Everyone there is always super friendly and willing to answer all the questions I have. They helped me with my guppy set up, and I couldn’t be happier. They always have such a wide selection of colorful fish, and I always seem to find unique ones I’ve never seen before. I would highly recommend them for all your pet supplies shopping.

I came around 10 AM on a weekday and felt like the employees would prefer I didn't bother them. I needed advice on proper manteince for my pet between groomings but was frustrated no one helpful was around. There was a young lady at the register that was sweet and spoke on my way out but I couldn't justify the prices without some input from a sales associate.

This place is really clean with great staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I used the self dog wash and it was really easy. They gave us a free dog treat but she wouldn't eat it. That's weird right?

We have been fans of this store for quite a while. Good supplies and decent selection of fish. Personally, my wife and I have spent a good thousand dollars up there. We run several tanks and we would generally speak with a guy with long hair that was always a great help. Not sure if he works there or not any more.However today went to purchase about 15 fish and were basically told no and we should only purchase a few because of ammonia levels.. I didn't feel like arguing (although I shouldn't even have to). Her demeanor was somewhat insulting as we have been running tanks for years and these were going to be separated in a holding tank. The lady that "assisted" was pretty set on acting like we had no idea what we were doing. Even after telling her the size tank they were going to eventually be placed in.Additionally, it felt like she was trying to make a statement in front of a younger employee who was cleaning a tank.Sadly, we will not be returning.If a customer comes in with multiple tanks over a hundred gallons, odds are they probably know what they are doing. Missed opportunity.

All I can say is Beth is the ABSOLUTE BEST! This lady takes awesome care of our dog Hovi she truly is a dog whisper we won’t let anyone groom Hovi ever again as long as Beth is alive!

The little snotty girl working in the check out needs an attitude adjustment and needs better training. I’ve worked in customer service for 17+ years and I’ve never treated anyone this way even on a bad day.Returns aren’t hard. Being nice isn’t hard either.We’ve been customers for years but we’re done. We’ll find somewhere else after today. Don’t shop here.

This location offers a variety of pet food and various top quality supplies they also have a great groomer! My dog is a scared little thing and they are always so kind to her. Which is why we repeat visit. The prices for this service are comparable to others in the area. We trust that they will treat our girl with kindness.

BEST groomer around!!! Both of my dogs love Beth!! She has groomed them since their first haircut and they are almost 4 now. My dogs get happy and excited when they see me turn into Pet Supplies Plus. They bark to get out of the car and strain at their leashes to get to Beth at the back of the store!! They love love love her!!! Beth is amazing and always does an EXCELLENT job. Tell Beth that Sarah Jane sent you...:-)

Always have what I need to keep my Labrador and the cats happy. When I can't make it to the store, I use the delivery service, and they are prompt, and they drop extra goodie snacks in the bag, which the pets love.

My beagle loves to go visit her best friend in the grooming department. Carissa (hope I'm not butchering the name) does an amazing job with my little puppy girl. Carissa has a way with my pup whom absolutely hates having her nails clipped. We're big bags of Pet Supplies! The rest of the staff is super friendly as well and the dote on the little one when we comes in. She doesn't hate that at all!

Got my dog groomed here. Second time and they did a great job just like the first time. First time I ever had a dog that needed grooming. Had to have him. A little Rescue dog.:-) I have always owned Boston Terriers and still do. There wash and wear types of dogs. Lol

The self wash area is way too small and not much options. I am used to self wash which very good with lots of supplies including ear buds nail trimmer etc in self wash area. Also the price increased as well.

I love the grooming area in the back. Nice and open with four stations. Two stations for large dogs, two stations for small dogs. One grooming area, and they say it’s super busy, though I didn’t see any animals being groomed on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff! Got talking with the assistant manager and he seems to love the company.
