I love Dr. Hubbard. She was amazing! Amber went out of her way to help me. I will definitely be using Dr Hubbard as my vet. My dog loved Dr. Hubbard and Amber.My dog is getting older and I needed to get an old puppy check up and her ears have been bothering her. I felt costs were very reasonable. Office was clean, employees were extremely friendly. I am so happy this place was recommended to me. 10 out of 10 Experience.

This was our 1st visit since our regular Vet had retired. We were very impressed. They have several doctors that are very good with cats, which is what we were looking for. Our baby got excellent care & staff bonded with her and made her feel comfortable. We were permitted to go back into the exam room with her (our last experience we were prohibited from going back into the exam area.) DR Hubbard and Amber were excellent. Our Sassy is 13 years old and we are very protective of her.We felt she got high quality CARE and as her human parents we were informed of everything that was going on. We will be returning!

Great staff. Great doctor. Great vet tech. Super understanding. Variety of options for budget friendly treatment. And my kitty is doing better I believe already A++ fast service. Easy to understand. Flexible on schedule. First two places I called couldn’t take him in til weds. They were able to schedule him the same day, then after he disappeared for a few hours, they let me reschedule for the next day, no extra charge or anything. My new go-to veterinarian. They might have just saved my cat, Chewy’s life! ❤️

I love this vet center. They are attentive, understanding, know the latest research and medication offerings, actually listen to the needs of your pet and help find the best solution for your pet.I came in frazzled with my cat who had pooped and vomited in her crate on the car rode over. My experience with Animal Health Care has always been positive. The doctors, techs, and office staff are personable, friendly, professional, helpful, caring, and they explain issues so that you can understand what's going on with your pet. I can't say enough good things about them. I am so grateful I found them.

Dr Rachal spent so much time with us solving our dogs illness. We didn't just get a diagnosis and sent on our way, but a complete care plan, what to watch for, details on medications, and options on specialty care. Dr Rachal takes the time to research, follow-up, and educate pet owners. We (and our sweet pup) are truly lucky to have found a vet that cares this deeply about their furry patients. I'd be remiss not to mention the amazing techs who go above and beyond each time. We've also boarded our dog at the facility and the care team is so kind.

Although not local to Arlington, I have traveled over an hour twice now to bring my dogs to see Dr. Hubbard. The staff is always kind and accommodating, and I cannot speak highly enough about the veterinarians at Animal Health Care. After moving from North Carolina, I was a bit disappointed in the depth and breadth of veterinary care that was available to us in our tiny town far north of Arlington. A good friend referred me to Animal Health Care Center and we will never go anywhere else again in the area!

Dr. Newton, Vanessa, Dr. Hubbard, Dr. Rachal , are all wonderful! (As well as the rest of the support staff) My dog is at her end stage to life, and Dr. Newton spent the much needed time with me yesterday that I needed and explained on where we go from here. I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic for 12 + years and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. If you don’t want to deal with corporations and support family like settings, then this office is the place for you.

If you go to this clinic, they overcharge you for spaying your dog. They want $500 for a young pup, they will not accept if you have given your dog the vaccinations they need and they don’t tell you that ahead of time, I wasted my time coming down here to be patronized by someone that thinks I can’t handle giving my own dog Vaccinations, they want to re-vaccinate them and charge you a fortune FYI… As you can see from their reply below, I’ve added this …they are just as vindictive as they are expensive… Every other Vet lets you give your animal the vaccines and they accept them, they wouldn’t be able to sell them if they weren’t quality vaccines, also there is no guarantee that after your dog has been vaccinated for Parvovirus(no matter who gives the vaccine) that it won’t contract it anyway just like any other virus

Highly recommend coming here for pet help! They've done a great job making people feel welcomed and they provide very good detail, recommendations, info, and even some training tips for all things animals! They also understand that things can be costly and always try to provide the best options. My dog can be a bit of a hassle, but he always feels right at home here! :)

This veterinarian's office is full of caring people who treat my pets as one of their own. We recently had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our 14-year old Labrador retreiver. Dr. Kassie Newton knew Daisy's medical history and helped us make the difficult decision that was in Daisy's best interest. Everyone was helpful, patient, and compassionate during the process.This office also knows our yellow Labrador retriever Linus all too well since he has the occasional ear infection and experienced issues with his anal glands last fall. He can be nervous around new people, and the staff at Animal Health Care Center are always patient and gentle with him. Technicians take time to listen to questions and concerns; each veterinarian communicates clearly what is going on with your pet, possible remedies, options and costs.The majority of their clients are seen by appointment only, and they do have a sign in the front office reminding customers to arrive on time for their appointments; if you are over ten minutes late, you will have to reschedule. Prices here are comparable to other veterinarian offices in the area. Currently, this office is open Monday through Friday and sees patients between 8 am and 5pm, so making arrengements to be away from work to take my pets to the vet can be a challenge, but I make it work because I would not trust my pets with anyone else. Highly recommend.

The staff was great. My dog loved them. She's usually so timid. By the time we were done she loved them. They found an inner ear infection and that's not even why I was visiting that day. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I will be using them in the future for my pets.

The vets and techs are super nice and really love on my kitties. When one of my cats was injured they asked for regular updates with pictures via text so that they could make sure he was healing properly without me having to bring him back every day. I love this place.

We LOVE Dr. Newton! All of the workers here are kind, caring, and intentional with how they treat you and your fur babies. You are welcomed the moment you walk through the door by the wonderful front desk. And the techs are quick to take you back and begin assessments. I feel like they ask questions and listen with intent. Ronnie, our almost 2 year old Frenchie, was very sick the first day we brought him home. It was a long journey to figure out what was wrong but thanks to Dr. Newton he was diagnosed here with boxer colitis. A disease that is hard to diagnose and treatment isn't guaranteed. Dr. Newton cared for him as if he was her own. She gave him the best treatment possible while educating and guiding us every step of the way to ensure Ronnie would get better. Because of the way she cared for Ronnie. I knew once we got Lenny (Ronnie's half brother) we would continue to use Animal Health Care Center for all of their services. Ronnie and Lenny love going to the Vet. I can't express enough how wonderful this place is. We live in Fort Worth but make the drive because of the high quality care that they offer for our fur babies!

All three of my cats come here whenever something is needed. They have a cat expert doctor here. Cats are very hard to diagnose correctly much less they are usually at a very high price in comparison to dogs even though they are much smaller which is ridiculous. But this clinic has fair prices and high-quality.The dedication and commitment the staff have to clients and patients is beyond. All three of my cats have had emergencies and they handled weeks of questioning, stress, rescheduling, and mixups all with compassion and grace.Once you come here, everywhere else feels like a scam because they are the best!!

Let's just start off with the fantastic service at the front desk.when I brought my sick baby girl to see the doctor she was so feeble the tech that took me to the waiting room hate that I can't remember her name but she has beautiful tattoos she was very informative and her communication about my Liberty diagnosis and prognosis professional ..her approach was so knowledgeable and offers details explanation. I LOVED the conversation with her.Her experience shows instills confidence I was so hesitant because of the cost which I hate myself because my babygirl is priceless.. But looking into that tech eyes showed so much compassion and caring for my baby it just made my heart melt.Im so very thankful for her and the whole team and Liberty thank y'all aswell she is doing great and a very happy and lucky girl I give the staff 20 🌟 🤩Barbara..

I love that my tech and Doctor were so attentive to my sweet cat Buddy. They made him feel comfortable during his exam, even though he was anxious. I'm glad the Doc gave me a food to make for Buddy from scratch instead of another prescription food. I made it today. He loves it and 5 of my other cats liked it too!

We LOVE this animal care center and ALL its docs. They are thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and very efficient as well as fairly priced. Pretty tough traits to find all in one place these days. Their office staff and techs are all wonderful too, making each visit and phone interaction care free. One other added plus, they go over the expected cost and any testing they would like to do prior to doing it allowing us the option of skipping some things if need be. Can't say enough about this place. A breath of fresh air!
