Just left the store. A certain item apparently was not on sale as the ticket had stated the cashier. He was augmentative. He didn't explain supposedly why it wasn't on sale which was fine but he continued to keep going on and on and on arguing with me the customer. I simply stated is. This item this price? He said no for the 1st time he attempted to explain it and I'm curiously said I do not wish to get it since it is not really. What you said the price is I said that to say this if a customer asks you something straightforward answer it the best. You can without creating a ongoing conversation on your end as the representative. Is the customer chooses to keep going on you know? That's the customer's prerogative be courteous and just listen answer simply and direct

Came into Big lots on Wednesday 1/24/24 to look at TV stands . We couldn't get anyone to help uswe waited for 20 minutes and no one came to help I even asked the cashier still no one came . So we left I don't recommend this store .

Place was busy and were looking for presents. Were full displays without prices on them. Getting a price check was not an option with only 1 register open.Got 2 birthday presents in the mix.

It's absolutely refreshing to experience the customer service when I visited this location on 05/31/2023. When I first entered the store the gentlemen Caiden greeted me as he was in the process of ringing up a customer...multitasking you don't see that often anymore.Faiza, even though I wasn't all the way inside yet, she asked if I needed anyone help.Moving toward the back near the furniture Michelle who really left an impact by not only seeing if I needed so assistance but offered to be available anytime. It's the smallest things that have the biggest impact!

We where actually going to a different store but we called up got "TRE" on the phone he was very fast to get an answer we turned around bought my oversized chair....I swear "TRE" got a spidy sense he met me at door with my chair helped me put it in the back the whole time there was maybe 30 minutes...over all great experience customer service is excellent.

This is one of the best Big Lots I've been to. Although my (3 year old) daughter found the only toy there that didn't have a price tag. The employees went out of their way to find another one. When they didn't find another one she found something similar to it. My daughter wanted to scan her own toys and they were nice enough to let her. They were friendly with her and she loved it. The employees at this store go above and beyond for their customers.

Called Big Lot about an item and they found it and put it aside for me. Within the hour I was there to pick it up. Thanks to the friend DC ly staff for their help. We were looking a tree topper didn't have much to pick from. Otherwise store stocked and staff helpful. No it hasn't changed ran in for a few items, found them.

Men's bathroom may have plumbing issues--which leads to a terrible smell. Please don't try to use air freshener. You need to make sure that the urinal drains properly. Keep it cleaner, please. A fan that draws air into the 'attic' area would be a good idea, too.

I’ve always enjoyed the discounts when shopping at big lot’s however my weekend experience was disappointing. I made an online purchase 7/23/22, received an update to my order 7/24/22 stating one of my items was canceled. This was an inconvenience because I had to purchase the product (2nd purchase) from a different location and was told by customer service I would have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my refund from the initial purchase. The online process needs improvement. I shop online a lot and websites will not allow a purchase to be made on unavailable products.

Always enjoy big lots and never had a problem until today. Wouldn't allow me to split my purchase and use my 20 percent to coupon on both. However the checker was super apologies and gave me a 10 per cent

We had a big lots in the town I grew up in, and it was awesome. I came here expecting to have a similar experience, but it just didn't happen. Nothing wrong with the store itself, and the employees were really nice, just what they sell now is not my taste in decor . And the couple things that caught my eye, were not worth the price.

This store is very well kept, and the staff is always willing to help a customer. They constantly ask if you need assistance when they run into you in the aisle, and you are always greeted. It's probably one of the better Big Lots in the country, and I'm very happy it's my local store. Merchandise is always in stock, they are very good at staying ahead of customers who are terrible at putting things back, and the displays always look nice and neat. They do a great job here and I am happy to shop with them.

I really enjoyed shopping in this store. Wow, I found towels, sheets, computer items such as wireless keyboard and the mouse for a great price. A coffee maker and other items. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for an excellent experience too your staff members.

First visit here in a couple of years. The store reset was a bit of a surprise but appears customer friendly. Found some good buys for fill in presents. Store was well stocked and relatively clean considering customer volume. Staff we encountered were courteous and friendly.

It was a busy Saturday, as expected. Not enough cashiers and kinda hard to keep 6 ft. distance in the store. But they got another cashier to come up and help customers out. Lots of nice Christmas items, most of the decor was 25% off today.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of home items available. We were looking for specialty items, like a curved shower rod, and they had a very nice one. I was able to avoid a trip to Kohl's because Big Lots had the vinyl mattress covers as well as the mattress pads. We even purchased furniture there (recliners). They had a good selection, the store was clean, the staff was friendly AND helpful. The items are much higher quality than I remember from years ago. I wish I had been able to walk around more and see what else there was, but my husband has some weird rules about being in a store under a certain amount of minutes...so he wanted to go. It was well worth battling the heat for the visit.

Louis, and Haley they are 2 associates at this Big Lots location, talk about customer service! If there was 20 star's I could give them I will!! Both were VERY polite over the phone, and you can tell they loved their jobs just from the GREAT attitude you heard on the phone. I have a Big Lots about 5 minutes from me, this location is 45 minutes away from me. Best believe I will take that 45 minute drive just because of those two employees!!!

I always rent the Bissel from here. I also recently purchased a shelf from here. I had to assemble it myself of course and it was fairly easy. The quality of the shelf was "ok" for the price, but you get what you pay for. They have something for eveyone with reasonable prices.

Why do they create a maze line to check out. It's really hard on us seniors to have to walk around that!!??
