I was at the store and I was attempting to purchase 2 of the same product of Hot fries. On your shelf these chips are advertised 2 for 5.00 dollars and they always are that price however; they were ringing up the wrong price. At checkout I told the cashier and the first issue is she doesn’t understand what I am saying because she doesn’t speak English. We stood there for a few minutes while she yelled across the front end to another cashier that started helping other customers since she couldn’t help due speaking NO English. Finally the other cashier came over and voided my entire transaction, which I have no idea why but I’m assuming to start over to fix the price. Next transaction and she didn’t ring my chips up. I wanted to purchase the chips at the advertised price. The cashier that speaks English starts yelling at me saying the chips are 2 for 5.00 but you have to pay 2.95 because that’s what’s in the system and nobody knows how to fix it. I asked her to have a manager to fix it and she yells out NO if you want them pay the incorrect amount of 2.95 each. I just went ahead and paid and left. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen at Family Dollar. DO BETTER!1. Why don’t your employees speak any English to be able to help customers?2. Why isn’t anyone in the store able to help customers when the store needs to correct prices? Where is a manager?3. Why are employees arguing and yelling at customers because of the stores mistake?

Went in today at9:20 asking for help and the lady at the front couldn't help me because she didn't speak English I asked if some elsexould help me buy no one was in the store I walked around for5 mons then I went to the back by the restrooms and there's a lady sitting eating on her phone so I asked if she could help she got real nasty when I said beenasking for help and they lady at the front disnt understand my pointhavetwo people on the floor if your going to hire or help them be bilingual. I did not appreciate the lady in the back speaking to me nasty as a customer when she could've been on the floor and we wouldn't have this problem do better

Love the new change inside the store. But not enough baskets, seriously only 1 basket for the whole store. Always a line at the register. But everyone, meaning customers are always calm about it. So that's relaxing for me, especially after a long day at work. Cashier(s) are always nice.

Really polite cashiers always greet, say thank you, and have a nice day. They are super great. Perfect role models for all cashiers that work retail. Hope they get paid what they worth cause I would definitely want them to be apart of my business.

Need to buy electrical tape. But had restroom emergency. No signs on front doors the we can't use the two fully functioning restrooms inside. No signs on the two locked restroom doors. They said they were for employees only. This is rude not having it posted anywhere. I will never do business there! Atleast other places have it posted on the front door.

I vist them today and they was rude my husband was paying for our items with a 50$ bill she marked it to make sure it was real after she saw it was real she asked us did we have another 50$ bill to pay with I felt it was discrimination because we are African Americans. So we went to another location they did the same thing checked our money and saw it was real and they took the 50$ bill we will never spend our money or time at this family dollar again very disappointed and felt so embarrassed. I will make sure that the owners of this location are notified of how rude we was treated as if our money was not good at this location because we’re black

As soon as you come in you can smell how nasty it is . Their would be dead rats on mouse traps and every day the smell got worse . You have to be careful when buying chips and food because the products would have holes that the rats would leave . Also the worst part is that the manager is rude and very manipulative. Truthfully I believe she doesn’t deserve this job she’s just not right for it . She overuses her power as a manager to get what she wants they way she wants it . And she’s racist all she does is stares and watches who comes in and out assuming who’s going to steal or not .

The store remodel and the space has gotten smaller aisle are tight. Service has gotten tremendous better. Even though customer are not following the CDC rules

I don't like that the price from $1dollar went to 1.25 and the signs still as 1dollar on the windows and doors. When I get to the cash register it rings more than what sign says. The owner needs to fix that problem

My debit card number was stolen and used twice in this location i called to report the incident to an associate so they could be aware of the theif, she was extremely rude said that wasn't their problem and HUNG up on me .
