I will stop coming here. They rip you off and don't acknowledge you when you ask a question. I used my rewards to get discounted fuel and it didn't go in. When I asked him, he completely ignored me and gave me my change from the pump. 1/1/24 @735pm will be the last time I ever come here.

Coming Here Is Frustrating. There Is No Diversity. There’s A Girl Who Works The counter Who Never Shows Any Customer Service, Rude And Unpleasant. Like Someone Forced Her To Work At A 7/11.Either THEY DONT Give You The Correct Change Back or They Don’t Give You Your Change Back At ALL, And They Hope You Don’t Notice. I’ve Been Over Charged For Things And Have Had To Correct Them. Which When You Do They Seem To Have An Attitude With That. Unfortunately I’d Go Somewhere Else If I Could, But This Is Close To Me

They charge me $9 for a advertised $6 pizza and I showed them they act like they didn't know what to do and told me I had to have 7-11 rewards bull I bought 6 other pizza from 7-11 for $6 they don't know what their doing their loss and over charging customers. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to their blind leading the blind.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF. THE PIZZA WASNT EVEN DONE THE CRUST WAS SOFT LIKE DOUGE MAKE WASTE MY GAS AND TIME MONEY WHATS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Went inside asked for $10.00 dollars on pump 2 got out side pump seemed to be working then got inside car and started to leave looked back down at my gas gauge and realized it never pumped any gas in went and told the Clark and her said if I didn't use it that it would go back on my card but how does he know that the next person to pull up behind me didn't use it such a top off

Very rude and impolite worker . Crazy Asian man running around with gun I would go down to QT down street if I was you . Qt had more space, nice workers, bathrooms and better prices: Very negative vibe workers claim bathrooms is out of order but they allow some people to use it. Very races to me. This is the not the way we treat propel here In Arlington. This a newer store for the area and new awful careless people is running it. Makes the town look bad

Every time I come to this store, they have the bathrooms closed for no reason. They are not out of order. They allow some people to use them and not others even while others are IN the store. My guess is that they don’t want to clean the bathrooms so they close them.They rarely have fresh food and are often out of most coffee.Just all around bad experiences here.

Nothing worse than a person behind the counter who gives off the impression simply being there is enough to garner a paycheck.. At 5am if the Nitro brew machine needs to be replenished the owner of this location should leave the supplies out so the customer can do it because the entitled employee isn't.....

It's a shame that this shiny, brand new convenience store in the Entertainment District doesn't have the quality to match. While the store layout is impressive, and everything looks pretty clean, the staff I've run into so far seem to have almost nothing but apathy to give in their positions. There have been times where they have simply ignored customers waiting in line to work on something else, and they don't seem keen on wearing masks correctly (they do have plexiglass at the register, but if they're making FOOD like this, then that's concerning). Chances are if you're walking down Collins to one of the stadiums and need something, this will be your stop...just know that there's a good chance it's not going to be an ideal experience.

I work for a delivery company. Tonight, as I was shopping for multiple snack items for a customer, the cashier yelled across the store that I had been in the store for "30 minutes" and that I needed to buy something or leave. I had been in the store for no more than 15 minutes collecting the requested items from my customer, 2 of which were not stocked and required substitutions, which I was coordinating with my customer. I told the cashier I had been in the store for 10-15 minutes, which he argued me about, and reiterated I needed to buy something or leave. I understand the cashier's position, given the time of night and the location, but come on...maybe ask if I need help instead of rudely exclaiming across the store I need to hurry it up or leave. Inexcusable customer service

I came for one thing to buy a pizza and the cashier barely looked up from her smart phone to tell me she can’t make a whole pizza. Didn’t even look up when i walked out of the door and told her thanks and to have a good night. terrible customer service and all the food was old and dry in the hot case or else i would’ve just bought a slice. very disappointed. every other time i’ve come even late at night the cashier does it for me. i guess taking selfies and being on snapchat is more important than the customer. smh.

First time at this new gas station and I had a bad experience ... I paid 30 dollars in cash for gas yet the pump stopped at 25. I asked the cashier to fix it and she said the gas pump has been doing that to previous customers (Taking customer money) and that she can not do anything about it. I asked to talk to a manager about getting my 5 dollars back or giving me 5 dollars of gas she claim she couldn’t refund me and the only way I can get a refund was to come back the next day to talk to the manager (mike) to see what he can do about the situation. My question is if they are aware of the problem why are they still taking cash from the customers when there is a chance that they won’t be able to get a refund if the pump decide to just stop.

Love the new 7/11 nice design clean store but alot of the employees don't wear masks. At all. I know theres a plastic screen between the cashier but that doesnt stop it. Just wear a mask if the customer can do it why not the employees?

I like using the keypad out front so I can use my PIN They wanted to Slide my card themselves I ask for a receipt When they printed the receipt is saying copy receipt which is not true I never got the first one tried calling the store. the phone number on the receipt is different from what on line don't trust this store.

Great location,,they have a souvenir section and a Dallas cowboys souvenir too. Many things to choose from including wine, touch screen slurpees and fresh coffee. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff were the highlight of my recent trip to this location.

They charge my card it went over they wouldn't refund my card and they denied cuz it was 68 over can't get money back on csrd I know they over 20.24 cuz they took it off my card and didn't give me anything for it

Do not get gas here with card. Dont be surprised if your card is randomly charged 125 dollars.
