Rude, the pharmacy is absolutely rude. Going back to Walgreens. We only switched because it was closer. I went through the drive up to pick up my kids prescription, there is a large board that states "you can order these items from the window" I asked for one, I was told by lady I had to come inside and sign a paper for it. What??? Then another said I needed to call ahead to have it ready. So, I can verify my entire information verbally, give you by debit/CC but I have to come inside for mucinex... Dumbest thing in a while!!!

Most Disgusting Bathrooms...I came in one week (video posted) No toilet Paper, No soap, Toilet has Poop on seat. The next week (Pictures posted) Poop on sides of toilet and Floor is Disgusting. Not to mention there still is no soap in the dispenser. This place needs to be inspected badly.

I live in Argyle and this is the only CVS near me. Maybe this is something happening at all the CVS stores, but there are no cashiers! There were 2 guys literally standing around and pointing people to the self checkout. I prefer self-checkout but to see elderly people struggle with the process and 2 dudes just standing around getting paid to point their finger towards self checkout really got to me. I helped the lady do the self checkout but this type of disrespect and lack of care is something that I just can't overlook. Do better

Went to pick up a prescription for covid today and insurance needed to be updated. Was told this could not be done in the drive through and to come inside. When I told the employee I actively had covid and would not be coming in she told me there was nothing she could do. Turns out CVS is fine with people coming in with Covid and spreading it to everyone around them. Forgive me for trying to keep people safe.

This pharmacy is a complete joke. They had my prescription on file for 6 hours for 10 pills. I show up to pick it up after getting spine surgery and it’s still not ready. If you don’t want to cry at home in absolutely excruciating pain then I’d suggest filling somewhere else.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. Literally 15 to 20 minutes for each car in line. Most people come after a prescription is already filled... and on file... what is the hold up? As soon as new car pulls up its a good 5 minutes before anyone even opens the window to take the next customer. Should be able to pick up and pay with an exception here and there for an issue with someone's insurance or medicine. No way it should take this long for every single customer that's just picking up.

No idea why people rate this store so low. Perhaps there are a lot of people named Karen in Argyle??? lol. Just had our flu vaccine shots there and was talking to the pharmacist about this. We have been coking here for at least 6 years and have never had any issues whatsoever. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this store, unless your name is Karen. :)

We have lived in Argyle for 2 full years now and have been to this CVS Pharmacy many times for quarterly prescriptions, one time prescriptions, and vaccinations for both myself and my daughter. Each time the pharmacy has been helpful with questions and everyone has been very courteous. Each quarter we receive prescriptions and the Argyle pharmacy has kept them in sync. The first CVS pharmacy I used was in Keller starting 2013, and while they were nice and courteous, they consistently got prescriptions out of sync or had other issues, which I ended up changing to the Westlake CVS pharmacy after the first year. Never had an issue with Westlake and they have wonderful staff! Keller and Westlake drive through was always about 10-15 minutes a car, so I wouldn't expect anything better from Argyle; however, the one time I did use Argyle's drive through, there were no cars and they got me through within 10 minutes. There are sometimes 3 or 4 folks in line inside, and twice I remember customers in front of me getting upset, but eves dropping on their conversations since they were right in front of me raising their voices, both times I can vouch for the pharmacy that it was the customer's fault. Maybe I've been lucky but I wanted to express that my experiences at the Argyle CVS Pharmacy has been nothing but positive so far in the past 2 years, because when we moved to Argyle and saw the negative reviews, I was dreading to use them at first...but glad I did...

This pharmacy is the WORST! My doctor called in a prescription and the pharmacy never notified me that it could not be filled. I had to call, which took forever to get connected to an associate. The associate was not helpful at all. Her demeanor was brutal. I can see why the reviews for this place are so bad! Taking my business elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. Lady at drive through window was so rude and just stared at me when I asked a question. Took them 20 minutes to come to the window to help the car in front of me. I could see that there were about 7 people inside.. what are they doing?

The Indian lady at the drive through today was so rude to me for no reason. She don’t even say hello to me, she just asked what I wanted gave me my prescription then stared at me and said nothing.

I had an appointment for a COVID Vaccine that I made on Monday last week for Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 3 pm at this location. I arrive and I was told they were limited and had no more because too many people walked in for vaccines. The male pharmacist said an appointment was only for convenience and didn’t guarantee a COVID vaccine. That’s pure bad customer service. Then the CVS in Lantana said no walk in’s, you must have an a appointment. CVS sucks!!!

I would give this place less stars if I could. I have been here twice for prescription fills and have had the worst experience each time. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that has operated this poorly or slowly!!Today after waiting for 35 minutes in the drive through line, it was finally my turn. I drove up to the window and they immediately shut the window gate with a “closed for lunch” sign. I’ve never heard of pharmacies closing for lunch (at 1:30pm) ESPECIALLY when there are SEVERAL cars still in line who have all been waiting 30-60 minutes. Insanity. I will never go here again.

Worst managed group of people in the service industry. Has anyone told them there are other pharmacies? Go watch how they do it. No matter what time of day you go to this pharmacy to pick up, you are going to wait in line at least 30 to 60 minutes.. Why does this take so long????? I have been back here 4 times in two days trying to get a script. I have been in this line already for 20 minutes and we haven’t moved on car. Not one prescription in 20 minutes!?!?!? HIRE MORE PEOPLE, or come up with a more effective system. DO SOMETHING. I can’t wait to never come back here.The slowest people in the world. Yeah for Kroger pharmacy right down the road, also a new pharmacy going in in Northlake next to Harvest.**** UPDATE 24 minutes later and now I’m sitting at the window.. Did you think I was exaggerating????

Spent over an hour today on hold with the pharmacy trying to get a prescription status. No one ever picked up. Spoke directly with store personnel twice and was told there was nothing they could do and that they had no control over the pharmacy phone queue. If I could give them a rating lower than one star I’d gladly do so. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a CVS.

I don't think they are reading their review or reading their customers.This pharmacy is pain. I don't know why it takes around 10-15 minutes to pickup the prescription. Initially I thought they are running short on staff but if each pickup is taking 15 minutes then there is no way they can ease customer pain. They are no where close to any standard pharmacy operations. I am moving my prescription to Kroger at Bartonville.

Worse Pharmacy experience. Pharmacist at location are lacking professionalism. Female pharmacist actually rolled eyes and laughed with technician over coupon for needed flu medication my wife’s insurance would not cover with pre auth. They said they had submitted , but when checked with Dr it had not been received. Again, just bad attitude as they jokingly said well by time get pre auth back, won’t need medicine anyhow due to time frame it is to be given.Will never return. State Pharmacy board will be notified.And for those who are behind in line of drive thru, the technician took my wife’s phone to look over coupon. Now remember, she is there for flu medication and they just exposed themselves and everyone they handle prescriptions for rest of the evening.Lack of professional conduct in all areas!

I spent 7 days trying to get a RX filled for my blind dog, and called a dozen times to get things straightened out. As of today, they still have not filled the RX after calling and begging my Dr to call back over and over. Save yourself the tourture of calling this location, just go anywhere else.

Did not use appropriate math to fill my prescription and gave me 2/3 the amount prescribed. Never had that happen before. Had to return to get the rest, where the Pharmacist was hurried, defensive and dismissive. Like, didn't even make eye contact when handing me the correction.While waiting, it was notable the pharmacy is a mess with prescription bottles strewn on the floor, prefilled bags piled high, the shelves are not neatly stacked, and papers lying about. Never seen that before.Rest of the store already looks dilapidated.Permanently lost this customer.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. My husband had outpatient surgery today, he was prescribed 5 medications and when we arrived at CVS, as usual, there were 10 cars waiting in the drive through lane. I went into the pharmacy and was told they had 1 of the 5 medications and the others would be available in 2-3 days (antibiotics, pain meds, etc). There were pill bottles and trash scattered on the floor of the pharmacy - it was shockingly unprofessional. We will NEVER do business with this pharmacy again and look forward to transferring all of our prescriptions to the Justin pharmacy first thing tomorrow morning.

Worst pharmacy EVER! I have been on hold with them for 2 HOURS this morning (with a “disconnection” in the middle - never spoke to anyone just dropped). When I called and gave my information to the recording, it says there’s an issue with your prescription and we’ve been trying to reach you. I finally get through to talk to someone to figure out what’s wrong and they say nothing, your prescription is ready. So I literally wasted 2 hours for something that was supposed to be communicated through an automatic text message or phone call. We will NEVER be back.

Do yourself a favor and skip this, CVS pharmacies really just aren’t worth your time. And you aren’t worth their time either apparently.I came in just before 7:40 to get a prescription filled for an inhaler. I was ignored for several minutes while waiting in the designated line that nobody else was in. Finally I was asked if I needed to drop off a prescription and I said yes, but was quickly ignored again by the same person. Another girl came up to the counter to offer her help, and when I handed her the prescription she informed me that they wouldn’t be able to fill it until tomorrow morning. When I asked for my prescription back, I received a scoff and an eye roll from the employee.I’m just a normal person trying to fill a prescription. I waited patiently, spoke kindly, and simply asked for the prescription back since I needed it filled before the morning as I have a busy schedule.After leaving and heading to my car. I saw the same employee who ignored me, rushing out to her car several minutes before 8 to leave, I suppose in a rush to get off work. (I hope nothing too terrible).I ended up going to a Walgreens down the road about 12 minutes and they were able to fill the prescription in 10 minutes, including contacting my doctor to sort out a mistake on the prescription. And they filled one other prescription as well.

There is a reason this pharmacy has 76 reviews for an average of 1.5. They are terrible. This will be my last prescription picked up from this location. They are very unprofessional, sloppy and rude. We have had multiple problems with this location. Today I went to pick up a script and the girl at the counter said your insurance is terminated in a loud manner. I tried to explain that it’s on COBRA and there may be lag time in the systems but she walked away. Then another person walked up and said “you have questions about your prescription?” I said no I am trying to pick up my prescription. She repeated in a loud manner again that my insurance was terminated. I tried to explain that it was in COBRA but she cut me off to tell me it will take time to connect to thier system. I then tried to pay using a goodrx coupon and she said it was the wrong medication and that it would be triple the price. I was frustrated so I left but sitting in my car I realized I could have changed the dose and gotten the right one. I am certain they know this in the pharmacies but she did not attempt to help. When you walk in and there is garbage all over the pharmacy floor that kind of tells you the type of operation it is. I am done with CVS!

I would give no stars if I was allowed. I went to pick up my daughter's RX and went through the drive thru pickup because my daughter was actively vomiting and i did not want to bring her in. I was told that my insurance was not taken there. So I called my insurance to find out that they are in network. I had to take my daughter inside, with her throwing up all over me, all over the store to go get them to do their job that they could have done when I was in my car. My daughter and I will no longer getting our prescriptions here.

This location is always busy, especially the pharmacy. It’s really the only option since there’s not a grocery store or any other pharmacies.Some of the non pharmacy staff are more helpful than others. One lady in particular thought it was more important to train another employee while a delivery driver waited for assistance, and while other customers needed assistance. Self checkout is great if you don’t need any associates assistance while checking out. I just needed to pick up an order from the front counter and had to wait 20 minutes while she ridiculed a fellow employee in training.

Unfortunately my son needed a RX on Sunday due to a bad ear infection. Went to pick it up at 1230pm. Was there for an hour due to them having issues with submitting to insurance. Said they had everything in correctly and it wasn't working. We called insurance, they see no reason there should be any issues. There was clearly a disconnect between CVS system and Cigna. Insurance trying to work with CVS, and instead of making sure the customer is taken care of, Stephanie the pharmacist proceeds to tell insurance that they are closing for lunch in 7 min, if they can't take care of it by then, we will have to resume after they take their lunch break. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I was already there for an hour. I went ahead and just paid for the RX cash due to them worrying more about their lunch break and not the customer. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Avoid CVS at all cost! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This CVS Pharmacy is either understaffed or needs to be better managed. Waited in line to pick up my prescriptions for about an hour. They need to figure out a way to improve their efficiency.

Consistently the worst pharmacy. Never more than one person working the line, and never less than 5 people waiting in line regardless of what time you go. Short staffed is not true, there are typically 4-6 people behind the desk. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you plan on picking up meds.
