Their service is unsatisfactory and not professional. As a customer since 2019 who relies on hormone medication, I've consistently faced issues with their prescription refills. On April 30, 2024, at 11:47 am, they incorrectly prepared my prescription as RX LEV instead of the required UNI. Despite assurances it would be corrected within a few hours, I unexpectedly ran out of my medication on Saturday night. When I contacted them, they admitted they had nothing in stock and were unable to resolve the issue. Missing a dose, as happened yesterday, poses serious risks to my health, given the nature of my thyroid hormone treatment. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy.

Went in to get my prescriptions with my ID and Insurance card. Got told that I needed a pharmacy benefits card if I'm going to use insurance..... Never in my life has my insurance card been denied at a pharmacy. They normally put in the info for my insurance and I pay my $10 copay for my scripts. But not today, I got treated like I don't know what I'm talking about and that insurance never covers pharmacy. They just straight up lied to me. It's not even like they were busy, I was their ONLY customer. I only went here because it was cheaper and open on a Sunday. Next time I will wait so that I can go somewhere where people actually know what they are talking about.

Go to a different pharmacy. Most of the time they will have pharmacy technicians that treat you unfairly and don’t care about wasting your precious time. One time I also called them on the phone waiting 40 minutes until I decided to drive there and see what was going on. There were 3 pharmacy technicians and their phone was still ringing. It was very unprofessional. They don’t want to answer the phone. If you don’t want to get a headache and get frustrated, don’t even bother going to this pharmacy.

Not good experience. I needed to get some passport pictures for which I decided to go to cvs bc they are open late (open until midnight) and I stood in line to wait then asked for the passport pictures to the lady who said they don’t do passport pictures but then agreed to do them bc I told her I needed them and there are no store rules stated that they don’t do passport pictures on a particular day or time. If you’re going to have the store open 24 hours a day and holidays why refuse a service that is being paid for? The manager (Jose) was rude and use the excuse that they are busy. I am a customer too and waited and I’m paying, so why just no when everyone comes and shops at any time as long as a store is open. As someone who also has to work holidays, and is a nurse, or only have specific time to get things, I am disappointed with the customer service.

Horrific pharmacy department. Over two hours for an inhaler and with the 5 people “working” you would think they could fill prescriptions faster but no, they are talking and laughing about the male tech's girlfriend and her ponytail. Between all the cackling and giggling and gossiping they have missed 7 phone calls. It’s really sad that customer service has gone down the drain the way it has.

Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at CVS that has left me contemplating whether this is the kind of service I want to rely on for my healthcare needs. My doctor had sent an order for an essential glucose monitor device due to my gestational diabetes. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete when my husband went to pick it up, and we were asked to return.Upon returning, we met with a CVS employee named Fatima, who lacks patience. She informed us that the brand specified by my doctor was unavailable, and they couldn't even order it. Instead, she asked me to call my doctor and request a different order.When my doctor's office tried to contact CVS to resolve the issue, Fatima refused to accept the call through my phone and insisted on using CVS's line. However, as my doctor's office attempted to make the call, she abruptly closed the pharmacy for her lunch break, leaving me standing there in disbelief. None of the other staff members, including Fatima, answered the call while it was ringing.My doctor's office informed me that CVS was unresponsive during their attempts to reach them, and they suggested I ask Fatima to take their call if she could spare a moment since I was physically present. Astonishingly, Fatima declined and instructed me to return later.This experience has truly shattered my perception of what it means to be a pharmacist. I always believed that pharmacists were dedicated to helping people on their path to recovery. However, the poor customer service I encountered today has prompted me to rethink my choice of CVS as my pharmacy.I have only two months left in this pregnancy, and I have decided that once it's over, I will be canceling my relationship with CVS permanently. I hope that pharmacists, like Fatima, can recognize the importance of their role in the healthcare system and strive to bring positive energy and exceptional service to their customers.

I am going to cvs at daily basis, I need to get my snacks and cvs sleep med over the counter, I love the way like they treat me, they are nice, professional, honest and great helpers, I know a Manager, his name is Jose and is a hard worker, great manager who help me in almost all my purchases, and Mohamed in Christopher, again great team, good leader Jose Aguilar, I am feel in home when I go there as well with the pharmacy tech Omar... he is kind, noble and have empathy with all customer as well speak Spanish my first language, is a good add in the pharmacy, if you want a great experience in a great level go to cvs in Pionerr Pkwy Arlington store, the best of the best.

They didn't sell me beer because I was Venezuelan, I had to be Mexican, Canadian or American to be able to buy a beer, how stupid Maybe I don't know the laws of the country or the pharmacy but it seems stupid to me that they don't accept my passport as an ID if the requirement is to be of legal age I have been for a long time.

Tina - Pharmacy manager is rude and disrespectful and has been reported to district Manager Dinh. Continued to talk over me as I asked questions and say that “I am not her mother!” when asked to repeat something. Maybe a language barrier? When you are sick, the last thing you want to deal with is poor customer service. The only reason I continue to come here is because its 24 hours.

I once needed To pick up my son's prescription, and a lady working in the pharmacy area immediately told me "you have to come back at 2," I thought she meant the Prescription would not be ready until then, since I had given her his information, but I later found out she just wanted me and my kid to come back later simply so she and her coworkers could take lunch breaks until 2 pm. Meanwhile, their sign says they are gone from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch and this was at 10:30.

Worst place ever. They run incorrect insurance for my medication and charged me copay last time. Today they are running the right one and no copayment this time. When i asked about last time they are showing attitude and behave unprofessional ly. I am not necessarily asking any refund i was just asking what happened and they are showing attitude and make me wait on purpose. I am definitely changing the location of my pharmacy. I feel ignored and insulted. They should learn to behave like a normal human being because i dont see them become nice in their lifetime.

Went today 2-16-2022 at 5am and nobody was at pharmacy. The pharmacist says give me 45 minutes. I said fine. Bought couple items and went to deposit. I go threw the drive threw and the same guy goes i said 45 minutes maybe another 20 minutes i have left. I told him well i will wait here. He said you have to drive around. I ask why? He replies because it times me and keeps beeping!Are you freaken serious!!!!! Horrible! Definately not coming back!!! They love to loose customers here!

The reviews are definitely accurate. It’s ridiculous that I can’t pick up a prescription without getting an unprovoked attitude from staff and mumbling under the breath. Pharmacy staff is just rude for no reason. Guess this is what we are stuck with nowadays… Kids that don’t want to work 🙄 Who knew trying to ask questions and receive help was too much to ask for. Thankfully this is not my normal pharmacy.

I went to get my Vaccine booster and the pharmacist refused to attend to me. He claims that I had multiple appointments in the area. Why would I want to get multiple boosters? He helped 3 others before me and made me wait 45 minutes before even acknowledging me. Even his own techs showed him that I was supposed to be there. Emphasize for the boosters yet treat me like I’m not supposed to get it. The ladies there are nice but Mr. Anh-Vu needs to retire with that attitude.

I don’t know what stick got stuck in this worker the male that works in the pharmacy is seriously the rudest joker on the phone. Why work in customer care if you hate it that much. Id expect this kind of behavior from a McDonald’s employee not a pharmacy tech. Hope his life gets better

This older Hispanic lady was supposed to get my prescription but, she was moving extremely slow, kept asking me to wait, had me get to the front of the long line just to be told my prescription isn’t ready so I went home, waited, came back and my prescription still wasn’t ready.

So my first incident with this CVS is when i received a text saying my prescription was ready so i called to be sure it was a guy i spoke to telling me oh we don't have anything stating you ever filled it here all i can say is excuse me and he repeated himself i said sir they just text me and said it was ready like i told him i always fill my prescription here he said well i don't see anything after 10 minutes of me going back and forth with this man i go up there it was ready for pick up......second incident i put in a refill on my blood thinners yesterday because i have a clotting issue and it's required most definitely while i'm pregnant the lady i spoke to told me it will be ready by 10 last night but i decided to send my husband this morning to pick them up before my next injection they just told him that it's on it's way from Oklahoma so i called and asked to speak to a manager i was told oh he is off today so i asked her why wasn't i informed this when i put in my refill i was told it will be ready for pick up last night around 10 all she can say is i'm sorry you should have been informed and like i told her i wasn't smh this is ridiculous my thing is get people in there who want to do their because i could have checked to see does another cvs carried it the laziness up there is going to cost somebody or people their life it's time for me to find another pharmacy i never had this problem with Walgreens these folk's lie too much

This pharmacist used to be very good now they hired all these young girls with attitudes eating hot Cheetos complaining about customers asking questions about prescriptions like isn’t that what their getting paid to do?? I swear they were all gossiping being disrespectful unprofessional and very LAZY I couldn’t even get my prescription because of how much these girls were busy complaining to each other about doing their job u guys need to fire the new staff because it has been horrible and a mess down there very rude, ghetto and unprofessional I will be telling my doctor to switch pharmacy because that is BEYOND unacceptable!!

Security guard guard at 3am on 3-16-23 stared at me when I walked in, didn’t acknowledge my nod as if he’s some sort of hardass not to be messed with (keep in mind I’m 5’7 and 170 lbs, I’m nowhere near intimidating), and proceeded to walk around my vicinity to check to see what I was doing as I was trying to pick out what water I wanted. Dude, if you’re that worried about people stealing from a multi billion dollar company, become a cop or something. Then you can profile and powertrip anyone you want
