normally love this store but I was there this evening at 6:15 and the store was on autopilot. I don't know what happened to the helpful ladies that are normally there but the ones there tonight could not be bothered with work because they too busy standing outside smoking! I needed assistance to purchase cough syrup and another lady had to walk out there to get them because the line was backed up and the register would not approve my purchase due to ID check. the white lady looked like she was on her last leg. I hope this is not the new norm. this store has been a great asset to the neighborhood until today.

I love this Dollar General because they have everything I need and the price is great. When I say I live below my means on purpose oh I mean that!! I shop at four stores: HEB, Dollar General, Walmart sometimes, and Target when I treat myself I brought all my detergent and dryer sheets from here! I am on my second container and Sundays& Mondays are Laundry Days no exceptions. I love driving across town coming here and stocking up on products✌🏽I used to lived in this area before moving one of my colleagues lives in the area also. Small world!! The staff members are so nice and friendly..

Dollar General has merchandise I never knew I needed. This one has a very good selection of inexpensive housewares, hair accessories and $1.00 candy, which were on my shopping list. The cashier was quick, helpful and friendly. They also had the best lip balm I have ever used. O'Keeffe's Lip Repair. It is working great in the dry winter air.

Unlike most Dollar General stores the employees here seem happy and are very helpful. I needed two things and couldn't remember the second. The check out lady was very helpful and tried to help me remember! Very nice and helpful. Wish all Dollar General stores had folks like this.

The people who work here are amazing. Very friendly. And it doesn't feel like they are friendly because they have to. They are very nice people. They remember you when you come back in. They even ask me where my daughter is if she's not with me. And they are so sweet to her. She's 3 yo and loves to go in here and see her friends. It's a very welcoming place and they are also very helpful when you are looking for something.

Great place. The employees are very kind and helpful. They were about to close and apparently there is a customer who comes in most nights late and likes to throw laundry detergent on the floor creating a safety issue for the nice ladies to clean up at closing time. I felt very bad for them as it has happened on several occasions. So next time you are there please let them know you appreciate them.

Handy for a quick drop in when we do not want to have to drive to all the way to a grocery store, Target or Walmart for small necessities. Lots of stocked items, good variety and great prices. Store is always clean and well organized. Unexpected sales on already low-priced items make it a necessity to check in often for surprise bargains. Workers are friendly, helpful and wear masks properly. Always a greeting on entry, thanks when leaving and in-between they point out sales and can answer every question. Pity all the local stores are not so well run.

The store is always very neat, clean and organized. Employees always greet me when I walk in and thank me for coming when I am done shopping. They also wish me a good rest of my day. Plus its only 2 minutes from my house so very convenient location.

It is close and convienant. The staff are always polite and share casual conversation when I go in. Prices are to be expected as with most Dollar General stores. The product selection is great and they have majority of the products stocked. It's clean and well laid out.

This store is handy. But it’s poorly lit, messy appearance w various tables of Sale items crowding the entry. Big Dead roach on floor, employee walks past it, right near front of store too. Watch out on price tags, they’re not always by what you think you’re buying. The staff here all exude a demeanor they’d rather be somewhere else. May be all of these stores are like this?

This store has good prices, better if you download the App for discounts which I would advise before you go. It is convenient to my location in East Arlington, within walking distance . Typically ,the customer service is very good as well. Don't hesitate to ask where something is, the staff is well trained.

This is the New Store on Arkansas, close to Green Oaks in Arlington. By far the nicest and spacious Dollar General I've been to. Great location for those of us who live nearby. Don't have to go to Pantego anymore, that I like. I was impressed.

The store could be more organized. There is quite a bit on sale. Just pay attention, a whole box of coloring books was in the clearance section but not on sale.

I needed to get something for a stuffy head real quick, because I had forgotten to take my allergy meds before I left home. Found what I wanted, near the register, no problem. Stood about 6 minutes at said register, even making noises "you hoo", "hello" "anyone" "can I give you my money" and still no one. Finally a few more people came up and the Store Manager FINALLY checked me out. Geeze. The time was ticking away!

It's disgusting and inconsiderate that the employees and especially management to smoke in front of the store. Even worst when customers smoke in front with them. Not everyone smokes especially those with children. Selfish people.
