It is beyond upsetting to have experience what I did tonight. I was in the store at 10:13 today and the young man (Latino) Jose and another big set guy clocking out (white guy) were not only using profanity with every other word that came out of their mouth, the worse is that they were utilizing them with the customers. I said nothing which was my mistake, but when I got to the register with my items, I was told by Jose that they did not accept cards. Mind you, I would have not been upset about this should have been handled by a professional employee, none the less, handled by a manger which was there ( a white woman) to interfere with such disrespect from the employee. Once I put my items on the counter and Jose rang up all the items proceeded to advise me the, and I quote “We do not take cards right now, sorry… if you don’t have cash you can go”. I am a paying customer that chooses to go to this store and going forward I will not… as well as any other seven eleven. I feel that as a service employee, we are here to serve and accommodate the customers. Now, if a disrespect is given, then a rebuttal should be expected. But I was no where near disrespectful to these young guys. I am truly sadden and UPSET regarding this situation.

I hate coming to this store! The employees are rude, obnoxious, and argue with each other and customers. There is one guy in glasses who is cool. Other than that, this store is trash. Outside is hardly taken care of, washer fluid at pumps is never filled. I live 2 minutes away and go out of my way to go to the next store.

I mostly use 7/11 for gas purchases because of the reviews I’ve read about their rude cashiers, long lines and filthy bathrooms. I use their APP to activate the gas pump and do not have to deal with any of the issues I’ve listed above. I suggest everyone go download the APP it is so simple and convenient to use. I see there is also a mobile checkout option on the APP as well which may save wait time. Members get 11 cents off per gallon, use your points to get free items out the store!

Went today around 1:45pm to just get some water and gas but the employee named Ross was being rowdy and yelling the other employees told him to calm down but he even went outside and got in someone's car and started punching them in the car. Then he got out of the car and started to punch and kick at their drivers side door. He then stole the guys gas cap off his car and stormed back into the gas station being loud. The employees tried to tell him to stop again but he then went back outside and threw the gas cap at the other guy he stole from. Didn't feel safe inside the gas station so wont go back. The other employees were nice though.

I go in for a pump in my truck. Put in $20 on #1, guy puts it in, i go and gas up my truck and realized the meter didnt go up! So i go in there ask for help to know whats wrong. Was told it went through and they couldn’t move it or anything. All im saying is. They need to check their pumps. And at least try to help out in some way instead of finding the situation funny.

A loudmouthed grey haired rude hispanic cashier was there at night on 5/1/2019. He plays with customers thinking he's cool and funny and if you tell him something back he kicks you out then threatens to call the cops. I been there two other times when hes called the cops on others, now I know why. This was the second time he's been rude to me, Ive never had any problems with any other employees at this store.

I usually never write reviews.. but this is the WORST customer service. I just left from there and that was by far the RUDEST cashier I've come across in a long time. I wish I got his name. He's an old bitter Mexican man with white hair. I always get wasabi almonds.. and I accidentally got the original ones (packaging is almost exactly the same). I ate ONE nut and realized I got the wrong one. I politely asked if I could exchange it and even said if not that's understandable. "No! That's common sense. How do you think we make money giving away free things?!" and then procedes to ask coworkers and customers "Aye! If I go to Whataburger and take a bite out of my burger.. do you think I'm gonna get another burger?! The youth these days have no common sense. I hope you don't come back" Like really bruh.. all you had to do was say "No". I hope a manager sees this because he needs to be re evaluated. And I will STILL be coming up there.. and if it happens again.. ill go as high as I need to up the corporate chain next time.

Fuel pump won't take debit card.....every time says see cashier. What's the point of having pump and not take debit card & same card accepted as credit. Today pump was pumping very very slow, takes about 25 minutes to fill up 13 gallons. I'll probably not go there in the future

Used to come here sometimes, just came by again and the pump didn't let you pay with a card unless you had a loyalty number. I went inside and asked the cashier and she said she didn't know anything about it. I paid inside but it's quite inconvenient lol

The little gray head man thinks he is always cool and funny. If you don't laugh at or with him he gets rude with you. And the big ape looking mexican dude is always so nosey asking why you buy stuff. I just want to go to store and buy not be questioned about what I buy. And tonight the old man charged a guy 2.16 for ice thats over 50 cents a cup. Hell qt and race track are only like 24 cents. Guess the guy dont laugh at their jokes.

Worst costumer service. I was just at the store and I understand things get frustrating, but this older Hispanic guy working there was talking really bad to another guy also working there, I got in the middle of the conversation trying to calm everything down because he kept on calling the other guy a retard.. then he told me I was the one being rude all because I said he should be talking to the other guy like that.

Exxon is the company that is here providing gas services and they suck at it. I try avoiding this place because even though there is 4 pumping stations only two of them work half of the time, and today it is fueling VERY slowly. Also it’s more expensive than other places but it’s probably because it’s the only gas station around this area.

Just had the rudest person for service. His name was Taron or something like it. He scanned my coupon then voided the transaction which invalidated my coupon. He b then argued with me then throws the money back at me refusing to sell me my stuff. I'm calling the manager on Monday and also corporate.

Stopped by to specifically purchase a scratch off. I was told I couldn't buy one because they were in a shift change. The person wasn't there yet because she was outside talking to the owner. I don't understand why the man checking me out couldn't. Poor service with little explanation.
