A standard general store and pharmacy, no complaints. They got an ATM, pretty flowers outside, drinks, snacks, gauze, plan B, and a large general first aid section. It's great if you want to just walk in while you're in the downtown area and don't feel like hopping in your car for a trip to a larger store that is farther away from the area. The only qualm I have is the fact that this area can get sketchy when it gets dark around closing time during the winter.

CVS on line scheduling system booked me here for some vaccinations. It turns out the store is completely closed for remodel, expect the pharmacy itself is open. I had to stand in the drive through lane to talk to the pharmacist who then opened a back door to let me in. The guy was rude. I left not wanting a rude guy jabbing me with needles in a construction zone. CVS should not be scheduling vaccinations at this location and should hire more polite and customer service oriented people.

Just one week ago, went to purchase a painkiller for pain relieve as I waited to see my doctor the following day. I only needed to explain my kinda pain so I would be guided accordingly. After standing at the que alone for a few minutes and realizing the two staff who were at the pharmacy were not paying attention to me, I moved closer. One shouted from where he was. I couldn't shout back. Wondered why any of them wouldn't make a step to move closer, and give me attention.. The older guy marched forward, wearing A VERY IMPATIENT LOOK ON HIS FACE. He had hardly listened to my explanation before he marched past me towards the medicines. My effort to explain didn't work. He went n picked a drug. He drowned my voice, when I tried to explain for the second time the kinda pain I had. He gave me the medicine, told me it would work, and walked back. I felt disappointed. Paid for them, prayed that they would relieve my pain and walked away feeling dissatisfied, with a prayer that, I should never encounter such again. Very poor customer service

Worst pharmacy ever! Don't even waste your time going there to fill out prescriptions. They are under staff and you have to wait forever in order to get a pharmacist. The manager or at least that's what she said refused to give me my prescription. I demanded (Shiloh) to give me my prescription and she denied. I needed my medication and walk out from the store empty-handed. The others girls seemed afraid of the black lady who said she was the manager. I rather drive 5 more minutes than going there. So so rude, careless about what they are there for. They shouldn't be working with the public, zero professionalism. They should have that pharmacy shout down.

CVS on Abrams and Collins absolutely the worst. Been with them for a couple years and 2 or 3 times they don't have my prescription. Their solution is to have my Dr. call another CVS. If I have to do this anymore I'm going back to Walgreens. A further drive but never had this problem with them. CVS sucks....

The pharmacist told me she couldn't look up information to give me from previous prescriptions. I would've been fine with this, but another CVS location I mistakenly called immediately tried to look up the information for me. I'm not sure if someone made a mistake about what information is allowed to be given out, or she just didn't feel like looking it up, but every other pharmacy I've used has kept information on file.

This store is unorganized and dirty.Today, I chose to use the self check out lane and it triggered the age verification because I got some wine, the employee comes over, only says "Im on the phone" and instructs me to put my birthday in while he walks away because "On the phone with hes parents"...The whole 'Im just a baybe stick/attitude is lame and unprofessional. You need to be present and MINDFUL of the people in your surroundings.No one cares for excuses when your suppossed to be WORKING.

I went in the store just now to pick up my needle for my shot and the visit was memorable. The pharmacist in the back, older white guy, Ken I think his name is.... he made my day so much just for being thoughtful. Something as small as kinds words or positive attitudes towards trans people can make the biggest moment in their day. Had to write a review for him. Thank you for being a good human being. Wonderful work.

The pharmacy associates are so unfriendly, every single time. 0 customer service skills. I asked for a oral syringe so i can give my son his medicine ( the medicine i purchased didn’t include one ) and you would think i asked them for free drugs. Just blah. But the front end cashiers are friendly. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

This poor review is about the Pharmacy at 815 E Abrams St. Arlington, TX:Their customer service needs and requires improvement.Picking up your prescriptions right next to the area where other people are receiving their shots is a violation to the HIPAA's regulations, since they want to have the same employee taking care of their drive through patients and the inside patients at the same time.You had to be yelling your birthday and name due to the plastic shield at the register. And the Pharmacist calls out the name of the patients waiting in line for their shots... People get stressed out when they are receiving a shot, normally so a more private setting would help tremendously.Honestly, I had never experienced such poor service before in my life...In the other hand, the store side personal is great, top notch 5 Stars ***** I always take our Passports pictures with them because they guarantee their service and if the passport office doesn't accept them, they will retake them for you without any problem with a great smile.Thank you for reading the whole ordeal!

Worse pharmacy ever no customer service skills very rude went to get my son his covid shot arrive early they didn't have customers and told me to come back it was only 20 minutes before his appointment the one on collins st gets u way before your time this cvs dont. Came back 15 minutes before his appointment still didn't check me in she just told me to wait then she ignore me and i waited 20 minutes and she never got me and she got on the phone. Never told me anything so I had to tell another girl i have been waiting long and she hasn't helped me justed told me to wait. They were trying to make it seem it was my fault for not checking in.

Did not recieved prescription from the doctor and did not picked the doctors call. After some calling the prescription was not filled on time. Refused to accept bcbstx insurance. Took too long to transfer prescription to Walgreens. Wasted a whole day talking to these people on phone. Worst experience !

Not a great CVS to shop at and I've been to worse. The middle-eastern/Arabic, or Hispanic manager is very rude during my visit, but the cashier Chris was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Chris helped me getting the refunds I need, while the manager talks to me rude, thinking I'm doing this for fun, when in reality the body wash I got irritated my skin and need to return then. No customer return for fun and the managers need to know this and keep that in mind. I'm glad I've got my returns done here, thanks to Chris' help, but you are not in luck if that manager is in the store.

Julia and the pharmacist Shlay have horrible customer service and this location should be shut down. Julia refused to provide patients with their medication and denied prescriptions and had been very discriminatory toward myself and my family and friends. They did not review the correct insurance and tile patients to leave and shutting the door and walking away.

Rosa at the Pharmacy is extremely rude and will hang up on you if you ask too many questions. You should be able to call without the staff getting annoyed.

Horrible service provided by the pharmacy. So I came to pick up my meds, I didn't have my I.D but had my passport!!! They told me I cannot pick up my meds with passport. So I had to come to following week. I brought my i.d, but I used my passport since it was a different rep. She accepted my passport and I asked why did you all not accepted it last time I came. They said it was a new employee. Bull Sh×××t, not true... they just don't know how to do their jobs and have poor customer service.Strongly recommend CvVS on Brown Blvd

I think that CVS minute clinic is scamming people when it comes to getting their results for the COVID-19 test.I had my test down on June18th and here it is June 26 and I still have not received my results. Every time I call they say to wait for e-mail which I've never gotten no one will answer the phone to give me any information. I'm still sick the test itself was not comfortable so really don't want to have to go through it again if I don't have to but I should be able to get my results by now. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I pulled into the pharmacy drive thru 10 minutes before closing because that’s the time I get out of work and the pharmacists refused to give me my prescription. I was in line way BEFORE closing. Out of all the CVS’s I’ve been to, this one is the absolute worst. Don’t trust the five star reviews, these people are terrible! Trying to get out of this pharmacy ASAP, what a mistake going there in the first place.

The people in the pharmacy are so rude. They feel like they can talk to you any way. I was yelled at in one ocasión and when you ask questions they get an attitude like it’s not there job. Hello...education prevents medication errors!! I wish they would address this. I’m switching pharmacies

It is never busy (any time I've been and that's usually in the early evenings. That is a relief for me...however, they've got some stocking issues going on there. Like they don't stock the same brand together so it takes forever to find what I'm looking for.

Will stop using this CVS because of their hours. The pharmacy closes too early for someone with a critical need for some medication. I had a strep infection and the only CVS I could get a prescription filled is on Little Road and Pleasant Ridge (a 24 hour pharmacy) which is totally across town for me. I think I will transfer to either that CVS or Walmart.

The pharmacist was very helpful regarding applying discount cards for medications not covered by my ins even though she was the only person on duty & close to closing time (I don't get off of work until an hour before close).

Wont ever come to cvs again they falsely advertised 2-4day testing results. It is now day 7 im 39 weeks pregnant and i havent received results or a call back. Ill be contacting the BBB for false advertisement

I just wanted to say thank you to CVS because I had gotten a $10 coupon in my email and when I had gotten to the store I was about to use it wrong and the cashier helped me so I was able to use my coupon and I am very thankful for all his help!

I was prescribed a medication from my doctor's office apparently they were out but instead of helping me out trying to find another cvs to fill they told me good luck. Also they lost a prescription that my doctor sent in last month.
