Logan, who worked in the self checkout, is the man! He saw me buying 2 12 packs of soda and let me know about a great buy 2, get 3 free offer on soda I would’ve missed otherwise. That’s what I call great retail!

This is a great store. The employees are very helpful when you are looking for a certain item. One of their employees took time to look at my grocery list and tell me what isle they were on. Customer service...5 plus stars!

It's a great store been shopping here since 1989 .the people are great. But I am disappointed in they're sales gimmicks . They have sales and keep the stuff in the back this coming from an inside source . Also all sales go off when people receive they're food stamps . They just make everything look like it's on sale that's . Some of us are t on food stamps so we get screwed anyway .on another note the people working here are all great . Always ready to help .

This store is a smaller version of Kroger and the floor plan is different.Even the self check out ipayment kiosk doea not work smoothly, attendant Jorge sees the call light button, make eye contact and chooses to ignore coz he would be distracted from chatting up this other girl employee over a customer needing assistance

The store reflects the area. Met employee Daphne today. Rude, unprofessional, Ghetto and backwards. I continued asking her to lower her voice. She ran off once I shouted Google reviews. She needs a customer service class to stop talking like she's on the top of a mountain or find another job.

The fact you worked their a year and a half... the fact you organize and are over the cigarette section at the self check out.. the fact you sat indian style in the floor and preceded to raise your voice and debate with me.. all to tell me you can not help me. I went through self checkout today and there were 5 items that rang up way higher than they should. I knew the prices were higher than they should be! I would have never known if I didn't go through the self checkout and had the kid there running back and forth to see if I was "telling the truth" or not. They have been overcharging me for a while but don't let them do it to you.

There is a young woman who is African American that works in the in the bakery and she is the rudest person that I have ever met . The attitude is unbelievable.I ordered all of my wedding cupcakes from there and I went in the other day to get a cupcake from her and she was so rude to me sarcastic unsociable why is she working there ? Why would you hire someone that doesn't like people. I pray that you find someone else to fill that position.

I’ve been a customer at this local Kroger for 10 years, I stop by at least 2-3 times a week . This is one of the best grocery stores everyone is professional and always willing to help . Customer service management is great, I had an issue with my mortgage payment and they kept in contact with me the whole way through the refund. Store managers are always helpful in making the check out process as smooth as possible . Big shout out to Kroger on Bowen in Arlington! Thanks for all you do !

Just enough customer service smiles to get through the day, but nothing more. When I left my wallet in the shopping cart, one of the employees was nice enough to return in within 5 minutes of when I left. The wallet had $42 cash. When I approached the manager about it, he conveniently tells me that the cameras weren’t working, and that he didn’t like that I was accusing his staff of stealing. He confirmed that 4 different employees touched my wallet and instead of stepping all of the individuals aside to ask (because obviously no one can be forced into being searched in this matter) he shifted blame. Thank goodness that someone turned in my wallet with all my cards, but when there was cash missing... the manager seemed to want to cover his employees rather than address a customers concerns. I filed a police report and a complaint. The people here may be nice at times... but I’m convinced that they condone dishonesty, and theft.

Cashed my checks here for months all the sudden they can’t cash personal checks or handwritten signatures which doesn’t really make sense to me that that’s their “policy” but i come here every 2 weeks for the past 6 months to cash the same check …. Also they have terrible customer service and has accused me of stealing on numerous occasions when going through self checkout…

Disappointed with the cash and checking department. Unprofessional and don’t stick by the rules. Gone there plenty of times without an issue and today apparently they aren’t able to help me even though i’ve been going for months now. Not a fan of this location and all I can say is do better Kroger.

I've shopped at this store for years... until recently. This is the worst Kroger in Arlington. The shelves are never fully stocked. Last Sunday there was no Sarah Lee Honey Wheat bread the week before they didn't have the cereal I wanted to purchase. That's typical, especially if it's on sale. The staff, including management, is unconcerned and most are bordering on rude. I asked the manager once why there weren't more checkers and his response was "bring me more customers and I'll give you more checkers." This store is old and has a dirty appearance. Be careful that the items aren't outdated as I've had this problem numerous times. A couple of weeks ago the produce section was swarming with gnats. There are much nicer grocery stores in the area.

This location has become a hazard to the community. They make no effort to restrict entry to those that refuse to wear a mask in public. When staff is notified of people in store without a mask, they take no action. All of this is in violation of local law and what I have been informed is corporate policy. Do not shop here.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday from Walmart about a week ago. When I went to pick it up this morning I was told that their cake decorator had called in and didn’t make the cake. Bummed I decided to go see what Kroger had available. That’s when I met Lori. She was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a cake and customized it real fast with the things she did have available. She saved the day and I’m so very thankful for her help and kindness. Five star service. I'm new to the area and visited several grocery stores before deciding that Kroger was my favorite. It offered great customer service, friendly employees and convenience. I am saddened however by their decision to close the registers and send the cashiers home early now that they've put in self checkout. Self checkout is fine for a few items but don't sacrifice customer service. If I wanted to check myself out and bag my own items I would go to Walmart ☹️
