I ordered online and still no notification my order is ready for pick up 24 hours later. I have called, left messages and called corporate and chatted online to receive call back. Nothing. Spoke with other location and they told me to keep calling. No use. How can no one answer or contact me after all methods?? Especially when other store tried to help.

I received help from a really nice, young lady in the afternoon this past Tuesday finding Rangers Tshirts for the game later that day. She helped me find the ones I liked online and was so kind. I did not get her name, but she looked of Southwest Asian descent. The store itself had tons of selection as well. I will definitely be back, like Schwarzenegger, but in a good way!

I walked in and was instantly greeted! The staff was great and showed me exactly to the A&M section and helped me choose my item! i was then checked out by the Manager Alexa, who was extremely helpful and asked about my day! Will definitely be back very frequently!

We have enjoyed shopping here from time to time to buy gifts or items to support our favorite team. It is a little clunky at the point-of-sale with several notes, Post-it‘s and notices about what you can and cannot do with your card what button to push etc., they really need to figure this out and make it much more seamless, user-friendly and remove the friction for the customer. I simply want to make a purchase and be able to swipe or tap my card. If it is not that simple than the problem is on your end..

The selection was amazing!! We were there on Aug 13 around 8 pm and there appeared to be six employees, but only two young men appeared to be working and assisting the customers. Ryan and another guy helped us find the items and completed our purchase while four women employees stood at a desk talking loudly (often cursing loudly) the entire time we were in the store. The distribution of work was not equitable.

I really enjoy going to Rally House Arlington. They have alot of merchandise to choose from. They always have what I need, especially if I plan early. The customer service is a plus. I also like that they will hold an item for you if needed. Thank you.

The customer service is outstanding at this location. They were all attentive and kind. We were assisted with finding the perfect jersey for our dog, and found a fun Dallas skyline shirt for my husband. The selection is great, and we will be back before football season because the customer service was so wonderful.

Elaina, Alexis, and Trina made my most recent visit there super pleasant. I went to exchange a Christmas gift that didn’t fit. Trina did everything possible to find the size I needed. The cashier who I believe was Alexis was very patient with the exchange process as I had picked out a different item altogether. She went into her inventory to check if the original item was available at a different store. Turns out they showed three at their location. Elaina went to hunt down the item and was successful. These three saved a Secret Santa gift for me that means a ton to me. Thank you ladies so very much. Wishing you the best this coming new year. Rally House will always have my business and it’s because of the attention I received and the service I received.
