinion it needs to be reviewed for sanitary purpose.

This use to be a party city but was turned into a Ross and open up a few months ago. I like that there is more options in this part of Arlington for clothes and home decor like Ross. Located in the 4 corner shopping center there is plenty of parking here on most given days. They have your typical store layout so it's easy to find what you are looking for when you walk in.The store is organized for the most part but you still find random things in other departments of the store, an example I found some camping gear in the baby section of the store lol. I think this is as best as is gonna get in terms of organization. I did see they had a good variety of luggage and it made me smile, not sure why but maybe because it was colorful luggage. The handbag section had some cute backpacks that would rock any day of the week.At check out the cashier was average, she was nice, ask how I was, told me my total, and handed me my things and I was on my way home. Walking out/in of the store you are greeted by the loss prevention team so you can rely on them to greet you when you walk in.

The customer service at this place is trash. The cashiers refuses to put the items in bags and will hand you the bag to bag the items yourself. I have never experienced any of that at any other Ross stores. And they are very rude on top of that, I will definitely not go back and if you want a good experience you may want to shop at another location.

They have alot of stuff. Went in looking for an extra charger. Got a nice cute 6foot one for $7.99. Hubby got an extra C port charger for only $4.99.

The tall light skin girl at the cashier's is simply rude and full of attitude. This time around i politely told her that i didnt need a bag coz i had another and she just rolled her eyes at me! She knows not a first thing about customer service. It is not my first time experiencing her ...her ID is 2119354

I went the 1ist week this store opened and was followed by security mind you I bought something. I went for a second time since I was in that part of town Sunday April 24. And was followed by the security guy all the time I was there it was so uncomfortable. I have gone to other ross stores and never has this happend to me.I understand it's their job to watch but to make it so obvious that your following one person out of so many people in the store is nonsense. This time I left without buying anything definelty never coming back here ever again.

The hispanic girl in the white hoodie with the highlighted hair working in the afternoon on Jan.13 really needs to learn to be more courteous to customers. Something as simple as smiling , saying excuse me, please and or thank you, can go a long way. Don't just go ordering customers around. She's young so the fact that she acts as if she's superior to the customers there really needs to be addressed. I just hope this can be used as a learning lesson, so future customers aren't disrespected.

Imagine going somewhere and sifting through leftovers from other stores for an hour to find some things you want, and the prices are pretty good so that's nice, but then you find out the line is going to take two hours. No thanks.

Worse customer service, slow people behind the register. I mean really slow but they still can’t figure out to take the alarm thing off. Every customer before me had to go back after purchase and get bags checked for it. 🙄

I was discriminated at this store by the checker and manager because I am white. They told me to leave my stuff and go. Iv been battling cancer abd even told them. I’m fighting to be the 20% that lives and they were rude and worst customer service Iv ever had. They were racial discrimination against me and my life matters. Iv been fighting to live so I can finish raising my kids and because I and my family were the only white persona there they racially discriminated against me and told me to just leave my stuff and go. Ross has a problem with only hiring non white employees and allowing white customers to be treated indifferently, racially discriminated. My life matters too. All lives matter bo matter what color you are. All lives matter even white lives .

This location was dirty, hot, 2 people checking out while line was swinging to the back of store. I have visited a ton of Ross Stores. This one by far was thee most dirty and raggedy. To add air was not working. Terrible experience.

Parking is impossible, store is small and clothes on floor everywhere, the aisles are so narrow they barley fight the shopping cart. Was not please with this shopping experience. The only pleasing thing was the cashier very friendly.
