I really like this place. It is a geek & need culture haven. I found a Rengoku figure from Demon Slayer right after seeing the new DS: Mugen Train film the day it released. I also found an amazing Sailor Moon Dark Lady tee!!! Pretty awesome stuff

One of the best places to get fan merchandise of trending pop culture right from swag pins, T-shirts to big pillows and backpacks and everything that comes in between. I like their collection of laptop stickers and iron on patches which is the reason I visit this place often.

I came in to replace an item that broke on me. To be honest I was thinking of not coming in because I thought it might be a tad bit painful to get a replacement. I was so wrong! We were helped right away treated kindly and got a replacement. I always shop here and truly appreciate the great customer service and attention I’m given every time. Thank you!

I prefer to shop them online, but this is the next best thing, this location. Employees are very nice and talkative, in a good way. Sometimes there will be the occasional silent one that makes you feel like you have a booger hanging or something. Overall, pleasant experience.

The store manager there is amazing, I believe her name is Chelsea. Shes always quick to help and finds the best gifts for my family. She makes us feel welcome and I've only had great experiences at this location. Well organization

Brittany Waller is the store general manager from what I understand but is the most unprofessional employee. I used to visit and was greeted very nicely by a younger woman who I don’t remember her name but she was a lot more helpful and bright and honestly a better face for the company. I went in yesterday and Brittany was ranting about that employee and how she fired her bragging throughout the store where all could hear. She rushes customers out of the store inhumanly and you can tell it’s to meet a quota. All she cares about are numbers and not the actual quality of work that is being done. You’re better off finding a better location if you want any help what so ever. Poor management choices on corporate’s side sadly.

This place (for some) might be crowed but, I think it's very cozy. Most of the time I just go to Think Geek, Hot topic and, Barnes and Noble, now though I love going to this place. There staff is nice thay have so many items to choose from.

Great gifts for the person who already has everything and you don't know what to get them. Some unusual stuff. Just find out what characters they are in to or movies or shows. Go often and catch a sale.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at this boxlunch location. They were sold out of the bag I was looking for but the an amazing store clerk helped me to find a location that did have the bag and called multiple locations to do so. She provided excellent customer service and I have always had such good service here at this specific location. Thank you Boxlunch staff for all that you do !

So they didn't have the item I needed cause it was sold out but that didn't stop em from helping and trying to find an alternative for me. All the staff knew the products and shows they came from. Very friendly never had a issue here

One of the workers there bought my sister a tweety bird mug that she wanted and gave it to us and said merry Christmas and overall that is an amazing thing to do because most people just stare and it's I am very thankful for them.

I I’m in a rush and the store hours on the door say mom-thur 11am-8am it’s Thursday at 11:15 and the doors are locked and no one’s inside. Not cool man

Loved the selection of noveltys but definatly disliked how aggressive the sales people were. I ended up spending 300 bucks but didnt really like the tone the sales people set... love the store not the atmosphere

My favorite store in the whole mall. There's so many things coming in new every week that is great stuff with great sales ! The workers here are incredibly helpful and awesome .
