The manager of this pet store is really the best. Sean will help you with whatever you need. If he doesn't have what you want, he will order it for you. He has trimmed my pet's nails. He is the only one she loves.There are always sales in the store!They have the best bird seed. The dog bath area is nice! I have found great dog toys, too. My pet loves their special cookies!

Incredible Customer Service! Maria went above and beyond. The employees are amazing!! I left with all I needed and much less stress. I'm a pet sitter, and Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite. But this store HAS IT ALL!! It's clean, well stocked, beautifully staffed and really put my needs and the needs of the pets I care for, above all else. Thank you!! Keep up the amazing job!

I originally visited Pet Supplies Plus just to get some treats for my dogs while I awaited their usual orders from an online service. This is a great place to find supplies, food, treats, and medication for a variety of pets. They also have great prices and excellent customer service.

The team there was very nice and understanding. I took my friends dog to get washed and he was being difficult. They gave us treats to help move the situation along. PLUS the store was very clean.

The self wash baths were full of hair from other dogs, gross. No sanitizer was available. A staff said they can't clean after every dog. Staff were uninterested in assisting us to understand their set up.

I'm not too impressed with this pet supply store. I called in advance to ask about their small dog sweaters...was told they had plenty. Arriving there..they had none!

The assistants are nice. My dog loves the baking products ( I think they are fresh locally produced). My dog really enjoys the baking cookies bought here.
