AMAZING! I really can't say enough to express how incredible it is here - my dog absolutely loves it regardless if it's for overnight boarding or just to go play for a few hours! The staff is really attentive here and you can tell they really put your pup first. A few of the things I love is that they don't separate based on size, but instead separate based off temperament, which is really neat. Another thing is the report card feature which allows you to get pic of your pup everyday while they're there (a couple of these pics attached) and that's such a peace of mind while traveling that you get these check-in's pics! I've used their "Spaw" service of giving him a nail trim before and I've got to say they do such a great job, seriously, best nail trim he's ever had! If you're considering this place for your pup I cannot recommend it enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I haven't had the chance to use The Wag Shack's services for my dog yet, but I felt compelled to leave a glowing review based on the numerous referrals I've received from friends and acquaintances. The consistent, positive feedback from multiple people I trust speaks volumes about the quality of this establishment.The Wag Shack comes highly recommended, and it's clear that they have a stellar reputation in the community. The fact that so many pet owners I know trust and rely on their services is a testament to their dedication and expertise in pet care.While my personal experience is still pending, the overwhelmingly positive word of mouth has already won me over. I can't wait to have my dog experience The Wag Shack's care and attention to detail, and I'm confident that my furry friend will be in excellent hands. I'll be sure to update this review after my dog's stay, but for now, I'm already convinced that The Wag Shack is a 5-star pet care facility.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow!! Wow!! Grace and her staff were amazing!! From the beginning to the end of there stay!! Milo and Cooper had so much fun! Every picture of Milo and Coop they were smiling!! The staff were just wonderful. Sending pictures, videos reports just great!! You will not be disappointed!Keep up the excellent service

I can't sing The Wag Shack enough praise - I've tried. I've written ballads, arias, concept albums. 5 Stars is not enough to make a constellation of my love for this place! And, Casanova - my pooch - loves it even more than I do. My wife and I have used The Wag Shack for many one-day (not-overnight) stays for Nova when we have a busy week and can't give him good long walks. We've used the grooming services and he's always come back smelling great and brushed (and when he's blowing his coat out they do an awesome job of getting as much of the undercoat out as possible). And, we've of course used The Wag Shack for boarding several times. The longest stint was 8 days and 7 nights while we were on vacation.Here are some things we love about this place:Play TestBefore Nova was allowed to stay at The Wag Shack they made sure that he wasn't aggressive towards other dogs and could play well with different sizes and personalities. Knowing that every dog at TWS goes through the same processes is a good deal for everyone.Play TimeThe dogs are running around out of a kennel while they're staffed - with a 1 hour "nap time" in the middle of the day from what I understand. So they get a full day of playing and socializing before being put to bed at the end of the night. They do some serious playing because - without fail - Nova is dead asleep in the car on the way home. And, on the way to TWS he recognizes the entrance and gets super excited. He pulls so hard toward the door every time we arrive."Report Cards"Every day The Wag Shack sends pictures of your dog playing so you know they're having a good time, happy, and healthy. I don't have to guess when my wife asks "Do you think he misses us?" Because I know for a fact he doesn't miss us at all because he's having the time of his life.StaffThe staff are so obviously happy to be working with dogs, and Nova loves them. We value all of their feedback and are happy to hear that Nova is getting much better at socializing (he was not well socialized before so didn't know how to interact with playing dogs. There was a lot of confused standing...). His dog and people friends at TWS have made him a much more social fellow!Thank you to everyone at The Wag Shack. Y'all are awesome! THIS IS THE BEST DAYCARE AND BOARDING IN THE COUNTRY. I am not exaggerating. I have lived all over and my dog has been to doggie daycare in New York, Missouri, Ohio, New Jersey, and multiple in the DFW area. The Wag Shack is the best of the best and I never had to worry for one second when she was in their care. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgable. They are so attentive to the pups and treat them like their own. My dog was so excited to go and went nearly five days a week and I knew she was always going to be treated like a queen. We just had to move away due to my job and the staff threw my dog a going-away party. Thank you Grace, Sarah, and Nicole! We love you!

We boarded our 3 dogs at The Wag Shack and had the best experience with them. The people are so friendly and are really knowledgable about dogs. Everyday they send out a "report card" with pics of your pups throughout the day, which made being out of town much less stressful knowing they are happy and in good hands. The pricing is fantastic as well, especially having 3 dogs, they are the most reasonably priced I have found in the area. This is definitely our new spot for daycare/boarding!! :)

The best. Simply the best! Sherman had gone to a doggy daycare back home for 9 years. When we moved to Texas we found this one and it truly is the best. He has always been a nervous Nelly but once he started coming here, he blossomed. Came out of his shell and is a new man. Thank you to Nicole, Grace, Sarah and Sherman's favorite girl, Lauren.

Incredible is the only way to describe this place! We have taken our puppy (Chauncey our Mini Aussie) here for two sleepovers in the last two weeks and he loves it. I know he is so well taken care of and is getting the playtime and socialization he needs! The staff is amazing and kind. We will only be using Wag Shack for our boarding/playcare needs.Thank you!

This is the second time bringing our pup here and I wish I had found it sooner! He gets to burn all his energy playing outside and inside as much as he wants all day long during Playcare! He comes back in to the front office when I pick him up and plops down on the floor tired out, satisfied and comfy! Anywhere else I've taken him for daycare, he has usually been either not as worn out or just really wanting to go home. He seems way happier here than the other place I used to take him to. My dogs absolutely love the Wag Shack! So much so that we can no longer say the name in front of them. We actually have to spell it when they're in the room or else they start to come unglued! The staff is professional, friendly, and great communicators. I love my dogs....and I honestly think they love them as much as I do! You can't go wrong with this place!

From start to finish, my dogs I had a wonderful experience.One of my dogs is diabetic and requires daily injections. The Wag Shack was the only place I could find that would provide them. They took wonderful care of my pups and posting the photographs of them was so assuring.

My dog, Jaeger, goes here at least once a week if not more. He has spent the night at The Wag Shack on a few occasions. It is the only place I feel comfortable sending my dog if I have to be away overnight. They take such good care of Jaeger. He is constantly loved on, looked after and kept safe. He is allowed to be his crazy self in a safe place with loving staff. I cannot imagine trusting any other daycare/boarding place with Jaeger! The Wag Shack staff treat him like he’s their own dog! Jaeger and myself have nothing but love for The Wag Shack.
