I drive from Dallas all the way to this location just to make sure my pup gets the best treatment. The groomers always go above and beyond to make sure my furbaby looks, smells, and feels good. Keira, Kameelah, Gabriela and Avalon are the best! I definitely recommend this location. ❤️

I want to commend a particular employee! Her name is Evelyn and she was working in the Aquatics department. I checked out at this store on 05/02/2024 at 06:35PM and the store was absolutely crazy busy! My boyfriend and I called before we went to make sure they had a particular fish and Evelyn answered the phone, she went to check and let me know which ones they had and was super friendly!When we got to the store there were MANY people looking at fish and she was helping a customer with their choices. We asked if she could help us, she finished up with them and immediately came to help us.About half way through getting our fish she was called to the front for backup cashier. She asked an older gentleman to get our remaining fish. Before he finished with a guest he had the entire time she was already back and finishing our order.She was immediately called back(she was the only backup) to the front but proceeded to help us because she knew we had been waiting a while. She hurried and went back to the front and APOLOGIZED to us! So crazy, we should have apologized to her.We get up front and there was literally a line allllllll the way through the store.We finally make it to the front of the line and she comes running around the corner saying she could help us at the 3rd register. She was quick and super friendly! You would have never known she was running all around like a mad woman to help everyone.I appreciated her hard work and dedication to making sure people had a good experience

I recently had a disappointing experience at PetSmart. For starters, they didn’t bathe/clean my pet right, he had a spot on his head that was still there. The service was terrible, the job done on my pet's grooming was $106 and was BELOW expectations, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. Overall, not the level of service I anticipated from a pet care store.Here’s a before and after:

Clean and friendly. There is a lot of parking. They have the least expensive dog Frisbee around, though it's a little too thick/heavy. The best dog Frisbee is sold by PetCo, but is costs 3 times more than PetSmart's. Most dog Frisbees are not made to actually be caught by the dog, so choose one that is light and easy for you to throw well.

Ok here is the thing. I usually don't write that much of reviews but the service level is impressive! So If you need someone who is knowledgeable on fishes. Talk to Crystal or bill. They are super helpful and super friendly

There needs to be more cashiers. Not just one, especially on a Friday afternoon. Otherwise everything was good. Found what we came for. Store is clean and organized. Bought a bed, toy and some other stuff for our new senior pup.

I boarded my dog for three days. When I brought her home she could not bark because throat was sore. I thought it was probably a virus & would pass. It never did & she eventually ended up with pneumonia. Total vet bills to date have been $500.00. My dog has her own back yard so never exposed to other dogs except this boarding.

Took my golden retriever to get a haircut and we had the worst experience. They did a very choppy haircut. When I went to pick him up my fur baby, Moriah the groomer just released him from the leash she was holding him and did not wait for us to secure him. Anyone could've open the door and my fur baby could've run out. I will never go back to this place. Moriah is very rude and shouldn't be working with dogs if she has no patience for them. Stay away from this place if possible and if you do decide to go make sure you choose a different groomer.

Hannah was my petstylist, and it was the worst experience ever! I honestly think I could do a better job than this. After I got my dog back, I was like "Omg, it's terrible" His hair wasn't even at all. It's not like I'm a picky person. So I went back in and asked if she could even them up. So she did trim them a little bit again, but it's still very bad! Plus, his nail wasn't even trim down. I called in and asked if she forget to do it. But she said she did it already... Hmm... I feel like I should've save $61 and go somewhere else instead or even do it at home by myself!

The groomers handled our giant fur babies wonderfully! They took the time to discuss grooming practices with our breed and did an amazing job with our final decision. Our dogs are so happy!! Thanks guys!!

This store had an on-site Nulo( Texas company) rep that was very helpful in getting the right food for both our chihiuauha puppies. Joshua took the time to go over the questionable ingredients of the other inferior foods we were giving them(chicken byproducts, corn, sugar etc) He even got us a basket to put our stuff in this is what we will be feeding them now. All the other staff were also awesome!

had a really weird experience with one of the older employees here, made me and my friend very uncomfortable. some inappropriate comments were made about the both of us as well as religious beliefs being expressed from the employee. i got my beautiful cat from here but i will not be returning..

I took my dogs to the groomers in the pet salon. My experience was not pleasant. I left petsmart sad and mad at the same time. Usually, I can trust that the groomers would do a good job and that they would take care of my wants for my fur babies. My groomer did what she wanted and what she thought was best and completely ignored the directions. One of my dogs was completely shaved when I asked for a trim and her tassels on the ears were completely cut and shaved. When I brought it to the groomers attention she stated that this is how she normally cleans up the ears and said we will note my wishes next time that, I came back. There will not be a next time. The groomer even had to re-trim my dogs sanitary area once the manager come because I had to request the motto of " if you don't like it then, you don't pay". Even the store manager was inconsiderate and only wanted to comp half of my unsatisfied groom. Only, until I stood up for what was right, did the manager agreed to removing the whole ugly dog groom. I have frequented Petsmart for years and the service that, I recieved was shady and unkind, let alone unprofessional. When I arrived home, I noticed that my second dog had a piece of hanging hair on the sanitary area, as well and the cut on the head was too bushy.I have frequented Petsmart for years and have spent lots of money in the store from purchasing, groomers and pet stays. I even considered dog camp however, the services that, I recieved on March 29th were shady and unkind, let alone unprofessional.

Used the curbside pickup for the 🐈⬛🐈litter. It's soooo heavy to put in a basket, unload to car, then unload at home and carry inside 😱. So I do it the easy way. It's placed in the car for me and I only have to lug it once.

Absolutely loved the professionalism and friendly staff here! My puppy was here for her first time and it was 30 hours total! I was a nervous wreck...but I called alot to check on her and how she was doing! They had no problem with me doing this and actually encouraged me to do so. I felt much better knowing she was being taken care of. When I picked her up she was so happy and I could tell she really had a great time while there! We will be visiting again in the future! Still loving all the employees here and the way the treat my puppy!Still going in for play days...she still has soooo much fun when here and we love the staff!!

I’ve been going here since I got my puppy 3 weeks ago, but I also got my hamster here! The cashier is very nice and makes conversation about what I’m buying and asks about my puppy. She always gives me tips on training and on different products. I took my puppy here to get groomed on Friday and they did a great job! I can actually see her face now! I asked them to hold her while I went and paid and when I came back they were playing with her on the floor I included a picture of her after her haircut. She was scared since it was her first time, but she warmed up when they played with her.

Took him to get groomed today at this PetSmart and he came back not being able to open his left eye and all the manager said was to bring him in tomorrow for them to check him out. Never taking him there again!…A worker there even told me that their has been so many bad incidents in grooming. Please don’t take your fur babies here !!

Do not get Lara as your groomer she had me waiting all day for my pup and didn’t even call me when he was done. It took me going up there to get him and he had BEEN done but I wasn’t called. Also I booked a tooth brushing service and there is still plaque on his teeth.

I took my dog for eye surgery but they got the wrong eye and hurt both. painful consequences that my dog suffered due to the doctor's inefficiency 😭

Clean store. Knowledgeable employees. I came to the store looking for an angelfish. They had a good selection to choose from. I saw lots of different new tanks that were for sale at very decent prices. Plus, lots of decor and rocks to choose from.

Was really disappointed today my family and was standing next to the lizards waiting our turn yes it was 20 minutes till close but we waiting for the older to explain to the young lady in front of us about a snake 🐍 then a young lady walk over saying we close in one minute my husband is at the register telling the cashier that we are going to buy a lizard she waiting for us then the other lady came an snatch the lizard out my have say we are close come back tomorrow cause we are close so my family and paid for dog collar and left we will no return to this location cause this not the first time she has been rude and guess what the lady didn’t even buy nothing just wasting time but older man was every nice on explaining everything

This has been my go to pet store for the love of my life, Callie. The people who work here always make visits special. Just met Mazie, a kitten much like my feral Callie when she was 4 months. This isn't a mill. All of the cats here are up for foster or adoption.

Unfriendly and rude store manager. I placed a curbside pickup order and received the incorrect food. Didn’t realize until I got home and opened one of the tins that it was the wrong one because the labels are the same color. Came back to the store the next day to exchange. Manager refused to refund me for the tin I opened because I didn’t bring it back even though it was their mistake. On top of that I drove 20 minutes out of the way to this specific location because it showed they had the flavor I needed in large quantity in stock when my local one didn’t. 40 minutes worth of gas, two days in a row and had to pay for the stores own mistake. Such garbage customer service, the manager didn’t even apologize. Will never come to this location again.
