I've been going to this dollar tree since it was built and I have to say that today was my BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! It was clean, neat and tidy. The shelves were all well stocked and, surprise, included so much holiday merchandise. The 2 associates who were working were so friendly and helpful! As usual, I went in with my list of 3 items and walked out with 30. I'll definitely be going back soon!!!

Melissa the store manger was not helpful at all and found it necessary to say that her employees are “too nice” to wrap sensitive glass ware with newspaper as that’s no something she would do. I don’t think she thought I could hear her but I found it very rude and uncalled for. Not manager material when you do put yourself in the customers shoes.

The Dollar Tree is a treasure trove especially for crafting. My co-worker was having a birthday and the idea came up to make an adult candy board. Most everything on this board I got at Dollar Tree. (Minus the Henneys and some of the candies and the board was donated). I usually end up getting crafting snacks and drinks for myself because I have deplorable self control when I'm hungry and I have all these candies I'm not allowed to eat. She loved the board and I get hailed as a creative genius. Thanks Dollar Tree!

They close at 10pm why are the doors locked at 9:45 pm ? Also every single time I come there’s always just 1 person on the register. Line going all the way down the aisle. Get more employees. & don’t lock up before closing time.

I love the Dollar Tree! From generic to name brands, you can find a variety of products. The best thing is when you spend $30 you have 30 items, not like the other store, despite the name, where everything is not a dollar.

I went in there this morning. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was organized stocked and clean. It usually It not that way. It was a pleasure shopping in there today. Big 👏to management !!

Good selection, pretty big store and very clean and organized! Stefanie opened a checkout lane for me when she saw my cart full of stuff and the two other cashiers had lines, and she had a great attitude and was joking with me and made me feel welcome! She also made sure I knew the products I had grabbed from the Dollar Store Plus section so there werent any surprises. I'd be happy to come back here and recommend this location to others!

My daughter and I shopped this morning to get some supplies for my grandson who is in first grade to complete his science project. Loss prevention dude followed us around the store the entire time. Nevermind there were other people in the store before and after our entrance. There was nothing out mannerisms that showed we were trying to steal. I went around a corner and waited for him to follow and he did. Stopped short when he realized I standing there waiting for him. He turned and went another direction. I've worked retail in some high end department stores and this is not how you treat your customers. Followed the entire 30 minutes we were in the store! The cashier's and stockers were very polite.

liver worst. Love shopping here because of the prices. Bought a new outdoor mat for $5. 2 note books for 1.25 and other home use items. Cashiers are very pleasant. Be nice to them.

I hate that I went in for a plastic spoons and spent $97 and forgot the plastic spoons. This place has evening under the sun and they always have everything in stock. Love it.

If you can't make a transaction for whatever reason tell the cashier she's gonna have to cancel it because she gonna tell you the manager has to come to the front.

I love this dollar tree so much! I honestly drive an extra 2 miles to shop at this store rather than the one close to my home.This store is so much bigger, so much cleaner and the staff is so much more friendlier. The last few times I've shopped here, the elderly lady that checks me out is the most sweetest thing ever! Next time I got, I'm getting her name because I absolutely love her!

Like other Dollar Trees, this DT is very similar. Good quality items that are all pretty much $1 each. There were some items over $1, but they are clearly marked. Lots of household and personal items to choose from. Pretty large toy and school section. The cashier was very professional and worked very quickly while multi-tasking.

Better than most. Store was stocked, cashier was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint was how dirty everything was. When I got out to my car and put my hand sanitizer on, it made mud with all the dirt my hands got on them from the items I touched.

The store was great, but your employee Micah—absolutely rude for no reason. A man had two paper towels on the cashier belt and Micah goes “I only need one” to which I believe the man’s first language was not English so he asked “what?” And Micah replied with “I only need one, do you understand?” And the man takes a few seconds before he realizes what is going on and repeats what Micah said “oh! You only need one” to which Micah goes “Yeah, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself, do you understand”. I don’t care who you are and what day you are having, but talking down to someone over a misunderstanding in paper towels is just pathetic. Not just to a customer, but to any human being. Who do you think you are? Gross.

I love their customer service... The only thing I hate about that store or any other store are The Parents that Do Not control their kids!!! I am walking out the the door earlier today and two kids come running inside the store and I almost ran them over with my cart. Their mom was just walking through the doors with 4 more kids all calm worry free!!! I am like really woman... Really?!!!! Ok so we see you have learned how to pop out kids... Now LEARN HOW TO CONTROL THEM!!!! But I Love this store.... ☺

I showed up at 7:50 on the dot and a lady at the door was closing the doors after each customer. They closed at 8! Not 7:50. Ridiculous.

First time at this location. Store was very neat and organized. I wanted a pen that has different color pens in one. Why did Dollar Tree have what I wanted. I was so excited.

I went out of my way to this Dollar Tree today(10/7/16) because the one closer to me sucks(Collins/road to Six flags). I was there looking for Halloween decorations and other various things. Had no problem finding what I needed. However, when I went to check out there seemed to be an issue with the only register open. Waited in line for 10 mins and had to ask what the problem was only to be told the system was down. The poor girl at the register didn't want to handle the customers questions and the manager was just walking around talking on the phone but did not take charge and inform the customers in line. The line was at least 20ppl long. They lost a lot of business today because everyone ended up walking out. Poor management. I wasted 1hr my time today and not sure if I want to return here.

Prices are right but they never have enough help. You always have to find a manager to get more registers opened. They were down to 1 register and like 30 to 40 people in line. I waited 36 mins to get served. The cashier was doing the best she could

I went In with my 10 year old son and the night supervisor rang us out we left at 8:16pm the manager was having her own personal conversation with her boyfriend on her personal device. She kept throwing the “N” word around while on the phone now my autistic son keeps asking me what that word means. She kept yelling at the other works (middle eastern)(Caucasian) ladies saying she didn’t feel good and that they know better. She also said she was a prissy manager and doesn’t touch any trucks or boxes. Honestly this was an over all horrible experience once bc of her language and 2 bc of how she treats the employees. Love the manager, miss Brenda, very sweet and helpful with whatever you may be looking for. Cashiers for the most part are quick and get you in and out, very well stocked on majority of items. Very pleased.

This was my first time in this store. I purchased a few items and gave Micah $20.00. He got an attitude and was rude because my change took all the ones in his register. He needs to be removed from the register and put in a position where he doesn't interact with customers. I will not return to this store.

I was in store last night and cashier and customer got into an argument. The customer told cashier "cash me outside!" The cashier responded in a belligerent way as well. I was with my child. I feel the customer was wrong in this case but the cashier still should have handled situation alittle more professional.
