The pharmacy NEVER picks up the phone. This is the third call I have made and I have currently been on hold for 30 minutes. First time was 15 minutes. Second time was 20 minutes. Please do your job better.

I like this CVS, probably because I'm familiar with the layout. I buy most of my personal and grooming products here. I used to have my prescriptions filled here, I was very happy with the service. However, they no longer accept my BCBS insurance, so I went elsewhere. I would probably switch back if they changed their policy.

We keep coming to this CVS off of pioneer and Collins in Arlington tx. The bathrooms are never clean and they never open. The older lady teller seemed offended we asked about it and told one in our group it isn't against us it is the fact no one has cleaned the restrooms. She was the same lady that was here the day before as well. Idk what the issue is but we were and continued not to be the only ones asking about the restrooms. We being 4 women all with kids was called hoodlums for asking to go to the bathroom and we happened to have been cutting up with each other when walking in. Service in this store is B.S. don't come here.

I would like to add customers in pharmacy I know you are going g to cvs pharmacy because you or one of your love ones are sick, I understand the pain, I am customer in cvs since 23 years in different lications one in Arlington, Virginia until I moved toTexas, I feel like from the other side you have a girls or men's who only have between 18 to majority 23 years that is a new generation is working in the pharmacy, give the opportunity to demonstrate like a patients you are important, I know is not fun to go for prescription for 24 hour pharmacy, the amount of customers walk in ordrive true is a high volume, this kids are still practicing they are working in a real pharmacy in the envioroment and have a big stress and responsability, in the same topic imagine they changing personal all the time, why??? Because some young adults cant support the stress , remember when you have your first job how are you feeling? Scary, estress and anxious, again given time to grow...about the pharmacy close for lunch is inconvenient I agree, but all pharmacies do that, and for one or two interactions you can not judge the whole pharmacy personal, in Walgreens they told you I give you in 10 minutes and past 30 and still counting... and another thing is they try to seem like they dont see you ( Walgreens), Cvs have high volume on calls and talk to doctors, call or txts to patients, need to be multitasking, in my case they always have an empathy and I like that...if you are not happy for not trasmite your madness in write bad reviews, simple ignore and dont go more if you decide so, but do not let this kids lost their jobs, again they try hard, hard and I saw bc I am frequent customer, patient

Pharmacist on call is a hack. Cant answer simple questions, and loves the word "no" and shoving the phone so close to his face all you can hear is whatever he is eating or slurping on. My son is not feeling well, so i called around 11:30pm to ask if thier was a lower dose of nyquil or tylenol that i could safely give my 7 year old son. The machine qont let you connect directly to the pharmacy unless you have an active prescription with them, so i was forced to call the front of the store, who then transfered me to the back where i was told"no" over and over before being able to complete anything i was trying to say. They were very rude, and i will never do business with cvs again.

Absolutely awful service provided by CVS Pharmacy. After going to the doctor and having a prescription sent to this location my parents who do not dominate the English language to perfection were told they were “too busy to accept the prescription” and “to go somewhere else” which is not protocol. CVS pharmacy has every right to transfer the prescription themselves to another pharmacy but it is not the patients job to find a different pharmacy. I can only imagine how many elderly patients who do not dominate the English language get treated and discriminated against at this location.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Almost all the staff is rude and unwilling to answer any questions. If you have more than one prescription, it's never ready on the same day. I get texts and phone calls saying prescription is ready but when I get there it's not ready. They close there drive thru down so they don't have to service people, which isn't good for handicap, disabled people, or parents with sick children. They close it down because they know people don't want to go inside and they'll drive away. I literally had to tell a pharmacy tech over the phone, that she was talking to me extremely rude, all because I was asking about the refill dates on prescriptions since I was picking up for 4 individuals.

This pharmacy is very terrible. I dropped prescription at 8:00 pm and lady told me come back pick it up 10:30 . When I come back, there’s only an African man in pharmacy and he can’t find it in the system. I was asking him help me find prescription if she forgot somewhere on the table or counter. I got answer from him is I don’t know. He is so rude to customers. He is working in pharmacy but he doesn’t know anything . Just told me go back to hospital or call them for another prescription.

The Pharmacy Service here is terrible. They gave me a time frame of 45 minutes. I reached there an hour late just because they always make some delays. I am here now, and they still haven’t started working on my meds yet. They have requested 20 more minutes. Bad management. This has become very common now. I hope guys fix it for better future days.

Will is a very angry and hostile pharmacist! Treats me like trash Everytime I go in for no reason! You're a pharmacist why can't you be kind and treat people with dignity and respect? I also remember I called them once and Will answered and instead of saying bye or have a nice day, he hung up on me. I called right back and asked him about it and he said he was finished with the call and doesn't have to say bye. The pharmacist doesn't even have basic manners and courtesy just anger and rudeness! That's the example he's setting for the other tech's and CVS doesn't care. Just terrible

Every time I order photos here the have a hard time finding them. One time their printee went down and nonone contacted me to tell me.. they said come back in an our and your pictures will be done. Came back 3 hrs later and they claimed the order was lost somehow?Today they just said, "I don't see them..." No solutions, no nothing. Told them I have confirmation emails for my 2 orders...still nothing. She literally just shrugged at me. This is why I never prepay for my pics here and why I'm not coming here again.

I just got off the phone with the pharmacy assistant and he was just Terrible. He wasn’t willing to help me at all and was just rude. I asked about an alternative medication for my prescription since they were out and he just wanted to hang up and said that he had a bunch of people “looking at him and wondering what he was doing on the phone?” I guess not assisting me. Terrible customer service. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

I haven’t experienced the pharmacy itself, but while making purchases in the main store, Hien was very kind and helpful and made me feel welcome even while wandering around at 3am. If she hasn’t had a raise or promotion recently she deserves another. :)

Called in today to ask the pharmacist Will for a recommendation for a medication. From part experience, most pharmacist would of just thrown a medication name and be done with it. Will took the time to explain different medications and how it works with my body. I didn't feel rushed or if I was" bothering". We need more healthcare workers like Will, especially in this trying time of the pandemic

I dropped off two prescriptions around 3:00 pm, I go to pick up my prescription around 11:30 pm. To be only given one and the pharmacist telling me he can’t find the other one and to come back in the morning, when a new pharmacist is in. So now I’m have to be in pain until morning because they lost my prescription. Never will I go back to CVS. Such an inconvenience!

They have a cellphone jammer at this location. I had too many problems with filling my son's prescription to list... After hours i just left and had it filled at Walgreens. I do have a major concern though... I was told here that i had to pay over $70 for the medicine but when i had it filled at walgreens it was fully covered by my insurance, So whats going on CVS?

If I could give a negative star ⭐️ I would. The people In the pharmacy are rude and don’t deserve to work with people . The African man told me to go to another pharmacy because he was behind on filling meds . Told me to call corporate because what he says goes. I’ll be calling an attorney first then corporate. I’ll never visit this rude store ever again

Dropped of my prescription at 7:30pm and pharmacist advised me it would be ready by 10pm I show up and a different pharmacist advised me the previous lady never put my prescription in the computer so I had to wait another 30mins. Second pharmacist was very nice tho.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my life zero stars if it was an option I have prescriptions I'm required to take and my cvs is out of stock so I call this one and they Absolutely refused to help me they wouldn't transfer my prescription from my cvs to this one because "they aren't allowed to do that" yet I call another cvs right after and they tell me no problem and fill it

A man At pharmacy who didn’t say his name was very rude and not helpful at all gave me the wrong number for the Covid 19 testing I still read it back and he said I got it and hung up … he was not trying to help at all . Il call back and get his name .
