This place is amazing. They go above and beyond what you ask them to do. They are extremely honest. They provide expertise when looking to buy a vacuum but provide the most amazing customer services when repairing your vacuum. I wish my vacuum would break more often so I can deal with this team more often.

My vacuum suddenly stopped. Even after putting in an empty bag, it wouldn’t start again. So I took it to Evans Vacuums, and the person on duty opened up the bottom, and sure enough, leaves had clogged up a section of hose. It started right up and he didn’t even charge me a fee for doing it. I can’t count the times Evans Vacuums has helped me with various issues. I don’t buy vacuums off Amazon because of the wonderful service Evans Vacuums gives, no matter who is on duty.

This place is the best ..my husband and I googled vacuum repairs near us!! And Evan’s popped up!! I would always ride by and be like is this place open?? I’m soo glad God led me here for a reason..they were super nice and tell me “if it’s just a clog we won’t charge you “!! But the hospitality I received hearing the owners story on how this business started with his grandfather..I just loved it.. he’s running all 3 locations and with a great attitude !! How kind the lady was who worked on it and with a smile ..I was like I gotta tip her something!! And yes sure replace my belt because u didn’t have to do what you did!! Genuinely good people!!! 😩😩♥️♥️the way yall treated me .: I will pass Walmart up just for a random belt to come see y’all instead!!!

Why you should buy your vacuum here? They are not plastic peices of junk like a vacuum you would find at a big box store. All the vacuum brands are quality like Riccar and Miele. Do not buy a $40 vacuum ever. You need to trust this appliance to keep you healthy and you use it like all the time!!!! Plus the good ones will even let you vacuum up marbles and not break. But if they do break or you need a part you can bring it here or if you just want them to clean it! Like a car wash! And a good Riccar Vacuum will last years so it is worth the $$$. And you know Evans will be here because they always have been. Please don't judge how old my vacuum cleaner is, it is like 14 years old now? I am so happy with it. But I'm posting a picture of an old vacuum because...quality! and Evans is the place for bags, parts and clean and service.

I highly recommend Evans Vacuum! My vacuum all of sudden just stopped working so I drop by Evans to see what they could do. They actually met me at the door in case I need help getting the vacuum in. Supper friendly and professional! They quickly diagnosed the issue and since it was simple fix they took care of it immediately. Saved me a trip back to the store! I will be back for all my future repairs and purchases!

Called to ask about a carpet cleaner that I have that needs a replacement gasket. They very kindly said that I could bring it in and they would take a look at it and give me an estimate so that I could at least know my options. About an hour later as soon as my wife and I walked in the door with it, I was greeted with a “hey we don’t work on those” from across the shop. He continued to tell me how poor of a machine it is and that looking at it is a waste of time for him and me. It was very rude and I was extremely off put by the situation. This was a big waste of my time and I am sorry that I even came in. Maybe his main business is just selling dust filters for Hoover MaxExtract PressurePro model 60s.

I am so happy with my new (to me) refurbished Riccar vacuum. As some one with champagne tastes on a Coors Light budget I am truly grateful the Will Dunn was such a competent professional. He really knows his stuff, and helped me pick the right vacuum for my needs and budget. I would recommend this Evans Vacuum location to anyone who wants all the info before investing in a quality vacuum cleaner. Great customer service and a wide variety of vacuum related products . My carpets are actually clean right now! Amazing!

My Miele stopped working after just 9 months. I brought it in and in less than five minutes a clog was identified and the vacuum was repaired. The customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely try to purchase any future vacuums and supplies from this locally owned business!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VACCUM HERE horrible service. Brought our vacuum in for a cleaning and they tried overcharging us with fees they never told us about. They broke a piece on our vacuum and refused to take responsibility. The old hag at the front was very unprofessional and disrespectful. VERY RACIST. She started yelling at us and rolling her eyes. I bought my Riccar Radiance Premium vacuum from Evans Vacuum and I love it. It is by far the best vacuum I have ever used. Every detail on the vacuum is well thought out, made to be very user friendly and durable. The warranty is outstanding! The people at Evans Vacuum on South Cooper are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their expertise on all types of vacuum cleaners is unmatched. These people are just awesome. They have unstopped my vacuum hose on one occasion, and put the belt back on the carpet head of my very old Kirby vacuum cleaner for me probably at least two or three times. I've offered to pay them every single time, but they wouldn't let me pay them anything for their service!! Additionally, they have fixed my problem every time, immediately, while I was waiting. Their service is just superb, professional, and the people are so friendly & welcoming. While it is obvious they offer many excellent, American made vacuums that would probably be much better, easier, & lighter than my heavy, 20 year old Kirby, they have never once tried to push me to purchase a new vacuum. That kind of customer service is simply outstanding, rare, and refreshing. So, if you need your vacuum repaired, or are in the market for a new one, please go visit these people 1st and probably last. They are honest, fair, hard working folks, who will treat you right, and greet you with a smile. They truly deserve your business ... and mine. Seriously, go see them!! Their store is located on the northwest corner of Mayfield and Cooper St. in Arlington, TX. I cannot thank you enough for your helpful, courteous and excellent service.

This is an iconic landmark in Arlington. I recently had an opportunity to shop there. I was greeted every time and found the staff and manager to be very knowledgeable. I explained the type of flooring I have in my home and my cleaning needs and they helped me find the perfect machine for me within a reasonable budget. I shopped around at other locations and Evans had the best staff and pricing, and I finally got to see those crazy hanging vacuums up close.

Bought a Miele Home Care Canister Vacuum 8 weeks ago. I absolute love this vacuum. It is a great investment. By far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It picks up all the dog hair on my hard floors and my carpets look great. Michael is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend Michael and Evans of Arlington.

Great people, excellent service, and the people there genuinely care. I decided to take my vacuum back without fixing it and when I came to pick it up, Michael, the manager, helped temporarily fix my vacuum and took time out of his day to make sure I could use it for a longer while, without any cost! Will be coming back again for all my future vacuum and pet needs. I doubt there's anyone better in the area. Highly recommended!

My husband purchased a Riccar Immaculate from these fine people. It's one of the best vacuum cleaners we've ever used. We have 3 dogs and it handles their hair. The people are easy to work with. I installed the bag incorrectly and when I took it in to get some help they cleaned the machine and replaced the bag for free. Great experience.

Hands down, best customer service!! Mr. Evans literally opened the store for me early one particular Saturday to meet my schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vacuum industry and took his time while explaining to me pros/cons of each type of vacuum (canister, upright, etc.) and brands of each type. He was not pushy about making a sale at all, which I totally appreciated. I will gladly refer Evans Vacuum to all my friends and family.
