Great experience. I went in to used my birthday loyalty discount. ALL the staff welcomed me in. They answered all my questions and I was even helped with taking my purchase to my car. The young Man asked ME before I had even made my final decision if he could help me carry it out. I will be going back! Nice people

Stopped here the other day for some hardware for a kitchen project. A guy met me at the door asked me what I need and led me right to it. Got what I needed at good price in no time. Wish I could remember his name great service. Highly recommend this store I have been there several times in the last 40 years always great service.

They certainly crammed a hardware store into that tiny, broken down space. The most cramped and creepy hardware store I've ever been in. Very odd organization. All the employees were just standing around gossiping. Will to down the road to Westlake Ace from now on.

Needed to pick up some screws and stuff to try and fix our fence door. They have a pretty good selection. Hopefully we found the right thing. It was busy today. Running a skeleton crew before the holiday. The phone was ringing off the hook. I'll post some pix, just in case y'all need to know what kind of stuff they got. 🙂

Very annoying when cashier answers the phone and actually carries on an involved phone conversation with another customer answering their questions, etc. ….. while she is in the middle of ringing you up.

Excellent customer service!!! I only had to pick up a rather basic crescent wrench, and despite my unimpressive purchase, I was given five-star service. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely courteous and helpful. The young lady that checked me out was so sweet. Definitely a place of purchase from again; a 10 out of 10.

Today we went in to look for tiny screws. After not having found them in the first few minutes, an employee asked if he could help us. He was extremely helpful and nice, he found the screws that we needed! I will be coming to this store if I ever need hardware. I highly recommend them!

They were not very friendly. I asked a question about a product. The young guy acted like I was bothering him by asking. The product didn't work. He just sold me something to get me to leave. I WONT be back.

I looked this location up and saw that the hours of operation were 8am to 7pm, I arrived at 6:47 pm and the store was closed the guy inside just saw me standing in front of the door and he made some type of gesture. Not a good experience. It would be better if operating hours were respected.

Great place to shop for tools and household items. I purchased a space heater it is exactly what I wanted and was at least 15 percent less price than Home Depot for the same item. And the customer service was excellent. Everybody was helpful!

The phone was ringing off the hook and the place was packed. It was the day before the much colder weather was suppose to hit. Regardless this cashier helped me with what I was looking for. Never making me feel rushed or not important. Really good experience.

This store is a hidden gem in Arlington that has items other stores don't. I needed a 5mfd capacitor and they had it! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is easily accessible.

While in search of a difficult to find faster, this store had what I need on the shelf, but what is also easy to find is poor customer service with a confrontational twist. I called this location before arriving and the staff who addressed my concerns and confirmed what was needed is an excellent example of customer service. There is an employ there who I think, either had too many energy drinks or received tainted tattoo ink, was the least bit appropriate with loudly and emphatically stating he was not the person I spoke with as I inquired upon entering the the store. Although assisting another customer, when he made eye contact, the simple inquiry was made. “Excuse me and after apologizing to customer, “were you whom I spoke with on the phone?” This is when he responded with the least amount of tactfulness. He then returns and addresses me as “boss” sarcastically. I object firmly with a few forceful tone words, then when he got the idea and that’s when graciously appeared a man with understanding. One Dollar spent and that was with a $.07 tip, but I was reminded of so much more. I will continue to be extra kind to all those I meet, but I will never allow this Ace Hardware hardware store on Park Row feel the bottom of my feet.

Very poor customer service - the store closed at 7:00pm and I checked out at 7:04pm. There was a kid helping me purchase a drill who couldn’t find the right set of keys (which is fine) to unlock the cage. But I probably would’ve checked out at 7:01 if that wasn’t the case.However there was staff by the door and one of them said “hey bro can you hurry up I’m trying to go home”. And some co-workers got a kick out of it. I also heard another staff member who was leaving early say “hey clock me out whenever you guys leave” as she walked out the door early. This occurred the night of 12/21/2022 in case the right person sees it! This is my 2nd google review by the way, so hope it was worth it “bro”!

First time visit. All floor employees were occupied with other customers. Was able to find my item in a relatively short time. Cashier was courteous. Overall, the store was clean with normal signs of customer traffic.

My store for everything not groceries. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Never takes long too get in, get it, and get out. I walk in, they say hello how can we help you? I tell them what I need, they take me to it; if I have questions, they give good answers. I recently had a key made as I was leaving. If you don't see it ask; maybe it's in the back.

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Park Row Ace Hardware. I found the product online and the closest store for pickup was not really close to me, but worth the drive. The people who helped me provided excellent customer service. I even shopped some more and found some other perfect items that I had on my list. I'm a happy customer.

They had the very specific zip tie color that I was looking for that I needed to make lighted Christmas garland. The employees were very helpful.
