Took our dog to get groomed, we printed out pictures since they can never seem to make it look like what we ask for. Our dog turned out worse than ever and it cost us $70. I’ll include the inspiration picture and what he looks like after his cut. You would think they would hire someone that can do a good job.

We use this facility every time we visit family in Arlington. They provide everything or bring your own. It is an amazing concept. Price is great.

Taking my dogs here to get baths or nails trimmed, any kind of service is so easy and cheaper than any other place, staff is always nice. My dogs are treated with love and respect, this is a place for you to provide a spa day to your furry baby

Great value and great experience! Very clean and organized. Dennis greeted me at the door and because I had never been there before, he explained very clearly what was what. They provide everything you need to wash, dry and groom your best good friend. It cost less than $17 and I didn't have to make a mess at my house. Totally worth it. Thank you!

I started coming here since 8 months ago. i have 2 toy aussies that i would usually bring here and groom myself. Ana and Yoshii. This year of spring break, i also used their daycare service for our 2 dogs. and according to the manager and assistant manager our dog yoshii is very friendly and both of them are fine. our dogs do not have a history of biting people and dogs. since we started coming here, we never had any issues except yesterday. I was with my 7 year old daughter and brought our dog yoshii here yesterday for bath and groom (diy). we arrived here around 10 in the morning, and we finished around 11AM. on the way out, there was a lady with her pitbull standing right outside by the door. Her dog had a vest and was on a leash until it broke. INJURED my dog, ATTACKED my dog. I called 911 and was informed to call the animal support but did not come, police eventually arrived as Cindy, the employee called them, as my argument with the lady with a pitbull got heated. the lady with her pitbull did not want to be responsible for the damages that caused my dog and told me "my dog beat your dog, so what get over it.!" As I was leaving cindy with the old lady came to me, and said does not want my dog yoshii here back anymore because he is aggressive.. define aggressive? My dog yoshii barks just like any other dogs. he barks non-stop just like all the other dogs you guys have in the kennel. my dog was ATTACKED, INJURED, and had to be taken to a vet yesterday. and I had my 7 year old daughter who saw everything that happened, watched our dog getting beat up by someone else`s dog, and heard nothing from the employees. "I am sorry that happened to your dog," NOTHING. "I am sorry your daughter had to see such a TRAUMATIC event." NOTHING. No compassion, no empathy whatsoever. but now, DENYING the service for my dog yoshii. I hope none of y`all kids have to see such thing, I hope none of y`all dogs have to go through the same. COMPASSION and EMPATHY are part of HUMANITY, and it is FREE.

We have 3 dogs and the largest is part Burnese Mountain Dog which has hair going many directions. This will be our 4th year to use Dog Wash to shave her for the summer heat and they have done a wonderful job every time. Price is reasonable and drop off /pickup very easy. No need to go anywhere else.

Today was my first day at this place, I love how the lady at front (red hair, green nails) forgot to ask for her name, but she was really nice with my dog, I was very pleased with the service, very affordable and clean place as well. My dog came back home happy, not scared or stressed at all. I would definitely be back soon.

This is our go to spot now!! My dog has alot of anxiety and she doesn’t allow anyone else to take her a bath or groom unless it’s me or my husband. This place made her bath so smooth and easy for me. They provide you with shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer and a box full of items like a hair brush, nail clippers and other stuff for your fur babies hair. Also they provide an apron so you don’t get your clothes wet 😊

Love Dog Wash! Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is so easy to wash and dry your dog. The staff gives a kit when you arrive. It has all the tools you need, towels, shampoo, and ear cleaner, as well as many other items. They do grooming, will teach you how to groom, it's just a wonderful place.

First at the dog wash with my doggos Darwin and Dee. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful! They sell pet merchandise and also look to have. Doggie Day Care. You can choose to do b your dog wash or have the pros do it. We did our own. It was messy and the dogs hated it? But bathtub thanks me! 😊

I have a little 7 lb dog and she loves coming to play at daycare here and I love that I can drop her off while I run some errands or for a full day and she can get her nails trimmed while she is there.staff are very helpful & friendly

Really wanted to like this place. I made an appointment ahead of time and received a phone call confirming/reminding me of the appointment which was nice.The price is great! We changed from our previous groomer who does a great job, but we paid way too much for a ~10lb dogMy husband told the groomers to cut a 2 out of 4, which I assume 4 is the shortest, but when I got my dog back, it was incredibly too short. I called in the morning to confirm the services my dog would receive and they mentioned they would cut off about 1/2 in, but it looks like they cut a good 2 inches off.This wouldnt have bothered me as much, since it gives him extra time to grow his hair (trying to think on the positive side, but the cut was also very uneven in his chest and around his face and head. Really disappointed in the choppy cut.All in all, not a bad place, but not sure if we will return.

They are very nice here. I have a standard poodle I groom here.The facility is great and staff are friendly and helpful. Once there was a de-shedding going on and I have asthma so that wasn't easy for me, but that didn't have anything to do with the great staff and the facility.

Will NEVER take my Yorkie here again. I asked for a specific cut. She first told me my dogs hair was to wirey and not cotton enough for the cut. I trusted her because you know they are groomers. So then I showed her another pic. She said I can keep her top knot & keep some extra hair on her legs like the photo I showed. So I said ok fine. I came back to pick her up and she looked horrible! I was so upset I just left. At that point it was nothing I could do about it. They didn't even cut the fur even under her chin. Worst groomer ever. This was my dogs first grooming session. UghI attached photos from penterest if some styles I wanted. I have attached photos of my dog of what DOG WASH did. Smh.

Drove over 20 minutes to wash my dog only get turned down because they take the last diy dog wash at 6 when they close at 7, I arrived at 6:05 and was told “we just took our last one”. If you don’t take anymore baths after 6 then put that on the website or post it somewhere other than the front of the door. Instead I loaded my dog up and drove 20 min without knowing. Horrible way of running a business…..

We take our 2.5yo 'combative' and timid pomchi here for regular nail trims which are only $10! These ladies are great, and I think/hope he may be warming up to them now. Lol.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They were able to get my dog in and out on a last minute grooming visit. No fuss and no wait. I dropped him off and an hour later they were done. He looked amazing and his nails were trimmed perfectly. Bath time is NOT his favorite but he loved THE DOG WASH❣ ❣ ❣🐕‍ 🐕‍ 🐕‍ 🐕‍ 🐕‍

They did a great job of grooming my pup! She had become a bit shaggy during the pandemic. Fast and friendly! Only reason I didn't give a Five-Star was that their credit card machine was down and I had to go to the bank to get money.

Nice place. A little crazy, but you get that when multiple dogs are in one area. Wish they explained a little more, like how to turn on their dryers and get special shampoo. Either way, it was much easier than doing it in the bathtub and my girls were not overly mad. 🐶

Beautiful clean place. Front desk lady was super nice great energy. Explained everything beautiful She was busy helping everyone with a big smile on her face. Lovely experience WILL COME AGAIN !
