When my daughter called and the pharmacy said her medicine was ready, they should have said only one was, which was the major one. Not have us drive out there Sunday morning and not have it, just to tell us to call Walgreens. Piss poor service. Luckily the doctors office was open and they switched it. Had to drive there and wait. The lady with the hijab and the little Spanish woman are the reason I'll never return to your store. They just didn't give a damn. Your reviews show this store sucks.

Afte some not so great experiences in the East Fort Worth locations, I had great help here. Quick and kind. And the woman giving me my flu shot was very engaging and professional. This is the CVS I know and love.

The worst CVS I have seen in the whole world 🌎!!!This lady in the front was super rude 😒 😤So I left the store not getting the service I wanted 😒 then decided to call the store manager/supervisor and guess what??? She was the one answering the phone!So after requesting to speak to the manager she said that she was the one!!!! SUPER RUDE.I will advise not to go there

Walked in with 2 freinds and grabbed some Aquaphor from the front of the store and when I went to go find where my friends went the store employee followed me around the store literally the entire store thinking I was going to steal when I was looking for my friends because when I found my friends she stopped at that section of the store and finnaly walked away very uncomfortable experience. And after seeing all the other reviews it seems like people have dealt with the same lady and she is still working there?.

The lady at the front on 7/13/23 at 8:10 pm was extremely rude. I will never come back to this CVS. She refused to check us out and had us use the self check out then was talking under her breath and making rude comments as we walked out.

The “supervisor” was so rude!!! I tried to ask about some coupons CVS send to my card and she answer my questions with really bad mode and being super unprofessional. Zero costumer service. She is there to help us! No for ruin the costumers day! She needs to go fired.

I came into this CVS specifically to redeem my $10 in extra bucks which expired two 2 days later. My first issue was I bought vitamins that we're B1G1 free, they did not ring up as B1G1 free when entered my CVS card at the counter. The manager corrected the issue and adjusted to price for me to get them at the sale value. I then tried to use my $10 extra bucks coupon on the remaining $16.50 balance. When the manger scanned the coupon it said "not valid", even though the coupon clearly said it expired on 2/8/2021 and had my card number at the bottom. Instead of just manually applying the coupon the manager gave me the number to customer care. I called customer care number in store, and of course I was speaking to an outsourced position in India. After 20 minutes of being on the phone with extra care customer support, they only could conclude that I was never issued the coupon, even though I had it right in hand at the store. The manager did nothing to reward me with my time, on the phone, or a coupon the company clearly gave me which they were not honoring. I will never shop at CVS again, I will take my convenience shopping to Walgreens. This is a top-down issue with CVS the company, starting with outsourcing customer care to India and not having people capable of handling minor issues.

Quickest CVS I’ve been too. My kids are really sick and needed their prescriptions ASAP. The staff at the Randol mill and fielder location definitely exceeded my expectations. They told me about 15 minutes it really felt like 10! Great work guys! Thanks so much for your speedy work. I don’t care where I live I’ll drive to this CVS from now on!

This CVS location is nearest to my home so they have served nearly all of my family's needs for several years. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store carries a good selection of all the health, personal care, grocery items you would expect. It's conveniently located, easy parking and accessible. The pharmacy staff are always willing to take calls about medication questions and work with our doctors on refills or called in prescriptions.

Manager was rude to my wife. She asked him to price match an item that CVS’s own site priced lower. He said we don’t price match. When she asked even an item advertised and priced by CVS? He said, “I just told you, no!”Back to Walgreens who treats us with respect

I have never in my life had issues with a pharphacy until now. This is the absolute worst place I've been. I have attempted to get my scripts filled here since they are closer. The biggest mistake ever. Every time I had a prescription to fill not only did it apparently take several days, but they wouldn't let me know when ready. Or when they were supposed to call my Dr, instead of letting me know that they weren't hearing back(which I don't believe at all), they just didn't contact me. I'm never going here ever again. I'd rather drive 100 miles than go there. So dissappointed.

This is a small store in a strip shopping center, not a newer, larger free-standing store. The employee was very nice, but their overall selection of items is poor. They only had 2 of the 5 items on my list. CVS stores are very expensive. The biggest thing they have going for them, which this store did not have, is a wide variety of items you don't even find at most Wal-Mart and Target stores. Maybe it's just a good store to get your Rx filled - I don't know.

This pharmacy can hardly do its job. I've had prescriptions filled with fewer pills than the number I've paid for, failure to notify me that my prescription is on back order, SECONDARY failure to fill prescriptions after me following up as to why my scrip isn't ready when I've already run out, and the staff acts irritated with ME when I explain my frustration and pain because I don't have the meds I need.

The refilling of prescriptions has gotten extremely hard and slow. The employees are overwhelmed. You can't just request a refill and then pick it up. You have to call and beg them(15 minute wait). I'd give them a 1 star, but I guess it could get worse.

My prescription didn't have a measuring cup and when I came to ask about buying one, the cashier looked at me like I was speaking Greek before suggesting I try Raodol Mill Pharmacy. Sound advice. Will be taking my business there as much as possible now.

This pharmacy is horrible. They have told me several times they would order my kids prescription and also told me the pharmacist would call me and I still don't have my kids prescription. Also stood in line for 30 minutes which is ridiculous. The reviews must be for the store because the pharmacy isihorrible.

Terrible pharmacy. They lose my mothers pain medications a lot. They also tell us they didn’t receive the prescriptions from the provider which is not correct at all. Just go else where. We will be switching pharmacies.

Don’t bother calling in. Held for an hour and no one picked at the pharmacy. Called and spoke with front desk management and was just transferred back over to hold for another 15 mins til I just had to give up.

This is the best pharmacy in town! The pharmacists are remarkably knowledgeable and helpful. They are familiar with the customers and know many by name. I recommend the pharmacy!

Don't fill your prescriptions here if you can avoid it. I don't know what they do different from every other pharmacy but its a real nightmare.
