So far every time I've been here it has been all right. Occasionally, I stop by to get some junk food, sparkling water, or use the ATM, and usually I am not disappointed with their selection and service. However, keep in mind that the convenience store portion is not open 24 hours. It also should be noted that the outdoor area is usually not that clean. Sometimes during the afternoon and nighttime hours you might run into suspicious characters; occasionally you just have to watch yourself when visiting sometimes.

Their phone number doesn’t work and doesn’t go through. Especially being 24/7, how the F are you guys not going to have a phone that works. Called yesterday straight to voicemail, called today, same exact thing. How do you guys not have a damn phone that works for your business.🤦🏼‍♂️

I went and the bathroom was out of order and boxes stack in front of door. I am disabled and have to go often. I will not go back to 7-11 nor any other place to spend money if l can't be comfortable when shopping. I went back 11/18 and the same thing, box in front of the bathroom door. I am done with this store until l can use a bathroom, do the staff go outside to use the bathroom ? No more money until the bathroom is fix. 🤬🤬🤬

Tonight i went in after work, to make a purchase and load some money on a Netspend card i bought at this store. I was told that they could no longer load cards at night, that it was the Managers policy. It was only a bit after 10 pm, some of us DO work late. I live a block from this store and have been doing business there for about 5 yrs. Usually i have been in the store on average, once or twice a day. I will never do business with this establishment again. I have put up with the outright rudeness of the new store staff, because of convenience, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. Also i will see that my employer no longer fuels his company vehicles there.

Cashier DID NOT wear her mask. I showed her my 7eleven ap I had a free pizza on it. She kept saying no u cant have a free pizza. It's buy one get one free. Customers came in with no mask. I thought we had a Mask mandate!!. Wait we do!!!. So watch your safety with this COVID in this store.

My husband and I have been customers here for a little while now, and almost all the employees know and like us, even the manager knows we are good faithful customers. .. there is a new (foreigner)employee that works nights that is the RUDEST person we have ever encountered. Twice now he has told my husband F▪▪▪▪ You for no reason at all! Both times we have spent over $20... and there is no reason or excuse for that trash mouth employee. He keeps saying he knows my husband and there is No way that he does. And my husband is furious, he shouldn't be yelled and cursed at. .. and this employee has even made threats to him. Now, with him being a middle Eastern foreigner. ..we take this threat seriously! Something has got to be done about this jerk before someone waits for him after work. ..think about it!

I used my food card to get something to eat, and the clerk said 2 items I can not purchase. I said ok. When I got back home I looked at my receipt and noticed that the 2 items were not removed from the receipt. 2@$2.79But at the bottom of the receipt cash approved for $6.03. And I don't get any cash benefits on my food card. So I and the federal government would like to know how and why did this happen ???Is the store or the employee's putting that cash in there pockets ......???

They are selling 2 month old ice cream and after I I went back to get a refund the other workers were throwing away all of the ice cream that was bad. Costumer service is bad the guy in the register said all food that is purchased is not refundable they stole $6 worth of expired ice cream. This is ridiculous!

I come here all the time and always had a great experience but today I used my reward to redeem the mini donuts and it does say “Mini donuts or Mini donuts pecan “ so I got chocolate mini donuts doesn’t say what kind of mini donuts and the guy told me it has to be the pecan and I was still charged for it when I redeem my reward so doesn’t make sense to still be charged for it

Employees are rude and illiterate "Debit or Credit No Cash Back" doesn't mean you don't accept cash. Of course when you try to help the less fortunate Ms. Trunchbull steps in and makes a scene because that's the extent of her life. Don't go here if you have to go inside.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen the management to the employees the assistant manager tried to charge me me for a item because it wouldn’t ring I told her it says $1.00 for two she said well it want ring so I said you are going to make up price you have to watch this store because they will charge you for something you didn’t buy it happen to twice already I work Down the street all people I work with won’t go there because of the customer service you will be standing in line and they will Pay no Attention To you me and a another Woman had to say something to her don’t go there if you are in a hurry the are so slow

I waited in line for 15 minutes remind you at a damn gas station for them to tell me they needed to see my ID when clearly I'm old enough to purchase cigarettes so they expected me to go back out to my car get my ID come back and wait in line for another 15 minutes shity service and there was four people behind the counter
