Today, on 5/3/24 around 11:00AM CT I purchased 2 orders of tacos. When I went to pay I entered my phone number. On the screen an offer popped up for me to get a discount. The associate tapped the screen and bypassed it. I asked him if it was a coupon that was bypassed. He became irate immediately began stating that I “ accused him of being a thief” I explained that I was just simply asking. He began to yell saying he was “pocketing my $1 savings” I continued to explain to him that no accusations were being made and I simply wanted to see if so had a discount.Another patron of the store jumped in asking the associate not to speak to me that way. The gentleman too made an effort to explain to the associate that no accusations were being made. The associate then began yelling at the man saying “it’s not my job to be accused of stealing by random people” the patron tried to explain that nobody said that but the associate continued speaking over him. The patron then walked towards the exit stating he would never return to this 711 and the associate said “good don’t come back”.After this, the associate began to prepare the tacos with one glove on. I observed that he may have hurt or burned his finger because he kept putting the thumb of his ungloved hand in his mouth. I found this to be unsanitary so I asked for a refund. When I did, he stated “ that’s a good idea cause I’m not feeling this”. He then proceeded to again accuse me of calling him a thief. Then he said “ you came to 711 today to accuse me of stealing”. Baffled by this comment I explained that I’ve come here many times and typically encounter a female associate and there’s never been issues. He responded “well I’m not her, am I?” I replied “let’s just call this good and I’m going to leave. He said “good because I have nothing else to say to you” he told me not to come back.I would like to add that this exchange all happened in front of multiple customers and my child. I have never been treated so poorly by a store/retail associate in my life. My child felt afraid and it was very obvious other patrons were uncomfortable.

The men that work at this place are disrespectful to women, they speak in a condescending way to black women and other minority groups as well. They have no customer service skills at all. this does not include the women who work there or the black gentleman at night. The owner and his pals are RUDE!! I’ll definitely be making a report to the Better Business Bureau, the main reviews in regards to the customer service, the rude workers that work at this location. This may be a franchise location, however, they need to be held accountable for how they act towards their customers when they come into the store. So.

Employees here are rude and racist! Theyre lazy and act inconvenienced when you come into their store and make them actually have to do something other than sit on their butts on their phones eating food. There are tons of gas stations in this area, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE!!!

I didn't get it. They posted $100 transaction to my ccard after I bought 10 gals of gas for $26. Is this a kinda' way to say "thank you" to customers? I guess they will charge me the actual amount once it will change from pending to posted, but, really? 2020 is outside and this is not the question of setting up the hardware and bank data exchange, this is how they wanted it to be.

I have been sold hot water from there cappuccino machine twice & they blamed me for not telling them. Typically, I don't chug scalding hot things until they have time to cool -- call me crazy.The air machine 1.25$ in quarters only reaches only two tires. If you need to air up passenger side back, and driver front -- that will cost you 2.50$.

This place is the worst. They never have cups for the Fountain drinks. The night people are lazy and unhelpful they never restock anything. If you ask they say thet dont have it even thought it sitting somewhere where i can dee it. The morning and day people are the great it just the night people. I have tried to give them benefit of the doubt but every time I come here it's the same thing.

Jesse is always on his phone when i come in which is 3 to 4 times a week. 2 days ago i came in before work to get coffee and gum he was on his phone with earphones did not acknowledge anyone coming in or out and when he rang me up didnt say anything i paid for my things and left. Last night i came in he is on his phone again i ask him the price for an item he hears me and continues to talk on phone i say sir how much? Again no response.i ask 2 more times before he says anything and i went ahead put it back and started to leave, he says maam what is the problem. I kindly said that i had noticed that everytime i come in here he is on his phone he argued that he was talking to his mom and told me "i must be having a bad day". I asked for his name and the managers which he first refused saying maam calm down we can just fix problem what do i want? but then i remember they wear nametags so i got his name Jesse. He said manager wont do anything and he will tell him im rude. I told him i will be calling corporate So i walked out to my vehichle which he followed me i adked for store number said he is not sure but i got a receipt from him he brought me with that #. Then he walked to corner of store outside i began talking on his phone again.he was at the time the only worker in the store and customer in store. ... there are 2 other guys i see in the night they are really nice and even joking with the customers.as for Jesse, maybe he was the one having a bad day. I love 7 eleven coffee every visit into the store i fet different items but i always get the coffee. No long ger in this store sadly bc its close to home.

i go here because it’s close to work. Ever since the introduction of the 7-11 rewards, I have elected to drive 10 miles round trip to the QT north so I don’t have to be lectured about not signing up for the rewards program by EVERY. SINGLE. CASHIER. I show up occasionally to take advantage of 711 bogo deals but have to fight every cashier when ringing up. I literally have to ask them to take my money and on numerous occasions nearly been refused service until I sign up. They have also signed me up numerous times as I check out after I ask them to stop.Go across the street to Tom Thumb for gas. It’s usually 20cents cheaper per gallon and they don’t try to convert to you 711ism. If you need A drink, go north on Collins to QT.

Customer service needs improvement, but a great place for slushies can be found at the Collins and Green Oaks intersection at 7-Eleven. Not the nicest one I've been to, but it gets the job done and features a gas station.

If I could give this store a 0 I would !!Horrible customer service and the lady that work there is rude and very lazy . They have no customer service what so ever . I went in to the store to purchase something and they lady just threw all my stuff in a bag and threw the bag at me and walked off . Or half the time they make us reach for it and I’m just like where is the customer service . Please if you can DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION .. there is another 7/11 2 mins down the road. I would highly recommend going to that store !!! And once I. Can I will be calling higher up to see about getting new staff in that store ! Bc they are all rude and disrespectful!!

Gasoline mixed with diesel. Don't go here! My car stopped working because of the mixture of gas and diesel. It cost $220 to get the fuel tank drained and filled with the right gas.
