Love this place! The staff is super friendly and provides great service AND the coffee is killer!!! If you bring in a reusable cup to use, I think they do a discount on your coffee. We love their homespun lattes, cappucinos, and all their tasty pastries!I come here multiple times a week, because it’s a great reading/studing/hanging out spot! Lots of tables with chairs, and couches for comfy seating. We love that our dogs can come sit quietly with us while we are here, and the dogs love it too!The ambiance is really chill, and I love all the plants. It’s also a super walkable location to all the other stuff in downtown Arlington.Parking: There is a free parking garage in the same building, and if it is full there is street parking directly next to the coffee shop and also with a short walk.

I'm new to the area, work from home, and sometimes need to get out and work in a new environment. Inclusion did not disappoint. Wide open, lots of seating and power plugs, strong wifi, a variety of pastries and cookies, and a big board of interesting coffee recommendations. Overall a fun place to get work done and visit, but not ideal for zoom meetings. The coffee was really good, my ham and cheese croissant was decent. The parking was a little tricky - the road I came in on has you backing into your spot, so be aware. Great customer service. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back!

This is my second time I am writing reviews , first one was almost one year ago , I came back today, January 29, 2024. I thought the place has been changed or get better but still very bad customer service disgusting “coffee” if it’s scanned, describe as a coffee ,,,, and if you ask me why I came back after one year, that’s because there’s no another coffee shop next to the library !!!I promise my last time 😡The lady when she grabbed the cup, she put her finger inside the cob , before she making the coffee. That’s also to disgusting as the picture showed below 👇

Great coffee shop downtown that is pet friendly! We stopped in to get some coffee for the road and it was very good! Neat place with a second level and everything. We didn’t even explore it all! We tried a house coffee and an iced latte. Our pup was very excited about his little treat of whipped cream!

This place is really nostalgic to me and has a special place in my heart from my UTA days. That being said you'll find the place is usually full with almost entirely students. I don't blame them, I was among them for quite some time. The place is just a great spot to work with lots of great natural lighting and just the right amount of cafe ambiance. There ARE a lot of tables but whether you'll find one, especially by a socket, is another story altogether. It's usually busy, so you'll have to be strategic if you plan on spending time working here. The drinks are also pretty good. Coffee is strong and the tea tastes like tea. I'm a big fan of the Homespun Latte - maybe not as much as I used to be, but it's still my go-to order. Pastries are alright, they're cute and tasty when you need a quick snack.

I’ve been coming here for years, but less often as time has gone on, because:The food isn’t worth the price (it’s acceptable if you don’t let them warm it up, because if you do, it will be blasted in a microwave, basically ruining it). Most of their baked goods are from outside companies that serve several other shops around the DFW, such as Pinch of Salt, but this is the only shop I’ve been to thus far that has made Pinch of Salt’s items inedible. My favorite example of this was when they warmed up one of their donuts. That thing came out the temperature of a dying star, and they plopped it in front of me as the now-liquified icing bled through the paper bag it was served in, onto their counter. Nice. The service is hit or miss. It’s been more misses lately. If you’re lucky, your presence might be acknowledged within 5 minutes and all of your order will be heard the first time. I get that not every day can be a great day, but with the number of visits I’ve had with bad service, it’s not excusable by “bad days” anymore. They’d rather talk amongst each other or be on their phone or glare at you wishing you’d evaporate, it seems. The coffee is even more hit or miss. That’d be fine if this was a gas station or an IHOP, but don’t put “coffee” in your name if you’re not going to care about the coffee you’re serving. I’m talking grounds in the bottom of the cup, the widest range of (poor) flavor from the espresso (I asked and they generally seem to use the same beans for their shots, so I guess they either don’t dial in, don’t clean their machine, don’t care, or any combination of the above). Don’t even bother with the drip because it will be room temp (if you’re lucky) and bland. Oh and don’t even try to ask for a pour over. They will try to talk you into drip, as if you’re a dumb toddler. Similarly, most times that I ask for 4 shots, they try to get away with 2-3. I’d be fine with 3 if I didn’t pay for 4. God forbid a barista has to be a barista.I also don’t know that it was ever explained to them how to steam milk. It’s usually oversteamed, leading to a gross texture and a curdled milk taste that overpowers any syrups (but hey, at least it hides the espresso!)Now, all of the above I could tolerate in the name of a good study spot until recently. I am not someone to get upset to the point of writing bad reviews. The thing that has pushed me over the edge is the cleanliness. Food, coffee, and service are poor, but I don’t need these things to get some work done in good study spot. That’s what Inclusion was, at first. The upstairs floor used to be a pale wood and it is now almost gray enough to match the concrete downstairs. Don’t get glass tables if you don’t want to clean the visible fingerprints that accumulate on glass tables. The chairs are covered in stains (I hope it’s coffee!) The ceiling leaks in multiple places, and instead of fixing it, buckets and towels have been placed to catch the water. Fine, until the water overflows and the towels become mildewy. I wouldn’t bring this up if those leaks were fixed in a reasonable time frame but it has been years. And the BATHROOMS. Oh. my. god. It’s a biohazard. The sheer amount of smells and substances to be found is fascinating given how small a space the bathrooms take up! The last time I used one, there was what appeared to be blood AND fecal matter on the toilet paper. I’ve since been walking to the apartment complex bathroom so as to not catch a disease.Side note, a fun game you can play here is to take note of a stain or piece of trash and see if it’s still there the next time you go. It probably will be.Overall, I’m tired of hoping this place will ever be what it once was. I’ve tried, I’ve held out, but I just can’t anymore. With the amount of shops popping up across the DFW, I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes than eat rubbery pastries, drink watery, bland coffee made by baristas who probably want me dead, and risk a disease by using the bathroom.Sorry to those who work here that do care, but I hope this review can lead to much-needed improvements.

Great atmosphere but that's it. Coffee is mediocre, and the prices don't justify the quality. I paid .90USD for GREAT VALUE oat milk which is absurd. And if you're an espresso aficionado, definitely do not recommend this spot. Their espresso tends to be over-extracted, and I've frequently found coffee grounds at the bottom of my espresso-based drinks. I usually don't write reviews, but I've been a frequent visitor here, and they cannot keep getting away with this just because their atmosphere is sublime.

I came in to get some work done and after I got set up, I went to the counter to order 2 coffees.I stood there for at least 5 minutes as I was actively ignored by three employees. I wasn’t even acknowledged or told to wait a moment. All three employees walked past me multiple times.Once I was finally approached, I told them I wanted 2 Pour Over coffees. The woman taking my order sighed and said the Pour Overs take 10 minutes each and that I should just get the normal coffee because I “looked like I was in a hurry” (?).I said Ok and made my way to the pick up counter. Only to have to wait another 5 minutes for standard coffee that just needs to be poured into a cup. Mind you, I was the only one in line for some time, so there were no other orders being placed.Overall the environment is a good place to get studying and work done but when it comes to coffee shops, there’s so many to pick from. And because so, any tiny decline in service just isn’t worth the headache because there’s another spot a mile in each direction. Not sure I’ll be back but time will tell.

The vibe and space is nice, but the coffee is bitter, no matter how much sweetness you add to it. But what gets me is the smell of the bathroom, it’s awful. It’s worst when whoever cleans it just sprays this nasty Lysol type spray because at the point it’s smells like a bathroom that gets too many uses from people drinking coffee + chemicals. It’s the worst. One day I was upstairs, above the bathrooms and actually had to leave because it was nauseating

Amazingly friendly and helpful baristas . Best options for baked goods like vegan or grain free as well as delicious cookies and croissants varieties. Creamy perfect coffee and always good soft music and great atmosphere for a talk, good book or tables to work on your labtop.

Perhaps today was on off-day for the baristas on shift, but I was not impressed. Let me set the scene for you and you can decide how YOU would feel with this interaction for a first impression. It was my turn to order my drink, as I’m speaking another barista takes her apron off and starts walking away as she says she is “not feeling it and leaving.” Meantime the whole conversation with the guy taking my order was grim and monotoned except when he said they were out of whipped cream which he said with a slight grin. I told him it was ok, I’d still like to order the Milk & Cookies Cappuccino regardless. Along with my cappuccino, I ordered the marshmallow fudge which was actually delicious! It is also the reason I didn’t deduct more stars.Back to my drink order, it took a good ten minutes to be made and I’m not complaining about that fact. Quality coffee drinks do take a bit longer, I understand. Plus there was only one lady actually making all of the drinks. Still, understandable. I realize not every person that mans the counter knows how to make a cup of fancy Joe. When I received my cappuccino I was surprised at the small size and even double checked that it was mine. I didn’t tell the barista I wanted a small, he didn’t even ask what size I wanted for that matter. I have included a picture, the cup is only as big as the hand cozy!! Perhaps that’s just the size you get with a cappuccino that costs $4.25?Anyway, parking is not terrible. There are spaces in front and beside but you have park backwards, thankfully I love parking backwards. Otherwise you’re backing into oncoming traffic and there’s no way to see around other vehicles. So please, obey the signs and back into your spot or else find somewhere safer. In conclusion, I highly doubt I will return. There are many other coffee shops that excel in what today’s experience lacked. Perhaps Inclusion should hire new staff that actually are motivated to be at work.

This used to be our favorite coffee shop!! The drinks and food were fantastic. Now they have cancelled most of the food and the service is nonexistent. When I went to order for the last time, I was met by an employee that seemed put out that I was there, ignored my "hi, how are you?" And just got a chilly, "what do you want?" At no point was there a smile or welcome of any kind. Then, when our name was called to get the drinks, I said, "thank you!"....another employee, another no response. I'm not asking for them to be Dutch Bros. But at least acknowledge you are in customer service, people are paying $5 for coffee. A smile and hello goes a long way.

Cute coffee shop. Horrible customer service. No greeting, no smile. Cashier just stares are you when you go to order. I had to make an adjustment and went to the counter. When I told the employee I had a question she looked really annoyed and said “what” then I could overhear them talking about me adjusting it and rolling their eyes. Not expecting a lot but a little bit of politeness goes a long way.

I always order my go-to drink (Honey Latte with Oat milk), and every time they nail it!!! A great place to have a meeting, get some work done, or just relax. One of my favorite coffee shops in DFW ☕👍

Neat new coffee bar. I am a fan of the list of syrupsThat can be added to drinks as well as their own drink flavor combinations. Service has been very friendly and informative. The industrial feel with lots of open space and natural light benefits the coffee house vibe. Lots of nice raw details.

Very cute and industrial atmosphere. Felt super inclusive and had cute tote bags and candles for sell. I got a vanilla lavender latte and like nothing was better

Love this coffee shop but the past two times I’ve gone the service is so poor. I’m made to feel like I’m not welcome which is ironic since the name is Inclusion. I literally asked the cashier how she was doing today and she responded with “what do you want” with a poor attitude. Even though it wasn’t busy they were talking with each other rather than taking our order. I likely won’t be back.
