If I could give zero I would. My husband and I have been here many times and I would say only one time was good. They are not nice, I’ve had prescriptions say they are ready and then not and then forced to come back 15 minutes later, and never tell you goodbye / have a good day. If there was a Walgreens or anything else close by. We would never come back.

If I could give this CVS a ZERO I would. The woman on the phone refused to offer me a service that all other CVS's provide, and after a grueling conversation with her, she hung up on me and CHOSE not to fill a prescription for my son because she was personally offended by me. Shame on you, woman.

Auto refill for this location told me to pick up after 1 pm. They close daily at 1 pm and reopen at 2. Their auto message should never say pick up after 1. It should say pick up after 2. I have just wasted a trip to get my medication.

Arrived at 7:53pm, the pharmacy closes at 8pm. They declined filling my prescription bc it was too close to closing time. The prescription was one pill and an inhaler. I told them I could wait on the inhaler but needed the pill on this specific day to support the steroids injections I just had. She then said the prescription for the pill was never sent in to their location. I immediately contacted the doctor’s office (an urgent care that was still open) and they said he would call it into another CVS location that was open 24 hours. When I arrived at the second CVS location (a 20-minute drive away) I was told it would take a minimum of 3 days to fill because there was a hold on it due to it being sent to the first location, which is the location in Argyle where they refused to fill it/said they didn’t receive it. I explained all of this to them and they agreed to fill it but said I would need to come back in 2 hours, which would now be near 11pm. Long story short, did not get the meds that I needed when I needed them. Lots of wasted time and effort driving while not feeling well.

I have had only positive experiences with the CVS in Argyle. I attribute this to the Pharmacist Jennifer. She is always there most times when I go and she is friendly , fast and efficient. One thing that stands out she doesn’t mind when you have a question .

I've never had issues like other who have posted. I went yesterday to get my son's amoxicillin and when I got home I notice it was just powder. ..not sure if that's appropriate. I'm going later today to get the problem resolved. Let's hope it's all goes well.

THE WORST EVER!!!! Do not go here. Do not give them your money. I was waiting for a long time in the drive though line for the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics for my daughter pneumonia, only to have them close the window and refuse to release the prescription that they had already prepared because by the time I arrived at the window it was closing time. I was the last person in line too. It's not like there were 5 cars behind me that they would need to accommodate. So despite the fact that they already had the prescription ready, the guy told me that I can go to another CVS pharmacy and they can fill it. So we need to drive 30 minutes away and wait for another pharmacy to hopefully fill the prescription. So instead of them taking perhaps 2 minutes to accommodate me since they kept me waiting in the drive through for so long, they make me go two hours out of my way. Can I cuss on Google reviews?

Phone hold times are consistently over 15 minutes. The drive-thru is usually a 40+ minute wait. I tried going inside once to see if that would speed things along. Two different pharmacy employees made eye contact with me but never acknowledged me. After standing there for 15 minutes, I left. Given a choice, I'd switch back over to Kroger in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, our UHC plan is contracted with CVS now.

This is definitely the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Everyone is correct in saying they don't answer the phone. There's a recording playing in the background telling them there are calls, but nobody makes any attempt to pick up a phone to answer.The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription from the ER doctor. He had just moved here from Austin and one of his addresses on the pad reflect it so the said he's out of the area so they won't fill it. Even though the ER was in Flower Mound. I had to go back to the ER for him to reissue the prescription then go back to CVS only to have her reject it once again because she didn't like the phone number. I went back to the ER and the doctor said how ridiculous this was and never heard of such a thing before. He attempted to call but nobody would answer the phone. I had to go to another CVS and they filled it will no issues. I called the main office to complain and was told it's entirely up to the individual pharmacist whether or not they wish to fill any prescription!!! My doctor prescribed medicine and the pharmacist overrides him!!!It's always a hassle there, so even though you may have to travel 30 minutes out of your way to another pharmacy, it'll be quicker and less hassle in the long run. The last thing you need when you're feeling under the weather is dealing with those people. They just make everything worse.

Their customer service is non existent. I recently gave them an opportunity to fill my wife's prescription and they failed. They said they were waiting to hear back from the doctor regarding authorization and haven't heard back. I called the doctor immediately and they said that they haven't received any calls from CVS. Terrible customer service at CVS. DO NOT GO HERE!Luckily there is another pharmacy option in town, S & J Pharmacy. I drove straight to S & J Pharmacy and they were able to help me within 10 minutes.

This has got to be the worst CVS I have ever been to. The staff that works the front could really care less if there are 10 or 12 people waiting to check out. I’ve spent 10+ minutes waiting to check out on multiple occasions while employees stock items on the shelves.The pharmacy is equally inept. They seem to think that they have a better understanding than my doctor of what medications I do and do not need. This is not a matter of educating me about potential interactions or side effects of my prescribed medications; but rather their personal feelings about what medications Were prescribed.. Just overall, the very worst store I have ever been to.

Absolutely terrible service or care from the pharmacy. August went in to fill a prescription for my kiddoes who had wisdom teeth removed. Waited 45 min in store to no avail. Several hours later returned to be told they still had not completed it.Yesterday dropped off a prescription for myself at 5pm. Currently on hold to speak with a store manager as at 11.40am, following morning the snippy pharmacy lady told me they get to them as fast as possible but the prescription is not yet filled.They have now disconnected the phone call.

This the the slowest CVS I've ever been to. I've never had to wait for a RX after going to my son's doctor at any other CVS it would be filled after the 35 min drive to get it. It never looks busy but they always say it will be a few hours before the RX is done. I'll just have to adjust where I get my RX filled.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This is the worst pharmacy with the worst service I have ever experienced. I typically go to S&J so I am used to friendly, personalized service but our healthcare company FORCES us to use CVS if we want our prescriptions covered. They have messed up our prescriptions numerous times, failed to update our address when we asked them after several attempts, and the latest was when they repeatedly texted us saying our prescriptions were ready only to get there and have them say there was no prescription. I had to call from work to get it straightened out. Turns out one of the prescriptions insurance denied so instead of contacting us they just didn't fill out and forgot about it. The second prescription insurance would only cover a certain brand. Again, instead of contacting us they just didn't fill it. When I asked why there were no prescriptions ready but they had repeatedly texted us they said, "Oh, that was for a different prescription." I told them maybe they needed to state in their texts what prescription it was that was ready. They said they did say what the prescription was. When I asked where they said, "Oh, the PR" was what we meant by the ProAir Inhaler. How in the world is the customer supposed to know this? Horrible, horrible customer service. It's too bad that pharmacies like these exist and people are forced to use them over smaller, local pharmacies that actually know how to treat a customer.

They filled prescriptions without my approval (I had auto-renew turned off). They filled prescriptions after texting me asking me for approval which I declined. They have called my doctor several times to renew a prescription without my approval. Again I had auto-renew off on all my meds. I even think they filled a prescription that my doctor declined to renew. They are so messed up, it's hard to tell. They are a mess.

Awful!!!!!! New phone system does not hear correctly and I wish it was like before with number options. Does not matter what CVS I go to there is never any rush or since of urgency or they are out of medications or receive someone else's meds. GET IT TOGETHER!!!! I have to use you since I have Caremark and wish I could go back to Walgreens without being double charged.

This pharmacy refused to fill time sensitive medication for surgical prep and the tech hung up on me when I asked her to follow up with the pharmacist. This is not about customer service at some point, it is about safety and responsibility. Strongly recommend using a different pharmacy.

Every few months I give this place another chance and sadly nothing changes or improves. The pharmacy is poorly ran and the employees show no interest in helping you. They will argue about your coverage, etc and have no clue what they are talking about. It’s worth driving another 10 min to go to Lantana CVS, in which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I don't use the pharmacy. Usually employees are working around the store but you can just call for someone, they'll be there soon enough. Everyone is polite. Just don't stand there quietly and you will get checked out.

They never have the correct stuff in, and if for some reason they don’t have they can’t explain to you when it will be in. We live right down the road and it’s very convenient, but we are going to be changing to the one in Roanoke

Is there a minus star? Last week the pharmacy called to say a script was ready. I stopped today to pick it up and was told it was not ready, but to wait 15 minutes. I left the store to do other chores and returned 2 hours later to be told it was not ready and to wait 15 minutes. I had to get my groceries home. I called and ask them to call me when it was ready. Still waiting. Bad service and incompetent.

Takes over 10 minutes every time without fail to answer the phone. They refused to transfer a prescription at 4pm on Friday because the pharmacist, male, said he couldn't get to it until the next day. That is very unprofessional and frowned upon by a pharmacy. Sure you might be busy, but it only takes 5 minutes and this time happened to be an emergency for an inhaler.

I dont understand how this pharmacy can stay in business. If you want personalized, competent service from a pharmacy that will work to prove they deserve your business... go to S&J. I would honestly rather pay out of pocket than deal with this CVS again.

This CVS has a nice selection for the most part. Prices are high, but given it is the closest option for most of us out this way...they can charge it.However, this store staff desperately needs training on customer service. It is really bad. Obviously I am not the only person who thinks so after reading the other reviews.Sadly....nothing seems to be changing in this regard, even after these reviews. 🙁
