I brought my dog in for a scheduled appointment (only bath, no clipping) and waited in the little room for 10 minutes (with a historical dog) for them to come out and check him in. It then took them 3 1/2 hours to call me, saying that they had finished. When I arrived, I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could get the slip to pay. Their only excuse was that "they got a little behind" and not even done very apologetically. I can't imagine how they could get that far behind, causing me to reshuffle my afternoon.While I was going to the register, I found a couple of clearance toys, so I took them with me. There were 3 girls at the register laughing and having a good time. When I set everything on the counter, she took the slip and rang it up. Afterward, she realized that she hadn't rung the rest up, so she had to make another transaction, all while the other two continued.Lack of focus on the primary job seems to run rampant at this location, and I'll find somewhere else to get my dog groomed.

After 4 hours and no call, I show up and ask about my dog. I'm told he had an "accident" - so they need another 45 minutes. My 3 year old doodle has never even had an accident in my house. He was left so long in a crate that he had no choice but to poop himself. They had only washed him and trimmed around his bum - after 4 hours! He had to pee so bad & was extremely thirsty. They would not bring him out immediately to me. I had to ask multiple times and be like why won't you bring out my dog! The groomer purposely pushed the door to the back crate area closed when she saw me looking that way. Why? I am disappointed that they would rather let your babydogs poop & pee themselves in crates - for hours, just to keep appointments when they are over booked and under staffed.

Workers are great. Got told to get vital care for my pets which sounded nice. Charged $16/month for the past 5+ months with it never pulling up on my account and never getting the discounts at all. Called to cancel, and that's not even an option. No refund at all 'it's a location issue so all they can do is raise it to IT' and cancel my auto renew BUT I'm still paying until October 2024 FOR NOTHING

One of the most accommodating locations I’ve ever been to. The store didn’t have a certain dog food in stock and the associate immediately offered to sell us a bag and have it shipped directly to our front door and allowed us to use their promotional offer for in-store purchasing. Will be returning frequently for my dog’s needs.

I can’t believe I paid for this, and will have to pay more to fix it, since this Petco location will not fix their mistake.I’m still trying to put myself in the groomer’s position and come up with reasons why she thought this haircut was acceptable and finished. I couldn’t think of any reason that would justify this.Besides the fact that this is the worst haircut my dog has ever received, the staff were incredibly rude and were blaming me for the botched cut.I’ve never been more excited to leave a store.

While grooming our daughters small dog they CUT OFF her rear dewclaw. They were clipping her nails and cutting her hair at the same time. The dog has two staples, a cone on her head, medicine and is only half trimmed...and missing a toe.

I have shopped this store for over 5 years now and truly loved it, for the most part employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. That is why when my dog groomer moved away 2 months ago I thought of this store 1st to come to for my pets grooming and wellness needs. I came into the store to personally meet with the grooming staff and spoke with Robyn several days before I came for their 1st appt for my 2 Pekingese babies . I explained to her that I have a new puppy (5 mos) and she was rather rambunctious and was going to need someone that is patient so she can get use to being groomed along with my 3yr old who absolutely loves coming to be bathed and groomed. Robyn, who I now know is the Manager of the grooming salon, set the appointments herself-as her the groomer for both of my dogs with an 8:30am appt 01/19/2022. I confirmed my appointment by text and showed up 15 minutes early as requested to give her my dogs shot records. Not only was she not there-she wasn't even scheduled to come in today, which I find VERY unprofessional and rude!!! When I asked for the store employees that were there to call her, that when they called her, she acted she didn't know what was going on and it was going to be a bother to come in. I immediately told the store employee to just forget it-I was not coming back-I absolutely REFUSE to let someone to touch my babies when its a bother to them to even keep an appointment that they set themselves!! I will not EVER go back!!

Just an update to this that was originally posted. I was given tons of awful information from the pet store could have easily killed my frog.. i am glad that i did research to make sure everything was ok. So don't always take the pet shops information on an exotic animal. They do have most items needed to care for the frogs but not all.I absolutely love the workers at this location they are beyond sweet and knowledgeable about ALL of their animals. Today I bought a pac man frog and it was such an amazing experience Ms. Patty walked down each aisle with me making sure I had everything I could possibly need to raise a happy healthy frog. I recommend this location to anyone interested in a new pet or anyone in need of information for their current pets. Along with everything you need to be able to care for your pets. Fully incredible place!

I want to say a huge thank you to Patty!! I recognized her from previous visits and she's always been friendly and helpful but she went out of her way yesterday. After a long week of booster shots and my little princess getting spayed, Patty was the only positive interaction we had this week. She was warm, and didn't rush our questions regarding the cone vs inflatable donuts; even showing our baby some love throughout the interaction.In a world where you encounter more people with rude attitudes and half-hearted efforts, Patty was refreshing and empitomized what a lot of us are missing- kindness. A huge shout out to Patty!

Up until today, I had no problems with this location. I scheduled my 2nd grooming appointment for my new Goldendoodle puppy and was told that they wouldn't groom my puppy bc he needed his rabies shot. They'd already groomed him once so I wasconfused. I just made this appointment with one of their team members in person the week prior. Today was a total waste of my time! Customer service and facial expressions go a long way people. The front office team showed no sympathy in the fact that I wasted a drive there. I drove to this location with the intent to get my puppy groomed after being told he could be seen less than a week ago. I would have never made this appointment for today if he wasn't going to be able to be seen until his rabies vaccines next week. I could have waited. A nice apology would have been nice for the miscommunication. I'll take my business to another location.

It was my first visit to this store. I worked with Evelyn and she was amazing!! She knew the products very well, answered all of my questions without hesitation. Her personality was exceptional! Everyone that I spoke with in the store was friendly and loved spoiling my little rescue, Dakota. I'm looking forward to our grooming appointment. I have no reservations that my baby will be well taken care of. Thank you Petco for your awesome staff!

I really enjoy coming here, even if most my orders are done online with in store pickup. Employees have always been kind and courteous. Very professional. But what stands out the most are the times ido shop in store, which is usually because I have looking for something new(food, toys, harness, leash etc.) The folks here always are asking if they can help me find something. And when i do have questions, I've always been responded to with a smile and my own person guided tour to locate what I had in mind. To top it of, the employees always say to give infirmation etc about the product I'm looking for and if they don't happen to remember or know the answer they actually go and speak to someone who does and then relates to me. You just don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. And that's why I needed to leave a review for this particular location. They do work with the customer in mind. And that is such a wow in this day and time. Thanks guys!
