The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Even though I moved over an hour away, I still make the trip to come to this specific location just because of the staff. They are genuinely nice and want to help you. My dogs mean alot to me and I go above and beyond when it comes to their care and food so, it means alot to have such great people to help my 4-legged children get exactly what they need.

My experience was absolutely wonderful!!! I went in to purchase two rabbits for my family. I was educated on how to care for our new additions. Staff was kind and informative and I will recommend that all animal lovers come here.

Two girls gave us exceptional help with ample unasked knowledge that was almost dead on from my know how. One girl, the third seemed like she could careless if we were their or not. In all, probably will go back for additional fish supplies...

I fell in love. I haven't used the self serve stations yet but I'm excited to. The hand baked treats they had, my babies loved! I didn't have to wait long at the register, even though the employees were diligently working. Well deserved 5*

I had went here a week ago to see what they had I also was looking for live feed for my ball python and luckily they did and they are healthy my snake finally ate after nearly a month without eating she finally ate within 15 minutes of me putting the live feed in her tank it was completely gone and also I got to hold a Ferret they were absolutely adorable and I had gotten large crickets from here they have lasted for a while surprisingly for 2 weeks better than any pet store I’ve been too plus the 2 ladies that were there were very nice and welcoming:)

What I love about Pet Supermarket is that their staff and service is great. I have an eight year old chihuahua (Her name is Shelby) and a three year old ball python (his name is Sebastian,) and I go here every two weeks to buy feeder mice.The staff is always helpful and accommodating. The hours are convenient for me to work around my schedule so that we can get what we need for our sweet babies.They carry Stella and Chewy of many varieties, which my dog eats, and they have feeder mice and rats for sale for my little wriggler. I recommend this place for first time snake owners, as the staff usually provides good advice, and the options for setting up a tank are good for many snakes.They also have yummy treats for the pups and a clearance section, and I enjoy seeing what animals they have in stock.

My favorite pet store. The staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are affordable, especially if ordering online and picking up in store. Shoutout to Priscilla the manager for helping me quickly resolve an online order mistake I made. 😅

Employees greet you at the door and ask if you need help finding anything. They love to see your dog, cat, or whatever pet you bring in sweet! Plus, you can earn $$ back. I love that part!!!

The manager, Leslie, was extremely helpful. She was a huge help and very knowledgeable of terrariums. I visited multiple other stores prior to this, and the others ether had no knowledge of the subject or no useful products. Thank you again for your help, Leslie!

I go to Pet Supermarket for the well-maintained fish department with a wide variety of freshwater fish. Tanks are clean and sometimes you see species that are less common. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are generally good.

If you live very far from this store don't do it ! I accidentally bought the wrong size dental chews and didn't notice till I got to the car. So I ran straight back in and they REFUSED to exchange them siting their system was down ! So how are they using their registers if their system is down ? Liars and I won't be back for anything!!!!!!

I live in Arlington but have to go to the store in Dallas most of the time because this store never has feeder rats!! I always have to call first and you'll be lucky if anyone answers the phone. This store is the worst. If you live in Arlington and need to feed your snake, it might die of starvation if you depended on this place.

It's a hit or miss with customer service...fining someone to help you. I feel it's a little overpriced compared to bigger chains like Petsmart/Petco. I have gotten a few fish from here in the past and they seem to do well.

The girl who works there does not know anything. I was asking where the minnows were and she does not seem to know what they are. Bought crickets and they were poorly caught and packed. Worst of all I was already in the queue when a white nan she seemed to know came by and processed his order first. Man. Never going back there.

I lived in Arlington for 4 years, and I just now decided to visit this store. I've been missing out on a variety of fish. Prices for fish are competitive to anyone I've purchased from, including big box stores.

I went in for dog food today. I knew that there were $5 in credit, and was planning to use them towards the dog food. The young men at the counter, asked if I wanted to apply my reward towards a bag of treats. He told me that the rewards would cover the cost of the treats. I agreed to take the treats, there were about 6 items in the baggy for under $5!! I am on a budget, I would have not been able to get my dog treats without the $5 rewards.

Purshase a Bunny a few months back, and personaly it is a highly relaiable place to purshase a pet, animal was healty, relaiable place to buy premium food, instantly change overall wellnes when get the premium choice it is pricy but highly recomended, 4 stars do yo lack of more imformation on the pet, bearly knowlege or recomendations, Will recomend more training on the underestanding of the pets You are selling. Grate experience worth becoming a member.

I went to check out and was surprised with how well aquarium tanks were set. All of them contained live plants, clean conditions too. I was helped by a staff member that was there from the Richardson location and she was great. Extremely knowledgeable about their inventory too.

You can pet the bunnies and hamsters and play with the cats that are for adoption.I'm bipolar and when I'm having a hard day just the fact that I can come into the store and interact with these very cute little animals is awesome! The staff doesn't mind and encourage people to interact with the animals. They are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about their products at this store. If you love your animals come check out the store!

Just stopped to pick up dog food, I had a coupon for $5 off of $30 and rewards for $5 on my account, so $10 off overall. The guy at the register told me I got a free goodie bag because of my rewards, cool cool. It’s not free. It’s was the price of my $5 off. I get it, you want people to spend money. But that was my $5 that I earned by spending money at your store and then you took it away by giving me a goodie bag I didn’t ask for by lying and saying it was free, so I paid $62 instead of $56 like I was supposed to. Just putting this out there, if they offer a “free”goodie bag, and you were actually banking on that coupon because you live by a budget, just decline! Also my dog is huge and I just unknowingly paid for a bag of treats he can’t eat because they’re tiny, so thanks dude.

Nyia and Zach are always so helpful! We wanted to start a fish tank and they’ve helped us figure it all out. They’re very knowledgeable and very patient with us even when we have a lot of (probably dumb) questions. We’ll keep going back as long as we live in the area!!
