GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!First and LAST time here! I came to this beauty supply store because it’s pretty big, & I figured I’d find everything I need to get ready for my company Christmas dinner, & I did. My hands did not go in purse until it was time to pay, & it was open the entire time. I pay, leave, & as I get in my car to leave, I see a security guard taking a picture of my license plate. I went inside to figure out why he did that. He said he called me, but I didn’t hear anything. Neither did the person on the phone with me. So I immediately returned everything I bought. I’m not giving my hard earned money to a store that treats clients like that. Now I’m at Walgreens buying everything I had bought at this store. & I know $20.00 isn’t a lot, but it’s the principle of the matter here.The security guard is a guy on a power trip because he has a little badge.Props to the cashier for immediately helping me though.UPDATE: I got everything I needed with no drama at Walgreens.

I haven't had any issues with them. They are friendly and customer focused. I don't know why some people add negative reviews.I get tools and different items. Even my children love to go there.They have many things for everyone.I made a small video in the pressed comb area because I was looking for one for a long time and I had a discount on it?

Great place for a plethora of products. However, the women behind the counters are rude. How you can have a beauty supply catered to black women and not one black women on site is odd. If I had a question, no one behind that counter or working could answer. The women today had an attitude and act as if she had better things to do than ring me up. You can’t look down on black people and integrate within our spaces.

I’ve used these products before the wax stick is awesome for sleek ponytails or quick weaves the edge brush is very convenient as well for parting and laying your edges 10/10 I recommend!!!!!😃

Bought a defective cape. Tried to return. Was informed that all sales are final and I should’ve opened the box in the store and checked the product before I bought it. Will not be spending my money here in the future. They have terrible business practices.

Bought a new drape, opened it up and went to us it and the clips broke off. Was told that I should've opened the package in the store and looked at it before I bought it. Wouldn't let me return it or exchange it. I've spent a lot of money here and I'm very disappointed. This is the second time I've tried to return something that either didn't work or was broken and was denied a return option or refund.

I really love going to this place. Although I no longer live in the Arlington area, this is still my favorite go to place to get my wigs and different types of hair products I may see on social media. The younger staff is pretty nice and kind, the older staff sometimes can have an attitude. Also, for future reference, apparently they close the wig section at 8:50 PM.

The customer service is to be desired in this store. Does these ladies not know people have choices and lots of options as to where to shop? These young people are so rude. Kiwi management, tell your workers without us, they have no jobs and you have no sail! They make it seem they are being bothered when a question is asked.
