Sliders were cold that employees warmed up to set out. Sticky floor. No roller items except burnt hotdogs. Store in rough shape. Used to be nice. Tripped on cord coming in store. Cord under mat, but cord going up a podium laying out. Staff was nice.

Middle of the day.,, horrible!!!!! Employees just yelling laughing and ignoring customers. I checked out, she rang me up.. without even acknowledging me.. no thank u nothing. It even worse at night. Get responsible people... clean up the store. You should be embarrassed.

Stopped here this morning at 5:45 for some coffee, there were 8 coffee pots - four were not in service, and the other four were empty. I informed the staff and he replied that he hadn’t gotten around to making coffee yet that he was doing other things. He was setting in a chair in the office on his phone! Really!!!

This is a 7-11. The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. It's a convenience store so the prices are based on the fact that you can get in and out quickly. I wouldn't shop here for weekly staples because of the prices but if you just need an item or two the convenience is worth it. They also have quick to-go foods at prices lower than some fast food prices. It's not gourmet but they claim a pizza can be ready in less than 4 minutes and they have a lot of to-go hot "junk" food like taquitos and hot dogs. Didn't try them but nice to know they are available at the store if I'm ever desperate.

I ordered a few things through Uber Eats and received someone's order. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I contacted Uber Eats to advise of the mistake and they were not very helpful. I drove to this store to let them know I received the wrong order and the the person who ordered it may be concerned about not receiving it. There was guy there and he was less than helpful or concerned about me receiving the wrong order or the someone else didn't get what they paid for and was hoping to receive. Thank you helping with decision to no longer use Uber Eats or go to that 7-11. I'm pretty sure that guy was who have the driver the wrong order.

Angel is FANTASTIC. Bought coffee earlier tonight. Store was a mess. . Asked if coffee fresh. Clerk admitted not fresh but didn't make more.Came later to trade gross coffee. Angel (working without help like other guy had) had picked up store, made fresh coffee, and was incredibly nice as always. 😁😁😁

"Jay" was very rude. Tried to change the rules on using the drink app from the way every other employee at every other 7-11 (including this one) has ever done it. Also the bathroom is always out of order and the floors are always wet and sticky at this location. And the drink station is often out of syrup for the drinks we want. I usually put up with the disgusting atmosphere- I would never buy anything cooked here. It was convenient but this guy tonight pushed me over the edge. Terrible customer service!

This 7/11 is so trashy. It used to be good when Jay was the manager and it was always busy and fully stocked. Ever since they put it under new management it's been terrible. It's dirty. The staff is unfriendly. They have almost no hot food and what they do have is not fresh. And they do not keep it stocked at all. Last time I went there a couple weeks ago the selections were slim, but I figured they were about to re-stock. This time all the things they were out of last time were still gone plus a lot more other stuff was out of stock too. They barely had any hot food at the front, and no cold food in the back. Even the display by the register was empty. I wish they would close this place and we could have a QT or RaceTrac instead.

Used to love going to this location.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Until recently, I would buy full pizza's or tobacco products, even at off times of night.Tonight, about 3:20am, I found myself stopping by to pick up an 86 cent black&mild, the same price I've paid for the last 4-6 months.The older gentleman(that's the nice way of saying it), whom was at the counter tried to charge me double, for one.When I refused to buy it, saying that it was a rip-off, he decided to take the the side of hostility.He cursed at me, telling me to leave his f***ing store, or he'd call the police.I have never had any issue with the store, but this is the second issue I've had with this man.He had refused to turn on the ovens at night, not following their 24/7 pizza that they have posted on their window in the front. He is very rude and near impossible to work with from a customers point. Tonight was the final straw and corporate will be hearing of this man's disrespect to loyal customers.

we usually go here for slurpees. not today walked out. slurpees were not working also the guy behind register kept hitting a key on his register after I put my card in. his comment was ur cards denied. I couldn't believe it we tried three times and he kept hitting something on his key pad. I asked him to not touch his key pad he said no I will. I called my bank they saw 3 tried transactions at that store. they said u have money he was hitting key. my bank said if I was denied the screen on key pad would say ..... it did not.. we are going to find another place to go after my kids theropy. my son was so disappointed.

If your going to get a job and ur not of the same ethnicity, they will find some way why u don't fit.... I was asked if a previous employee was taking residency n my house and I responded truthfully with yes, after telling me I was on the schedule she said I'm sorry I can't hire you..for a 24 hour store they lock the doors at night and say there closed.... When u want fresh cooked food they will say the oven is down.. very unprofessional and use emotions, personal, over Business,... The store is hardly cleaned, shelves are not stocked, and it seems u have to be one race to get a job there...... I advise anybody who knows me to go to Sid's video across the street... He has the same items with better customer service .... I was appalled at the behavior Ms. Rennee displayed when I went in to get a job...I know others with the same experience and they will respond a reviews today or tommorrow thank u Google

The older lady with short red hair has treated me and my wife horrible multiple times. I will not be back.The restof the staff is great. What a shame! I spend alot of money there and she chased away a loyal customer to quik trip. I bet your bottom dollar im not the only one. GET RID OF THAT ONE, and ill be back.

walked in and asked to use the phone and they said no and ill have to buy at least 20 dollars worth of food in order to use the phone, so i bought several slushies and pepsi and candy and pizza and it came out to $18.92 and they still refused the phone call. walked outside and kicked the trash can over and the employee ran up behind me and shoved me into the wall, and i hit the wall and my pepsi blew up. then he told me to clean it up and i refused and he charged me again and i jumped out of the way, and thats when i noticed the hidden camera men everywhere. i ran to my lifted Dodge 3500 turbo diesel 4x4 and i pulled up infront of the front doors and when the last customer noticed what was going to happen he left. and while the doors were open i started to rev up my engine and get the boost up and started the burn out blowing black and white smoke all over the front of the store. and thats why i shop at quick trip.

The guy that works overnight is so scared of being robbed, he keeps the doors locked and he camps out in the back of the store. Tonight is the third time it took over30 mins of several cusromers knocking, honking and calling the srore to get his attention. However tonight was the first time the employee was so annoyed at the customers trying to get his attention, hewalked to the doors and just stared at everyone and still refused to open the doors.7 11,please replace employee with someone a little less scared of people and a whole lot less scared of the dark

Theres this lady that works there, with messy hair and a nosering, I didn't think to look at her name tag. She tried to short me $10 and is clearly on drugs. Also every time she is working there they don't have any hot food that isn't old. Oh and there's no medium cups for slurpees. There's stuff missing all over thr place as if she doesn't do anything allllll day long. I really like 7 11, prefer it to racetrac and quiktrip, but this is the worst 7 11 I've ever been to.
