Arrived at 9:35, store associates immediately started rushing me and attempted to convince me they closed in 10 minutes. Made super passive aggressive announcements (if you don't get out we'll put you to work!) on the intercom multiple times in an attempt to get me out. I left at 9:48 🙄 do better, wife and I came for a chill little snack trip and you ruined our whole vibe.

The best place to shop for a lot of household items. Now they are selling $3, $5 items also. No where you will get 2 cards for $1. Back to school supplies for $1.25. They carry bread, frozen pizza, snacks, drinks, soda pop. I love shopping at dollar tree store.

Let me tell you about Tate. He has been the Most polite young man that I’ve encountered in a while. Most people tell you what aisle product is on. He literally saw me struggling to find an extension cord and walked over to help me. Young people like him deserve so much more recognition!!! Thank you so much young man for making a difference in my day.

I just spend 100 dollars on Christmas decorations at this location...but the customer service sucks. two black women working there got bad attitude. One of them got mad cause I had too many stuff in my basket. I will never go there again.

The dollar tree is a great place! Dollar tree employees at this location, are always attentive, happy to assist, address any concerns you may have, direct you to the location of the particular items ext. Good customer service and a very fast, convent location.

I went to this location for getting last minute items to complete hygiene kits to donate to Refugee Services of Texas, a wonderful local charity. The workers went above and beyond to help us locate the items we needed, check us out quickly so we could get back to the activity where volunteers were waiting to assemble the kits at our church building nearby on California Lane. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such excellent customer service from everyone I encountered at one store. Their exhibited kind hearted, compassionate attitudes as well and complimented our church and other organizations that come in to buy things to help others in the community.

All these big reviews are funny to me. Heads up this place is next to a laundry mat. There's commonly homeless people sitting around outside or sleeping and this place is DIRTY. The staff are generally nice however they've definitely yelled or been rude to my kids before for no reason other than they seem to be having a bad day. I naturally assume the staff are overworked and under paid. This location seems to have less decor than other stores I've been to and I commonly feel unsafe in the parking lot. This general area of town is severely neglected and the city of Arlington should venture to spruce it up a bit. Next to an outdated big lots and a thrift store the entire shopping center needs an overhaul in the worst way.

The manager a little bit rude to people sometimes other than that they're employees are pretty cool I just don't like the way the manager gets on the intercom and tells everybody you have 20 minutes to get out real loud it kind of ruins the experience of shopping

I went into the store on Sunday at 7:55pm, I was not aware that the store closing at 7:58pm. Well as I was shopping the cashier comes over the loud speaker at 7:58pm to state the registers were closed and to have a good evening. Well once I walked in the store, if they were closing within the next 3 mins I would have assumed someone should have told me this, but they did not. They allowed me to shop for 3 mins then made that announcement. The proper procedure since they still had 2 minutes left was to say please bring final items to the cash register for purchase, but unfortunately they did not...so rude!

Allowing customers to finger through all of the newspapers (presumably looking for the good coupons???) is both disgusting and inappropriate on the heels of a pandemic. Other locations keep the papers behind the counter and hand out as they are purchased. Management at this location seems complacent, at best.

Very well stocked store with a lot of different selections! I found actual LED light bulbs there for a dollar a piece! I had just spent 7 bucks for a two pack earlier!

Good prices.. Descent grocery selection and a abundance of sweet munchies. For a dollar it was better than trick or treat, you decide on what you want without an expensive costume.

I went in to a balloon, I asked the cashier and older lady if she could sell me a balloon she said very rudely we have no helium. I responded (joking) so maybe you guys should take the displays down.She went on to treat me like I was a bother and told me helium should is out, period. She was very angry 😠😠 😠 and I told her I was just joking and since I didn't work there I said...then she stopped me and responded by saying exactly you don't work here. I got very upset and went to speak with the manager and all she said was I will talk with her. No apology no nothing 🤔😏. If I could give this store a -0 I would.

I wouldn’t give them any star. So under the sun, there is this store associate trying to bang her box besides me, I was in front of the fridge part trying to look what I need. I told her she doesn’t have to be so loud, instead of an apology she slamed the freezer door almost on may face, I continued to told her she’s being disrespectful, she told me to leave the store, and said she has every right to. I told her I haven’t finished shopping yet, she said “finish your shopping and leave.” Ok, so I thought I had it. So I grabbed some items, I was close to the cashiers counter, the other store associate was on the phone, she was telling the other end, “there’s a disturbance...” I said she was being disrespectful back there. I run out of the store, there is a scheme going on there, I called 911, they are weird too. I said there was a murder attempt done to me. This is a store that never would have existed on earth.

If there was a rating below -5 stars I would click that one ! Yesterday I went to this Dollar Tree store with two of my aunts , and this girl ( manager or I don't know what "all I remeber is that she had a blue shirt" ) started to look at me very badly andI to follow me I didn't knew the reason why she was doing that , ( I thought that they were going to close the store ) and when my aunts were paying the stuff they got I went to the door side and this girl followed me and she standed at the exit door and one of my aunts asked the girl if there was a problem with me and the girl said yes , she said that someone saw me putting something inside my side-bag ( I got surprised , the only thing I had put in my bag was my cellphone )Please do a better job with this , I know that she was doing her work but It wasn't a reason to blame me for something like this .Who the h**k would like to go to jail by robbing something with $1 value . Literally OMG !
