My fur kiddos love going here! We mainly use the boarding but have them bathed and groomed before pickup. The staff is really professional yet friendly. Final perk was the lobby! Very clean and a good selection of treats and goods to spoil my pups. Guarantee we will be back 👌

Our Golden doodle has stayed here multiple times. We’ve never had an issue with boarding. However, twice we’ve asked for and this time paid for daily brushing to ensure no matting. At the end of her stay we had her groomed and she came home scalped. This time bleeding. Please know they will not brush daily even if you pay for the service and they will scalp your pet to the point of blood.

My dog loves this place so much,she doesn't want to go home. They treat her like their own. They have regular kennels and private suites. She really enjoys her walks and all the attention she receives!

With my sister who boarded. This place expensive and they charge for everything every service. Her dog has been boarded before so not a problem but he immediately became anxious on entering dogs barking in runs and when she picked him up stressed and anxious no explanation from staff. Nice lobby though.

I do not recommend this if you’re a first thing! They do not breakdown cost. I initially dropped my dog off there and asked them to make sure that nails are short because it’s included in part of a grooming service and they charged extra for nail buffing, which was not what I asked for and they did not break down the cost for me.

I have been bringing my sweet golden doodle here for grooming for five years. Debbie is awesome. She is so kind and does a great job making him feel comfortable and look great. He is always happy to go to see her. All the staff is friendly. Only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that it can be difficult to reach a person to talk to on the phone. I am very pleased with the service we have received.

American Pet Spa was a pleasant surprise. Communication from them was.great and when we picked our babies up, they looked good and did not act different when we brought them home. Walking around with tail between legs when they get home.is often a sign a dog has been mistreated. I feel comfortable leaving all four of our dogs here., even our 13-year-old who has a back issue. I was a bit nervous when I read reviews on Yelp because they were mixed. I should have referred to Google. These reviews make more sense. Yesterday was the first time I boarded my two puppies who are both 18 months. One is a Germany Pointer, the other is a Vizsla. We only left them for one day as practice for when we go out of town. I wanted them to see when we drop them off here, we WILL be back. So the next time we leave them for 2-3 days they will not be traumatized.

Everyone was absolutely amazing for our very first time there! I loved getting a little report card of how my baby did, it helped me feel more comfortable with leaving him with a new groomer. He came home super clean and also happy. Thank you so much for such a great job.

My 2 dogs had their first doggie daycare here and all went very well. The staff is super friendly and I feel my dogs are well taken care of. We will come back for a longer boarding period

After telling the staff that one of my dogs would be too scared towalk on a leash and that they would have to carry them to the cages, I watched as they dragged my dog by a leash across the concrete, all the while choking. I had to run out and stop them.There was nothing I could do at that point, our flight was leaving in a few hours. I was worried the entire trip wondering how they were treating our dogs.

Everything about this facility is top tier. The management and team is so friendly and accommodating everytime we visit. The facility seems well maintained, and there sense of pride taken in the care of the property. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I have a suspicion thar my dog has started to like the staff more than me. Not going to lie I'm a little jealous.

I happened to see this place on Google maps I stopped by to visit it in person it looks like a great place to take your pet both the receptionist and the workers are very nice and welcoming and are very helpful in answering any questions or concerns you may have

I love this place! I've only used them for grooming, but Alex is great. He is skilled, and my dog Odie does so well with him for as much as he hates getting wet! I recommend them. It's a beautiful property, with kind and attentive people. I also know someone who works there for boarding, and it sounds like the facility does a good & efficient job.

Boarded my boxer Friday through Monday. When he came home Monday afternoon, he ran straight through the house into the backyard where I witnessed his first runny stool. He continued like that for the rest of the evening even having a kennel accident in the middle of the night. I called the boarder on Tuesday to ask if they had noticed the loose stool or any abnormalities and they assured me everything was normal. They went on to say he ate all his food and if it continues to call them back. Well it's Thursday & he is having the same trouble. I spoke with a lady named Mary who claimed to be the GM yet refused her last name or any assistance. Mary refused to hear about any symptoms my dog is experiencing and was total dismissive about everything. All in all I will never return to this place for any service. I've boarded my dog numerous times elsewhere without any trouble and only tried this place because it was closer to home. Huge mistake! If you care about your pets, don't bother! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!I was never looking for medical advice, I have and have always had a vet for that. I was looking for some acknowledgment & accountability from your business. Hard to believe my dog fell ill only after a 10 minute drive home & you witnessed nothing while in was in your care. After spending 4 days in your establishment, he was sick for 4 more days until I was able to get him to our vet. Your ”Call back if it continues” comment confirms you were trying to deflect responsibility. It’s not my first rodeo nor is it my dogs. Nice try and good luck with these business practices!

My dogs stayed here for a board and train with Rachel and it was LIFE CHANGING!!!! She went above and beyond to listen to my concerns then tailor their training to fit our lifestyle. For example, she trained on dog to heel on the right and one on the left so I can walk them at the same time. One of my dogs is picky with her treats and she would go buy full rotisserie chickens to debone as a high value treat. That's dedication for sure! The pups listen so well now and we are so happy with the results. Rachel taught us how to keep up with the training at home (which is the most important part!!!) and we have our peace back! She took great care of them- even my dog with medical needs!

Boarded my puppy, Thor, a little while ago and didn’t do a review until I got prompted recently. So, this review is a bit dated and I hope things have improved.We boarded here when our puppy was little and he was very anxious going in. So, we called a few times to check on him and we were told someone would get back. We followed up and left messages when no one got back and we still didn’t hear back with any kind of update. Finally, when we picked our dog, we told the manager what had happened and all we got was ‘we can’t always get back and what if everyone starts calling us to check on their dog’ comment. We were taken a bit aback and never went back there.

Been using this place for years. It’s great for boarding and doggie day care. They really take care of your pet and give you a report card for how well your dog enjoys things. They have movies and pupcorn for dogs and extra playtime you can purchase. Our dog is a rescue and very scared of the dryer room after his bath so they put that in his notes and never make him go in it. They even let you choose playtime alone or with other dogs. Our dog is very submissive and has been attacked before (not attacked here) because of that we choose to let him have playtime alone which is a nice option so we feel he is safe.

We have borded our dogs there since 2007.The main managers have come & gone butour dogs always come home with no issues.Our dog had not been there since Feb 2022.American Pet Spa has changed for the better.Check in was organized & fast. Today I picked upour lab after 7 nights. She came out happy plusshe was very clean after her bath. They alsowashed her bedding...so nice & clean. Winnie has been very calm & no itching today. Excellent!Highly recommend you pay for the quality but it is well worth it.
