There's always some homeless person trying to beg for money outside, the place is always filthy, toothless meth heads checking you out at the register, and they will no longer blow up your balloons, so don't even ask. I called ahead to make sure they would blow up my balloons and got there and they said they would not.It is straight up ghetto at this location. Avoid at all costs.

I have visited most dollar tree stores in Arlington, & this one is always filthy! The entrance alone is enough to make you want to turn around & leave. The cashiers are always pleasant, but this location needs a serious cleaning. It's closest to where I live but wow! Hire someone to sweep at least....please!! I wish I had pics to post.😏🧐 🧤

This location is terrible. It's dirty, smells and clearly no one cares about stocking the shelves. I will not be entering this location again. It was so incredibly picked over and sad.

Very ‘hit and miss’ on items in stock, though I guess that’d be an issue at them all? Not too clean, not too dirty. All my interactions with staff have been very pleasant. It’s close enough to be able to stop by often, luckily.

My cashier lady was so kind which is a change from the normal here... as always dollar tree prices beat any attitude... but today was different she made me smile and was genuinely positive! "Kindra was her name... lovely lady! She had a line out the door too! 😊🙏😇

I generally like stopping by this Dollar Tree location; the staff are usually friendly and helpful. I don't know the circumstances for today, but their doors are locked 20-30 minutes before closing time. 🤷🏿‍♂️ That was disappointing. Hopefully, that's not the norm.

They really need to close this location. It is always empty. Always only one person working at register. Today was the worst, the line was wrapped around 4 isles long and the only person working was Dvodrick who apparently was supposed to be off work. The called for back up 4 times and no one came. Customers even tried to call the phone and it was off the hook. 20 min later I leave and the manager is out talking with someone around the corner. This is repeat occurrence at this store. It's never presentable. Just gross and poor management. Make it make sense.

This Dollar Tree is clean, you are able to walk through the isles without all the clutter. The manager and his staff was friendly and considerate towards me & my service dog. I really appreciate the respect we both were shown today.

This location is awful! There is always long lines and most of the employees have really bad attitudes. I came in to do a return as the event I bought the items for is no longer happening. I asked if since it was a debit purchase if I could do cash back and was told no. I asked if I could place the amount on a gift card and was told no. My options were to place it back onto my card, which my bank takes 15 days to process the refund or go pick new items. I chose to go pick new items. While I was shopping the associate came up to me and said they had a long line and I either needed to hurry and pick items or swipe my card for the return. I was told there’s no way for them to void items or transactions because their system is so old. I rushed and finished shopping only to be told I needed to go pick more items or place the remainder onto a gift card. But wait... I was told I couldn’t do that when I asked to place the whole amount onto a gift card. I’ve called corporate and left a complaint which I’m sure I’ll never hear back from, but I will no longer shop at this location.

I went to Dollar Tree to get some webbing for Halloween. It was surprising to find so many fun decorations for the holiday. I got more than webs, 20 items later I was happy I stopped here before making my purchases online. The cashier was speedy and had a smile on her face. It was a good experience.

Horrrrrrible wait in lines, everytime!!... Cashier had some ridiculously long nails which affected her ability to scan/press buttons properly, like come on, being cute at work aint important.... and its bad enough we gotta wait forever to begin with. Definitely no urgency to get customers out the door when theres a long line. Also, one cashier only, EVERYTIME. 👎

BEWARE!!! What a NIGHTMARE experience dealing with this store to ONLY pick up 2 orders from an online order. The employees are LAZY and don't care about helping you, at all. The employees will consistently lie to you about the whereabouts of your orders. Have emailed the President of Dollar Tree and the Better Business Bureau about my orders as the customer service at a store level and even through the District Manager is horrendous. Have also contacted Customer Service at the Corporate Office in Virginia and no one cares about you there, either. Pay the extra money for your own peace of mind to have your online orders shipped to your home.

This place used to be cruddy until they added the frozen machinery in the back. This place is an alright dollar tree location for where it is at. They don't always have everything you want but I have always had great customer service. This one is good for something quick, but there are better ones for more selection.

I'm in line writing this. There's about 15 customers ahead of me. Only one line open🤔. The older lady is literally putting up stock next to me on a Saturday afternoon while the line continues to grow. I could be mad at then but there only doing what there allowed. It's a really slow process here. Theres never anyone helping. I could probably write for another 15 mins burbill just eat these chips and hope for another line to open🤦🏾‍♂️😤😤😤

Lady at register never spoke other to say the total. No hi, bye, thank you nothing. She was airing balloons when i got to the register. She did not say i will be right there or anything. After a few minutes she walked over and just started scanning. Most Unfriendly cashier ive ever experienced.

Definitely not the cleanest of stores - kinda grosses you out a bit. For this reason I will never buy anything to eat, or anything that isn't in a wrapping that protects the stuff. Even with washing it I'm not sure all the cooties would be removed. I prefer the Dollar Tree in Euless, and the one in S. Arlington, at least I can walk around their stores without needing a cootie shot and a shower of lysol afterward.

I've never seen this store look like this. Well maybe around Christmas last year. But still. I've noticed that there is usually one of three-four reasons why these stores look like this. And same goes for Dollar General and Family Dollar Stores.1. Bad manager/District Mgr2. Not enough employees at location. (reliable)3. Supply issues. ( Which should be problem at ALL locations in area)4. Rush/Run on certain items.I only know about one employee here and EVERYTIME I'm there this older lady is too! I'm not sure what her name is but she is AWESOME! ❤️

I enjoy shopping at The Dollar tree. They have so many different house hold items, n hygiene products, snacks, can foods it's just amaze me the items they carry n for $1 just went for a thermometer n of course I left with more then just that n last but not least the Employees are also nice respectful and helpful 👌🏽😉🙂

Store manager sits in front of the entrance door smoking cigarettes (I’m sure that’s against Arlington City Ordinance) also there have been times when there is a motorbike or moped parked in the entrance/exit room between both sets of doors and the inside of the store reeks of gas and motor fumes. Lines are always crazy long and this location doesn’t have half of the other locations merch. Staff does always say “Welcome to dollar tree!” when a customer walks In. But if it wasn’t so close and cheap I would go elsewhere. I despise this dollar tree store!! Pioneer and Cooper is so much better.

This is the biggest dollar tree have ever seen island, islands in rows and rows of all kind of cool stuff. Lots of crafts and floral here.

Shelia was very rude and not customer oriented. She was rushing to clock in. I asked if her register was open she said NO I'm trying to clock in. Instead of saying let me clock in and i can ring you up she proceeds to ring someone else up. Very poor customer service!!

I had a great experience at dollar tree octavia was awesome i spoke w her the night prior about getting my daughter balloons and she took time out of her day to have 20 of them filled for me by the next day that was a great big help then she stood in the parking lot w me putting them in bags octavia ur awesome i greatly appreciate ur help
