Workers are incompetent! Very unprofessional. I wish I knew this before having my medication sent there. I literally got out of the hospital and went to go get my meds... no one, including the lady who rang me up or the pharmacist(the lady pharmacist), who I had a consultation with, explained that they could not fill all the orders due to their short supply. SIMPLE COMMUNICATION! I came home to go over my discharge papers to realize they only filled 7 out of the 11 scripts. I went back the next day only to further receive horrible service. Save yourself the headache! I really really wish I knew all this beforehand. I still dont have all my medication. I have to go to another pharmacy. I refuse to deal with them and put ANY more money in their pocket! I have never experienced such. They need to be shut down !

I am convinced this CVS opens when it wants to. I have been by here several times and the time it says it’s supposed to open, it’s never open. I see the hours of operation have been taken down. The website says it opens at 8 AM. As you see it’s almost 9AM, and it’s still not open. There is a delivery driver and a few employees waiting patiently(they were from the Pharmacy). I know situations happen, but this happens a lot at this CVS. It is now 9:18 am, and now there is two deliveries waiting and bunch customers and employees waiting. Unacceptable! Please do better!

Mary Jane who works the front register is absolutely over the top helpful. I lost an ear bud, and as busy as she was, she helped me “ track” them on an app, and would not quit until we found them.All this while serving customers . As a former CEO of a consumer product company, it was rare to find an employee this caring and thoughtful.

Tradine I believe is the lady who helped me out today. Extremely rude! She is was too grown to be speaking to paying customers the way that she does. I watched her help someone in the drive thru and “help” is used lightly. We get that systems fail and sometimes medication isn’t ready but this is an elderly man coming for help be nice ! You’re getting paid to help him! I prayed someone else would help me but I wasn’t that blessed. She was telling me my insurance card was rejecting. So I showed her my card and she rudely said well this is totally different I asked you if you had a new one and I explained that I genuinely didn’t know it wasn’t updated because I’ve been here countless times and didn’t have an issue. She continued to argue with me even though I didn’t see this as a big issue. JUST UPDATE IT! WHY ARE WE ARGUING! Not to mention she snatched my prescriptions out my hand and slammed my insurance card on the counter. I am so disgusted with her behavior. These services are necessities, be kind and make the experience just a tad bit enjoyable.

I have been waiting for my medication for over 30 days. This medication can't be transferred. It seems to me that they can really care less if you get your medication. They have taking the pharmacy business to a new low. I give them a N/A in Customer Service.

Awesome location, my wife comes here for the pharmacy. We have went different pharmacy’s and let me tell you that they are a complete disaster, our first time coming to this location and they took good care of my wife. Thanks guys!!

Dr Austi which I don't understand how you can be a doctor if your ignorant should be replaced. The staff here is nice but it's always been this same Doctor who gives such a bad vibe and is rude! Fire and rehire someone who cares and wants to do their job!

Absolutely worthless. Waited until they were closing to tell me they don't have my medicine, and the only other location that has it is closing at the same time. I sat up there waiting for 45 minutes in extreme pain just to get told I'll have to wait until tomorrow....This cvs isn't worth wasting your time... they need to fire everyone that works there and tare it down

Uncomfortable environment. Store manager Mike pointedly refused entry to a group of black teenage girls because "others like them" have stolen in the past. Ew. Even if that really is your official store policy as you claim, how can you say that without getting nauseus? Definitely made me feel uneasy when I had to enter today. Thankfully there are other pharmacies.

Been here dor 10 mons they hold medication dont tell you when its ready gotta call and they play around in the pharmacy this is q terrible place changing my cvs this pharmacy is terrible i ended up in the hospital because they where giving me the run around dont come here took dang there 20 for them to come to the window they watched me walking by i look in they not assistancing anyone doing other things all these people and nobody at the window

If I could leave a negative amount of stars, I would. As several other people have said in their reviews, this "pharmacy" is the absolute WORST! NEVER, EVER answer the phone and this evening when I went through the drive thru to pick up my meds, I was asking the girl that was ringing me up what I needed to do to transfer my script elsewhere and then this unbelievably, RUDE girl with long, dark curly hair grabbed the phone from the girl that was talking to me & LITERALLY pulled down the window shade in my face and said they were closing!!!I guess that kind of behavior is accepted by CVS and I'm pretty sure that leaving this review won't matter to them or change anything at that location but nonetheless i wrote this anyway.I've experienced bad service before, many times actually, but this was by far on a whole other level.

I made an appointment for my partner and I to get flu shots at this location. We checked in and sat down and waited 30 minutes maybe more. We were told the cost would be $70 each. We told the pharmacist that we had insurance that covered it. They got our cards and messed around on the computer for a while and told us that my insurance was trying charge me... which is wrong. I said never mind then just give my partner his since they were able to make his insurance work. Then we waited even longer. We probably waited for 45 minutes to an hour to only get 1 of the 2 flu shots we came for. Just go to the doctors office and it’ll be faster.

Pharmacy closed and I can’t find anyone to help just standing at the front as I leave this review looking lost and still no help so I need to check out and the register counter has a sign saying use self checkout but the shelf checkout doesn’t take coupons 👎🏼

Been trying to get a few prescriptions filled for my kids for 2 days and nothing on their end. Called numerous times and spent more than 20 minutes on hold before I hung up.Edit to add: when I finally went up to the pharmacy (sick myself) because they weren’t answering the phones, someone greeted me and I started to tell her about them not answering the phones. She told me to go back there to the pharmacy and yell at them about it. When I got back to the pharmacy and said I’d been calling for two days with no one answering THE CLERK LAUGHED like I told a joke!! That alone will keep me from ever going back to that location. I then yelled at her THATS NOT FUNNY! Me and my kids are sick! How dare you!Customer service at this location is horrible. I definitely do not recommend.

This Pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. If you get prescriptions filled here you will have to call to ask when it is ready, the pharmacy will not reach out to you. When calling I waited on the line for 15 minutes before the phone was even picked up and when it was I was greeted with "thank you for calling CVS pharmacy could you please hold and we'll get back to you in a mo". I wasn't even given a chance to answer but I have a prescription so I guess I'll wait right. I waited on the line another 15 minutes and when I finally was able to talk to someone they were rude and barely helped me and made me feel like I was being a burden for them when they are there to help people get medicine that they need.I understand we are in a pandemic and hours may be long, people may be short staffed, or you may be having a bad day. But if you work in some form of healthcare people are relying on you sometimes for life and death medications, show even the slightest common courtesy or find a different line of work.If you read all of that to put it simply please avoid this CVS like the plague itself started there!

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Everytime i go here its a problem. Today i went to pick up a medication that they had filled for me before and they tried to charge me an extra $50 for the medication this time. Everytime i have received the medication its been the same price. This is a medication that is not typically covered under insurance so i always pay the same price for it i know what the price is!. the lady at the pharmacy had the worst attitude like always!!!. very unprofessional and rude for no reason. I wasnt about to pay an additional $50 for something that i know doesnt cost that much. CVS has had to refund me in the past for overpaying on medications so i sure wasnt about to agree with paying the extra for something that i clearly know the price of. Now i have to go through the hassle of getting the script transferred to a different pharmacy. WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. COMPLETED RIPOFF

Excellent service! Katie (or Katy) in the pharmacy department was able to save me over $500. My request was unusual and required her to print a record of my flu shot from October for my work to avoid a pay deduction.Kevin is most hardworking and will treat you right up front. Highly recommend this location!

I just came from the store number#07624, 1800 Brown Street in Arlington Texas. I went to pick up photos and of course they weren't ready. So the clerk named Joe said they weren't there. So he finally went to look up my order and said he had to reprint them. Come to find out, someone mixed them with another customer order. His attitude was so nasty and disposition. He act like I was wasting his time, and it was one other customer there. His customer service skills are really bad. I will never go back to that store if he's there. Because I don't need his nasty attitude. He really got an attitude, when I was trying to purchase some items and I asked if the items can be purchased with my EBT card. He tells me I really don't know wow. I just walked out the store. I will be reporting him to the corporate office on Monday. #customerservicetraining

Go here at your own risk!! I give one star because I can't give a negative review. I had medicine called 8n on a Friday. The medicine wasn't available in for whatever reason could not be ordered that day but instead had to be ordered the following Monday. The class of medication prevented me from simply transferring the prescription to another store where they may have had the medication. I checked on the pharmacy Monday and Tuesday to ensure that it had been ordered and was told that it was processing. I assumed this meant that the medicine was enroute like I had been told. I went Wednesday to pick up the medicine as I was instructed. The tech told me that the truck had just arrived. 20 minutes later waiting in the Drive-Thru I was told that the truck did arrive however they just forgot to order my medication. I travel frequently out of town for work and their failure to follow through on what they told me they would do cost me 2 projects as I had to wait in town over two weeks. I have a great doctor however and she was able to call my medication and right away the same day. The only reason I waited so long to get my medication is because they told me they would order it and I felt that would be an easier route for everyone than to have transferred. Pharmacy staff was rude, complete disregard for the customer and straight out failure to follow through on their own suggestion to order the medicine was not an oversight! My husband is a former federal agent and we are both ex-military and have keychains and wallets and stickers on our truck and the like. We thought the odd behavior was that we were being discriminated against because of this. I'll be filing complaints with corporate offices as well as state pharmacy boards.

I'm guessing they are overworked, overwhelmed, and underpaid.That being said, I don't ever get greeted. I just stand there in hopes someone will come help, and I'm not gonna be a Karen about it, so I just stand there, but I just would like a simple, "hi, I'll be with you when I can", as reassurance.I don't blame them, they are always busy.Maybe hire more people and pay them enough to where they don't hate being at work.

The customer service at the retail portion of this CVS is great. However, the pharmacy here is terrible. I waited 20 minutes on the phone to talk to a pharmacist about a prescription that was only supposed to take 1 hour to fill, yet I waited a day and a half and had to call to get a status update. Come to find out, a pharmacy assistant put the wrong birthdate info, and neglected to call to say that the meds were ready for pickup. If you can get your meds filled elsewhere, I recommend going to a different pharmacy.

Worst CVS. Registers are never working, they have been out of receipt paper for a week now. photo printing services are never working most likely for the same reason. It says on a piece of paper that you can order “one hour photo” and then the lady that works there said that it doesn’t work at all. When I tried to clarify if I can print things or not she just ignored my questions.

The pharmacy at this CVS is f*cling horrible !! Please don't waste your time coming here . I live across the street so I find it convenient for me but its gotten to the point where I'd rather find somewhere farther to go to. I have experienced horrible service for the past six months if not more !! Three months ago I dropped off a prescription because I got sick and I sat there waiting patiently since they said it would be ready exactly in an hour. An hour passed , I asked the tech and they said 15 more minutes . those fifteen more minutes turned into another hour and fifteen minutes . I was furious!Two months ago I got sick again with the flu. Dropped it off at 11 a.m they told me it would be ready by 12. They said they would call me as soon as it was ready. I waited until 12:30 and called to follow up they said it would be another hour and a half . at that point I argued them over the fact that I was really sick and needed medicine hours ago . not three hours later. They simply apologized and said it would be just fifteen minutes and they would call me back . another hour later I called and they said it was there ready . I went off! I said , you had me waiting from eleven to 4:30 p.m for flu medicine and you guys couldn't call me about making mW wait over four damn hours ?! They had nothing to say besides "we were busy" . when I got there I demanded to speak to a manager, and the pharmacist ended up talking to me . he was of no help and if anything made the situation worse . he simply apologized and walked away .Yesterday I turned something in , was reassured it would only take an hour and that I would get a "call" . two hours later I call and they tell me that its not ready yet because they are out of the medicine I need so they can only give me half a bottle of prescription. They seriously took two hours to let me know they couldn't even fill my prescription?? This pharmacy is trash !!! Do NOT go there !!!!

They never have prescriptions in stock. NEVER. I have waited over an hour and a half for antibiotics for my babies and they still ask me to pull around and wait longer. Then after I get home with the ones they actually filled they were no regulatory dispensers. I'm just supposed to guess dosages? I called only to have the pharmacist tell me they would have included them if they had them. They are not adequately staffed or stocked. Management should be appalled.

It was quick and easy to pick up my prescription, but the employees could not get an emailed digital offer to work. After 15 minutes of trying to figure it out they charged me the full price. When I noticed the promotion didn’t go through they didn’t offer any solutions so I just had to return everything that I had just paid for.

I want to give zero stars, because I give zero f*cks about this CVS. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have messed up and delayed my prescription multiple times (I'm required by insurance to refill a monthly prescription here) and they just can't seem to figure it out.When transferring a prescription, they said they didn't have record at my old pharmacy. I pulled up the RX number on my phone and showed it to them, and they acted like it was hieroglyphics. I drove down to my old pharmacy, had them print it out, and drove it back to them faster than they had a chance to call; no sense of urgency, even though I waited over a week for them to transfer and then they refilled the wrong thing. When they finally got the right prescription they refilled with the wrong amount and charged me more. I'm tempted just to pay full price without insurance just so I don't have to come here anymore.If you have the option, go to the Walgreens down the street - they are an absolute blessing and I never had an issue in all the years I've used them before.
