The workers are very nice, even they have bilingual at the front desk, it was very nice talk with someone on my 1st lenguage. Great service! 5 stars. I got what I was looking for my puppies and the plus was the information about the veterinary service on weekends.

A month ago we came to this location and we're able to get GPS tags for our dogs. The staff was very helpful. A few weeks ago I had to get ear drops for my dog and I kind older gentleman helped me find the proper ear drops and gave me advice on the care of my fish

Always friendly and helpful staff. And our dog just loves going there. But she was not thrilled about the having to get into the dog wash station this afternoon. But the manager brought us some treats to help us get her through it. And it calmed her down. They always go out of their way to be helpful. They’ve earned my pet care/supplies business for good!!!

The worst experience ever! I called this location to ask about the self wash for my dog. The young lady explained the process and I asked if I needed an appointment. She said yes it would be best if you schedule so you won’t have to wait around. I told her I needed an appointment after 4pm because I didn’t get off from work until then. So she scheduled me a 4:30 appointment and I immediately told her that I would be traveling at least 30 minutes from the store and I wouldn’t make it at that time. She said oh no problem the time is blocked off for you. At no point during the conversation did she mention that the last bath had to take place before 5pm, because they shut down at 5!Of course as nature would have it I was stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until 5pm. Then the girl is like oh I'm sorry we have already shut down the bath stations. I said well I told you I would not arrive at 4:30. She said well I thought you came.Very poor communication and unprofessionalism. I told her someone should have called me before I wasted a 45 minute drive out of my way! I will never visit this location ever again! Thank God I was able to locate another self wash spot of my fur baby and it was the best experience ever!

Used their in house vaccination to update doggie vaccines. Staff was friendly and efficient. Good first time experience tried to make dog at ease during shots and blood draw. Too bad they can't provide a mini exam in the service but glad to use since I can never get an appointment with our regular vet during this time.
