The cashier that was the only cashier is always in a bad mood. She just hates life I think. Really hates the job even told me she hates dealing with people. They should retrain her or give her an option to take it or leave. I used to go 3-4 times a week, since she started I barely go 2 times a month. Don't want my good mood ruined.

Overall I love everything in here. The only thing I don't like is the ghetto rude black lady with the glasses who was working on Nov 18 at 7:00p.m. Check your schedule because it was only one of them. She was rude when I asked about the bathroom and told her they should put a note in the front so someone can determine what to do next instead of going all the way to the back of the store. Been in here multiple times never had an issue.

Shop here all the time for groceries. They have lots of great party , seasonal and household items and accessories at discounted prices. But they need to work on getting more staff to check out customers on time. They hardly have enough staff to attend to customers. Overall its a great store to store

I'm glad they're closing up this store, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, rudest staff ever, including the manager, even though she is bilingual, she kept on speaking english to customers who couldn't understand. First and last time there, don't be fool by the closing sale, everything is pretty much the same price as always.

It's... Okay. Don't let the sign fool you. Many item in here are way over .99 cents. Not to mention the mark up is really high so they make their money off you coming for the trinkets and get you with the other items. It's a new store so very clean and knowledgeable staff. Let's revisit it in a year and see.

Let’s talk customer service for a minute.I grab my stuff and go to check out. And the checker angel who apparently had attitude from previous customers decided she wanted to carry it on to the next customers in line.When an item rang up for more than it was signed for and I respectfully brought it to her attention she got very frustrated. She started rolling her eyes and being defensive and when I asked for a manager she told me she was on the other side of the store so…Because of her attitude and the fact I was buying multiple of the item and the signs were less I wanted to speak to her please . She got a worse response.This continued.I tried explaining to the supervisor since no manager was on duty and she didn’t care until I mentioned it to her. She said she was going to finish my transaction and speak to me which she didn’t .I asked how to speak to the store manager and she says well I’m above her.This store really needs to straighten out their employees . They certainly do not know what a job is and how you are suppose to handle yourself at one. It does not matter if you work retail or a doctors office you respect yourself and those around you. It’s customer service.Get it together!

They always have great prices and you can almost find anything you need for crafting or decorating for any holiday. The fresh produce is good and they have food items that you can find at big stores without having to go there. Is fast and easy.

Should be called 99 Cents and more since much of what they sell is more than 99 cents. You can still find a lot of great deals though as long as you're willing to tolerate the bad attitudes that many of the employees have.

Good stuff…a little pricier now. Gone up even before the pandemic.1 star is for the Ms. Personality cashier that I just encountered this morning. 9/18- good morning! - no acknowledgement and continues to spray down the counter without even caring that I’m there.- ask for a price check and I misheard what she said…apologized and said I didn’t want it. She then goes with a bit of ‘rude “I said 2 dollars”.- in my head I was like…chill…I smiled and said thank you and was met with a slight eye roll.Ummmm…thanks for that.

'NOT REALLY 99 Cents Only' should be the name. Signs in store say everything is 99 cents unless otherwise marked.[EDIT: I finally noticed on the shelves themselves it says 99.99 cents. Fine print. I've added a photo. See the tiny .99 next to the huge 99?]Problems:1 - The items they have change frequently.2 - Some shelves have price tags, but they have price only -- no item name!3 - Some items have price tags on them, but not every item that needs a price tag has one.4 - When shelf has a tag (with no item name), you can't tell which items, of course; but you also don't know how far it applies. Is this thing four feet away also $4.99, in addition to... well, whatever is $4.99?BUT cashiers are pleasant about removing things when you find the real price is too high, and it's fast.All the staff have been very pleasant, personable, and helpful.Go, and see what you can get for 99 cents. Like a half-gallon of Heinz ketchup! Yay! Also, look for "Use By" or "Best By" dates. Could be next week. ;-)Oh, and there are fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and more.

It’s a great place to shop but the associates that work there turn off the lights of the entire store 30 min still from closing. I understand it might have been a long day for them but that is poor customer service. We had to walk to the register in pitch black.

Good, clean, and Organizer. The area needed this store. it was a good idea to open here. I don't live herr, but I visit this store when I come to this area.Updating on 3/18/2020I changed the 5 stars to 4 stars because of last time I have been there, costumer services is being not like when they opened.

Cashiers want to get mad when you tell them there are two prices for a product. Kept saying I don’t know. If you work there shouldn’t you know? It wasn’t only one or two thing. It was multiple products.

Rude, rude, rude employees went in to get a few things the other day that were on the deal drops. Used our phones with the correct location to scan and make sure we grabbed correct products. Proceeded to go check out the cashier was facetiming her boyfriend while checking us out, not even a hello or how are you doing. My fiance an aboriginal visiting from Canada was taken by how rude she was. Everything rung up wrong price and proceeded to tell the cashier, he was met with rebuttle by her and a little Spanish girl with attitude and said it's wrong items. He told her to scan with the app and everything came up at the deal drop price, she wasn't apologetic and walked away with attitude. We did end up getting her name before we walked out. We have already filed a complaint with their head office in California after being treated with such disgust. This will be pursued to get this location some proper customer training.

These tiny avocados were so perfect on the inside. They were 15 in the bag, on the clearance table, and they cost only 99 cents. Everyone with whom I shared them was very impressed and said they were delicious. I liked them as a snack with saltine crackers.

I used to love this place but now the selections are not so good. With everything is going on in the world with inflation, trade and workers. The selections are not as good the prices are still fantastic but you can definitely see the difference.

I happened to be in the area and decided to visit this location. I was pleasantly surprised that the shelves were nicely stocked. I was able to find quite a few items at 99 cent, but several were over that amount. Still good prices. Checkout went very smoothly and no wait. The cashier, Markeycia, was very customer friendly and courteous.
