I always have a good experience in the grooming department! My groomer, Trinity, was so good with my slightly anxious little dog. I've taken my dog here several times over the past few years and each time has been a good experience. He never seems overly stressed when I pick him up and he always looks great! The groomers are friendly and efficient, prices are good and it's easy to book online.

While I like that you have a large selection of pet food, toys and other products. Your associates that man the checkstands are very rude. (And hardly attentive as I had to wait a good 3 minutes before someone showed up) Firstly he wanted my phone number and immediately gave me snark when I didn't want to. Keep insisting on doing so and his attitude didn't waiver.I hardly visit PetSmart and now I'm going to go elsewhere if you require my phone number or be given an attitude if I don't. I have had worse experiences elsewhere but not having registers open with those who do, make you feel like a burden for shopping there.

Had my cat groomed here Kory was so polite, confident and worked me in after Petsmart in Mansfield didn’t schedule my appointment for 3 cats to be shaved and only 2. I wouldn’t normally express my dissatisfaction with an establishment however, I think it’s important to say something. For about two years I’ve been helping my sister take her dog, Lilly to the groomer at PetSmart. Every visit to PetSmart with her is nothing short of a horrifying disappointment. The sheer lack of consideration for the pet's well-being left me furious and questioning why such a supposedly pet-friendly establishment could be so neglectful. At first I thought Lilly was just not used to the groomers as I am aware it takes some dogs longer than others. However, on a daily basis, Lilly is full of life and extremely friendly to people and other dogs. So a drastic change in her behavior is alarming.It seemed like from the moment we enter, Lilly was subjected to an environment that was more like a nightmare than a place catering to pets. Trembling uncontrollably, crying, and even urinating due to the overwhelming stress, it was evident the she knew this place is not safe.What infuriates me even more is the aftermath that occurred this time – she is avoiding any interaction with the family, continuing to cry and constantly shaking, clearly traumatized by the ordeal. PetSmart should be ashamed for allowing such distressing experiences to happen. I am deeply disappointed in the care for the animals coming here. Although I cannot see first hand what is happening, clearly something bad is occurring and PetSmart needs to do a better job at ensuring animal care is at its priority.

We recently lost our Pomeranian, and it isn't a good time to start over with a new dog. But we are very much a pet family so we decided to go with a parakeet (budgie).I've had health problems recently, and the staff was very helpful and went beyond the expected. Our new baby is healthy and bright eyed. Once we've had time to bond with and train him a bit, we'll definitely return here to find him a friend.

Love the location but strongly dislike the customer service at this location. No one is happy to work here. If I come to this location it's because it's convenient for me to come here. The District manager needs to check on the staff. Especially Emily the worst customer service I have ever had at Petsmart. Don't get helped by emily unless you like to be mistreated emily is your girl than!

We are very disappointed with the recent grooming of our dog . We brought in pictures of what we desired. Immediately, Kory stated “ that’s not what you want and that she didn’t want to use that blade” She was loud and did not even want to have a discussion.She should have just volunteered that she couldn’t do the classic cut we wanted. We would asked told her to leave the face alone. Instead, she did what she wanted to do and did awful job with framing the face and cutting the beard of our dog. It’s downright embarrassing. It is the worst grooming we have ever had. It will take months to grow out. We will not return and are researching other groomers.

Brought my dog here for pawdicure Plus service. Which includesNail cut, trim and grindEar cleaningPaw/pad trimCologne spritzTeeth brushingAnd bandanaOnly got a nail grind and some paste shoved onto my dog's tongue. . . Until I asked for her ear cleaning. I didn't even bother about everything else because of how the stylists' attitude was.Not coming back. I've been here 20 million times. May not be petsmart, may just be the stylist. But do better.

Blake at checkout was truly amazing! He even remembered me from my last visit and what I ordered. Blake kept a smile and laughed our entire checkout. It is nice to see someone who smiles at work and have great customer service. This is the only location that I will go to! Blake deserves a raise!!

Crystal S. is the best groomer!! She does an amazing job with my Izzie. I just recently had her groom our new puppy Luna Canela and she did an equally amazing job either her! I definitely won't be taking my dogs to anyone else.Also, the store in general has some very friendly staff and they're very helpful!My husband and I have been coming to this location for about 9 years and have used crystal for grooming the last 5 or 6 times my pups have been groomed :)

We are visiting out of state and my husband went to the veterinary area to ask if there is over the counter for a dog with diarrhea. He was told he would have to ask someone in the store because they were a veterinary clinic. I completely understand they are a clinic and they get paid for their advice but we weren’t asking for any services just if there was an over the counter recommendation we could try first. Very disappointing!!

Not sure who runs their inventory but they are ALWAYS out of adult dog food specially the Purina brands. If they run out of these constantly why are they not stocking up? Last time I visit this place, will stick to PetCo.

Groomer chose not to provide me assistance based on how I looked and lied about calling my vet to verify my dog vaccination, this was piss poor service and just wasted my time. My vet was open and spoke with manger if petsmart but Groomer still was able to refuse me service based on the fact she didn't like me. I will be following up with the corporate office. i would give this place zero stars, had to select one to write the review.

Booked my fur baby and Crystal S was super rude and unprofessional. The manager made no real effort to hold her accountable for being a repulsive human being. She is not fit to groom a scorpion. I am appalled that people would be in the service industry and have no customer service skills. Horrible human and poor hiring practices for this location. Bump your baby toe.
