The last time i was there the had a sale and would not sell it to me at that price when i bought one dp one canada dry and one Pepsi the sale said nothing about they had to be the same product and when questioned they told me that it was my hard luck i have also included a pic of the sign o and if you look at canada dry it is a dp product

The apparent Manger is racist, condescending, and combative. I've seen her accuse people of color of shoplifting, berate customers taking advantage of discounts for not donating to charity, and verbally assault employees. There were employees that have been there.that have disappeared after having witnessed her tirades and tantrums. This short, red haired woman had been rude at every encounter and should not be allowed to interact with the public.

Kudos to this store. I ordered $300 worth of merchandise, bagged my car all the way to the door while she was still ringing up my purchases, and guess what? My card was declined. Lol. They were so patient, kind, and courteous. After a few embarrassing minutes I realized by glancing at the last four digits, I was attempting to use the wrong card!!!!! Lol. Jokes on me!!!!

My experience at this location is manager is very rude. Including staff. This store don't even greet customers while entering the store. It feels unwelcome at that store. I have been to other family dollar stores where you are greeted and even approached by staff if the can help assist in finding what. Is being looked for. This place needs to work on there staff as well as managers attitude. Make people feel like it's a great place to shop. They hire nothing but young school kids. Who don't pay attention and still need more training. Store is needing lots of organizational skills. Please work on your attitudes. And professional. Skills. Because you just don't know when a mystery shopper may enter. Your store. And rate it with reviews and bad feedbacks

Store closes at 9pm. Locked the doors at 8:35pm and wouldn’t let us in to grab one thing. The worker came to the door and unlocked to say they close at 9pm. I told her it that it isn’t 9pm and she just shut the door and locked it again. Poor customer service and I am sure upper management wouldn’t appreciate her changing their hours.

The customer service is mediocre, the selection of items is ok. It’s the fact I’m spending $80 in the store and still can’t get $10 cash back….. but they added an ATM for “your convenience” that as usually you have to pay to use. Way to go Family Dollar!

I like this location because when it comes to clothing they have the best selection in plus womens sizes. It didnt get 5 stars for 2 reasons. There is no closeup parking except for handi cap and the marked down items are few. I do love how organized they are and that stock is on shelves and not stacked in isles. Wish i couldve given it 4 and half.

Very rude customer service. I literally had to go get the price for something just so I could purchase it. At first item wouldn't ring up so the lady asked was there a price on these? I said I'm not really sure. She then said well I can't sell it without a price! Ummmm my thought was ok go look. However I went and looked and found it. Won't be going back

I have been here multiple times, but today's experience is the worst! I asked the lady at the register for cash back and she said yes but did not tell me there was a fee which there was no problem paying, after i get approved i ask her if i can get at least one dollar in quarters and she shuts the drawer and says no very rudely. And I suggest make less conversation with the customers because people in line are in a rush.

This was my first time here at this particular location, I will say I like the layout is for the clothes however the store is very messy, stuff looks kinda stuffed places. The employees were very polite and kind.

Cleanest dollar store in town with some of the slowest cashier's. So if you're not in a hurry and like don't want to leave and feel like you need to take a shower like in most of the other dollar stores this would be the place to go

Well it's 8:50 And the doors are locked. The employees inside just shook there head. I know they must have closed their tills already. O well guess it just wasn't meant to be. Oh the sign in the door says they close at 10 we might need to request for that to be updated.

This place has really gone downhill I used to love coming in here but now it's a total mess things are not fresh I bought a 6-pack of pop and every one of them except 1 was flat beware. !!!

I would not shop here. Staff is super rude and hostile. Which caught me off guard. One of the staff was super rude when I said excuse me trying to get around her. The place is a mess with inventory and super dirty.
