Nobody bothers you but are happy to answer questions and are very polite and helpful. This location is huge and has rows of beads, not just 1 row. It's like that with most items- incredible selections.

Little selection therefore not much to choose from but that's the least of one's worries. The staff her are HORRIBLE. Not the least bit of friendly nor knowledgeable about their own store. There's this Indian or Mexican lady who works the registers and spends more time goofing off and conversating with familiar persons rather than seeing to the needs of customers and when you tell her you need some help she just chuckles. Don't waste your time here.

One of the best Joann stores in the area for fabric selection. Always spend way more time inside than I plan looking at everything. I especially like how they carry the designer fabrics like Liberty London and Eddie Bauer.The fine arts section is a bit small but still usually has most of the essentials and decent quality.

They have a decent selection if you are looking for some generic mass produced craft supplies in a pinch. There wasn't a lot of, if any, unique pieces. Lots of, if not all, items were from CN and not the USA. The prices are competitive and are a bit inflated because most items are not sold in bulk, but are sold in small grouped amounts. The place was very clean and the staff were pretty helpful.

This store is always good about not having enough cashiers to check you out. You have to wait and wait even for them to call someone up to assist the cashier which hardly happens. All stores in the DFW area are always bad about this even the one I shop at The Highlands in Arlington. They can have several employees on the floor but only one cashier. The customer is not their priority. It's the almighty dollar.

Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful. However, the store is ALWAYS ALWAYS understaffed. I've been here about 10 times now and each time, even when I just need a few buttons, it took more than 20 minutes to get out of the store. Today I waited 30 minutes to cut 2 pieces of fabric.If you can place the order online for in-store pickup, make sure you do that

This location is close to my house but I forget it's there. It's really big and has alot of really nice cute unique items. I really liked the variety of magnetic gift boxes. They had all sizes and really pretty designs. Reasonably priced too even without the discounts.

Crafter wonderland. I was looking for a mix of things for my mother's memorial flowerholder. And I found exactly what I wanted. It was odd... there were no other flowers on that wall. I think my lone arrangement looked special. If it ends up being the only one there for the season THANK YOU Jo Ann's for the possibility!UPDATE...I went to the memorial wall in January for personal reasons, and the vase still looks beautiful. The gold paint on the 2 balls is gone and they are plain white. Looks great. It was and still is the only decor on the wall. So it's holding on for everyone. The weather has not been good either.

I have to drive from Waxahachie to Arlington to this store for Siser sublimation ink. It's the only store I have found that carries it. I have called once last week and once this week to see if they have it in stock. Both times faster than I can blink they say no we don't have that without looking. Sofrustrating!!!

Very wide selection of fabrics, buttons and thread. Also most supplies needed for sewing, machines and a section of cards and home sundries. They also sell easy to thread needles, which are great for folks that may have a problem with threading ordinary needles. Helpful staff and competitive prices.

First time coming to this location and the last time I was In line apparently I was on wrong side blocking the isle told me walk around just walked a few steps to the right side but a white man stand in same place and doesn’t tell him anything cause he was blocking the isle same place I was she seemed like she was bad mood

I bought this ARTSMITH paint and it is extremely streaky at best. It requires multiple layers of paint to cover your canvas completely. It was cheap so you technically should know what you're buying, however I thought I should let other buyers know. BUYER BEWARE.

I had a coupon for 40% off one regularly priced item and a coupn for buy 1 get 2 free on canvas (excludes super saver brand). When I went over the receipt I realized they took the 40% off one regularly priced item off the FREE canvas 😑 So instead of ME saving $4.00 (next highest priced item was $9.99), Joann saved $7.20. Glad Y'ALL were able to save 40% 😢

I found the product (canvases) that I had searched for less expensive than their competitors. I purchased several to use for artwork. I graded a three star because of the price. What I do not care for are the merchants acting as fundraisers for charities. However, when I am moved to donate, I would rather not have the donation tied to my receipt. JoAnn's on this occasion did offer another way to give. The only way I found out about it, I asked. It wasn't volunteered information given by the pleasant salesperson. I don't understand why?

Workers were helpful, nice, and got the line to move quickly. When I needed help with finding the price of an item, they helped me. When I was checking out and didn’t already use a coupon code, they offered to help me get it. Items were decently easy to find and over experience was pretty good. 9/10

Called requesting the fabric center. She said no on is back there can I help you. Explained to her my issue of ordering a product online at their store and she stopped me mid sentence to say, we only have that many yards in the store. I stated it's coming up for all stores. Then she got curt with me and said like I said no one is in our fabric department, we only have one person in our service center and they are checking out other customers. Then hung up. Didn't say when a good time to call back would be or anything. If you know nothing about another department, don't waste my time much less yours and try to answer something you obviously. Five stars to Hurst for their fabric department being busy, but placed me on hold, and was able to assist or at least give me the direction to contact another store as in Arlington. Maybe the Hurst Store could be a flagship and teach this one good customer service.

So many problems, where do I start? There is no need for the store to be that hot. The people at the cutting station were sweating in February! For a long time this location has been under staffed and that needs to change. Also, get a floor team in there to clean and buff the floor. It's awful!

The employees were great and for how busy they were during memorial weekend, I commend them on their customer service. It was my first time going to a Joann's store and a major sale weekend can be a bit overwhelming trying to find what you're looking for. The sale prices absolutely made it worth it though! I found some awesome outdoor fabric for some chairs getting reupholstered and some cambric for the bottom. Enormous selection of fabric! I'll definitely be back when I need more.

I was able to find loads of stuff for their Halloween stock when it was being put on sale. I do a lot of vinyl crafts and there was no shortage of materials to use in either the vinyl, or things I could use it on. Customer service was nice, helpful when a product I got didn't have a tag, and I was very pleased with the way things were kept nice. Nothing spilling into the isle and there departments (sewing, vinyl, painting, etc) were respected as far as I can tell. Usually craft stores suffer from a lot of products being scattered but it seems like the staff is pretty on top of it, so everything was really easy to find.

Joann's has always been a go to place for me. Crafting supplies are readily available. They are fantastic about keeping ahead of all the seasons of the year. They have a great value for sewing needs, sewing machines, sergers, needles, fabrics, even great silk flowers. Their staff seems very helpful and knowledgeable for most items I have asked about. They will try and do their best to help you when you have questions. They have wonderful sales as every season starts to get closer and then even better discounts soon after every holiday season. It is a large place to shop with so many different types of crafty items. A wonderful place for you and me!

Store is wonderful! Especially for finding project materials! Been this location is severely understaffed. So expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes to check out! You will be better off going to ANY of the other ones!!! There is always 1 person checking people out and it NEVER fails, they want a 10 minute discussion on what project your doing and the best way they think you should do it!! Just avoid this location!

First time here and fell in love with all the baking things they had to offer! But unfortunately once I got to fabric, there was 2 woman working and as I'm slowly passing through, looking still decided with else I might need. "Kay" tells me loudly, Ma'am you need to take a number! I looked over to her and said okay. As ppl around smirked. Her tone of voice was a rude. Eventually 5 mins later I made my way back. I can tell she didn't want to help me. As I waited because shes continued having a full on conversion with the lady shes helping about her issues at home. "I'm assuming she knows this lady". Eventually the other lady was able to help me when she was done. Unfortunately situation like this one makes me not want to come back.
