Cleanest, most spacious Burlington I’ve ever been to. So easy to find what you’re looking for. They have a lot of beautiful dress clothing, bags and shoes. EXTREMELY great customer service too 💪🏾

Do not let your child walk around this Burlington. On April 28th 2024 around 2:25 -2:30pm my toddler stepped on the needle end of one the sensors that was just sitting on the ground by the registers the cashiers at the front had an attitude about it this was very unacceptable this store clearly does not care enough for their customers to make sure all safety precautions are taken!!!!!

Love the Burlington in my Michigan hometown. This location was very busy, had long lines and the merchandise was strewn all over the place. I'd guess they're having a staff shortage. Wasn't impressed. Also so many unsupervised kids throwing and dropping items on the floor. It was nuts!

It took us a while to get through the line tonight. There were only two cashiers. I thought they had an express lane. It would have helped some. The guy behind us only had 2 shirts, but he didn't stay.

Overall, just Burlington nothing extra, but what's very confusing to me to have one set of doors, which is for entry and exit they don't have handicap door at all.. but why I brought this up is a tablet exiting somebody was coming in, and I almost got hit .

A 30 minute line because was only one person at the cashiers the other lady just disappeared and the one that stay didn't call for help when they where 3 people on the floor.

I couldn't even look before a rude security guard said I had to put my backpack up front. I shop at a lot of stores including other Burlington and never been told that. Regular size backpack. Also. how would I know you weren't going thru my backpack if I did leave it. Such a rude women. Needless to say I left. I had already been in the Ross next door and no problems.

This store needs to hire more employees to ensure the store is in order. They also need 2 cashiers specially during rush hour times. The lines wrap around! It is really discouraging to shop here when you know you will have to wait about 30 minutes just to check out. It is definitely not the shopping experience I would like to have.

We waited in line for more than 30minutes to pay for a sandals..only 1 cashier on a Sunday afternoon. Plus the Lady guard in the front is so aggresive and rude when talking to customers. Not my store anymore.

This store sucks!!! Been in line for 30 minutes. Only one cashier out of 7 registers on a Friday evening— and that one is going so low!!! Line has at least 20 people, waiting to be rung up. Will not be back. Do better Burlington!

Today I went shopping at this location. The cashier Mitchell had a bad attitude and horrible customer service. The whole time she was checking out my stuff to purchase she had a angry stare at me the whole time. She didn't bag my items so I asked her if i could take the cart outside close to the door so my husband could help me load up my items. Mitchell proceed to yell and scream at me to come back after i just explained to her what i was gonna do. She pulled my cart back from the front door back to the register like i had just stolen something. She yelled at me and made me take everything from my cart one by one to my car. She did not let me take the cart outside so i could easily load my stuff. I spent over a $100 dollars and Mitchell treated me like a criminal and embarrassed me when i did nothing wrong.She should not be in retail if she cannot treat customers with respect. Will definitely not be coming back to this location

Trash! A line wrapped around with only ONE person checking out customers. No workers on the floor because merchandise was blocking the aisles. This store busy, yet, can't hire/keep enough people to assist the customers. Please do better!

Their stock is very limited there are still great finds but not like they had in the past, the new normal on our every day life changed forever.They of course are doing all that they can with what they have.Their service is great just the current limitations sucks!

The line was around the corner with only one cashier. I ask security what was going on with the additional cashier. She called for the manager and nothing happened.Evan did the best he could to get the line down but it just got longer and longer. I stood in the line for 30 minutes, and even after they call the store manager Cathie, no one ever came to assist Evan.The store manager is sorry and has poor scheduling experience!!!

I was so upset with the fact that I couldn’t find anything in order everything is messy and dirty. The entrance is full of crickets and the whole store is a disaster I have never seen a Burlington store the way this location is, while walking through the 50 pairs of shoes on the floor I was managed to get away and I see this manager talking on the phone about family stuff standing up at the end of the hall just taking the time off instead of showing up an example to other employees and clean up and organized the store.I will never shopped here at this location.

Yall know this is in my top 5 favorite department stores. And also a good location. I don't care what no one say. If you are on a budget,ladies and gentlemen, this is a great start.
