I don’t like doing this but have no choice. The nail area is not right at all. My nails were clearly put in the wrong spot, with several fake nails all hung incorrectly. And it wasn’t customers messing them up. Also they had a display that shows several school supplies that were $1.50 and someone that works at Family Dollar had put $6 fake nails and $9 makeup foundation and several other items, clearly making them look $1.50, which they weren’t. People go to this type of store to get quality items at a discount price- not to be embarrassed at the register when they don’t have the money to pay for it. This has happened several times. And the school supply set up probably should not even be in the makeup area and there was lots of stuff just crammed into this display that needs to be put in its proper location- I really wish I had taken a picture.

Is this location on Cooper temporarily closed. This is my 2nd trip in a less than 2 weeks and the store has been locked with no staff during the posted business hours. What’s going on?

Worst place ever !! Cashiers was super rude for no reason ! And manager was a little better but honestly just go to another store ! Not worth it !!

Please avoid this store. The amount on shelf and register are way different. They are literally cheating. Also, the amount display screen on registeris not available for customers. They know they are cheating the customers.E.g. from my purchases:1. Old spice soap pack of 4: shelf price $3.25 , register price: $52. Toilet paper: shelf price $1, register price $1.25.Please please check the price first. They have done this more than 3 times in three different purchases. Never going again to this shady store.

I don’t typically do reviews, but this store has awful customer service from their female staff. Everyone has a bad day, but when it’s day after day it’s no longer an excuse. Y’all need to do better with the employees you hire.

I usually never write bad about any place, but a person here compelled me to write it. A lady with acne, about 25-30 years, wears glasses is very rude. She never talks to people well, half of the time is on her phone, no hello no nothing. If I ask her anything , she just replies in a very bad tone. I like the store and the employees, the young guy, another older lady(70+ years) are very nice and helpful. But , I just don't feel like going there anymore because of the lady with acne. I don't go there anymore and hope that the corporate reads this message. She is not meant to work there.Also it's not only me, she does this to most of customers. I just don't like the store anymore , only because of her.

Huge improvement overall. Store was clean, organized, well stocked, and the staff was extremely friendly. You can definitely see major changes since their remodel. Looks like new staff, too. Good job guys.

I have visited this store two times, 1. because of the great select of clearance 2. the convenience of the store being close to my home. If i have to choice to give zero stars for the employees i would, but i did not have that option. 1 specific person i will not mention her name,but she is older women, she is very rude and unwelcoming. she has argued with me twice over my coupon-ing, the first time she was melding in while another cashier was attending to me, the 2nd visit is when she attend to me. No employee greeted me, nor asked me if i needed help with anything. As the other employees complain to each other "out loud" about doing their work or they are not going to do this or that. I can say the store was clean and organize.Thats all.

Every time my husband has to go up there he always comes back with how rude the lady is to him. The other day apparently she got into it with another customer and told them to speak to the manager because she is retired and doesn't have to do her job. So my only question is if she's retired and doesn't have to do her job why is she even there? She obviously needs to either go and find something that doesn't work with customers or needs to go and just live her retired life at home.

I bought a mattress protector at the irving store and my son doesn't like me because it feels like paper and I try to return it to the Arlington store because I stay closer to my job and the manager of that store didn't want me to come back or change it for some more. He told me to go to the store where I bought it. I showed him the ticket and told him it was the same company but he still didn't want to listen to me. He was very unfriendly and I feel like he didn't want to do it for him. Not by store rules. I don't go back to that store anymore.

The elderly African american woman at the front counter is extremely rude! She is very patronizing and belittling! She said she is retired.....then she actually needs to retire. If you hate your job that much then stay home!

Management team so rude and worthless!! I asked for 2 extra plastic bags for the bandages i just bought since i was riding my motorcycle but the lady just didn't want to give it to me. So i told her i wouldn't mind paying extra for 2 extra bags but she only have me 1 extra bag and it still ended up being blown away with the wind on the way back home.

It was okay lots school age kids. Pack bags on the floor it a trip and fall in the store..Other wise it was okay. Nice to see kids shopping in family dollar. And bargarin 25 cent clearances sale

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER. I hate coming to this store. Very rude! Always homeless and otgers standing outside their store. Dont feel safe. Once i bought some crackers in may 2016 and i went home to eat them, tasted nasty, checked expiration date... It was dated November 2015!!!! I always check the dates now, i almost bought some cookies there and checked the dates in may 2016 and it was marked feb 2016 on the cookies! How gross!!!! Id give them zero stars if i could!

I have come to the conclusion that if the shelves are only stocked one day a week Tuesday and maybe Wednesday there's no reason for me to go there no more. So this is an end of era. I'm so sad. But bye bye
