A lady named Maria took care of me. She greeted me when I walked in and told me she would be right with me after taking care of a customer. Maria was helpful,, knowledgeable, and professional. So I needed a plug for a welder. Grainger is right down the street from where I live so I went there. $55.00 latter I had what I needed. I went to Home Depot and found the EXACT PART for $15.00. I understand they need to make a few bucks but almost 200% mark up! Only go here if you can’t find it anywhere else.

Prices on MANY products are WAY HIGHER than other retail stores. Every time I search for a product at Grainger's site it is WAY CHEAPER at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware etc. They sell way above retail!!!Example: MILWAUKEE Folding Jab Saw Grainger $28.25Home Depot $17.97Grainger IS ***WAY OVER Retail Price!***Just go to HD and save over $10How does this place even stay in business???Price gouging refers to when retailers and others take advantage of spikes in demand by charging exorbitant prices for necessities, often after a natural disaster or other state of emergency.Grainger does price gouging for years when there is no natural disaster or state emergencies, and the products are available from other retailers at a third less than what they charge.

Only two people at a time in the store .the door is opened by hand and closed you have to stand by the door and tell them what you need so they can go look it up
