This place has gone down hill. Know there is normally 1 register open, and some self check outs. My problem is the self check out. You want me to scan my own stuff like people I don’t work here. Then you go to leave and wanna check your recipe, like if you don’t trust me why have me scan my stuff. It’s not like you send out W-2s when we scan are stuff. This place is a joke. GM just stands around and chit chats with the manager from automotive or leans his head on a rack . Very unprofessional. Target it is.

I'm here about 3 days aweek.For myself and two others.Friendly service.Their self checkout bucks.Didn't have enough workers so they shut down half..Changing everything around.Wich is another waste of their money and customers time..

If you work late or variable shifts etc.. and get to Walmart an hour before they close be prepared to be treated like you shouldn’t be there and you’re trespassing.I was almost done with 10min to check out and 6 stocker guys and a blue vest or two stood near me as I finished up. Clearly trying to intimidate me or make me feel uncomfortable. The rude anti-customer service has progressively gotten worse in the past year.Announcements over the intercom saying store and registers will close and you won’t be able to purchase items.. Which I understand 100%. Being rude/aggressive/angry to people trying to finish shopping I don’t get.I go to Walmart frequently around close and every time the woman announcing is very clearly annoyed/angry. Literally able to hear auditable sighs.

Ordered a cake and paid for it online. Went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said the cake maker had to leave on a family emergency so the cake didn't get made. But the Bakery manager Laura in Aransas Pass, TX let me pick out a cake and she paid for it. She is truly a kind soul and did everything she could to help me out. Walmart is lucky to have someone like her.

I've never been so disappointed with any Walmart. I've done online shopping since they have had it. Aransas Pass Walmart hadn't gotten right only a few times. I fell in gravel trying to make it up front before they left. Been told they would comp a few deliveries for me been hung up on it's never been so disappointing

Employees didn't seem like they wanted to be at work and were definitely unresponsive. And very , very , very , very understandable And it felt like when I was trying to explain my problem. The employee seemed annoyed and on top of that, when I get out of the store, they'd given me the wrong pack of cigarettes, after I pointed them out and told them 3 separate times which ones I wanted. And when I went back they wouldn't give me a return. And I asked for cash back. She messed up. Put my transaction all the way through so I had to go to the ATM and spend an extra $4 due to this. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I've been going to this Walmart all my life. I hope there's a change. Thank you, God bless

Every time I go to the makeup section to go by lashes or even the glue i always have to walk around the whole Walmart just to find a worker and hear them say "you have to call someone" Like BRUH YALL WORK HERE NOT ME also why isn't there a person in that section to begin with 😒😤

My local Walmart falls sadly short of retail standards of operation. I Han name all the employees who sincerely enjoy their career. Sadly you can count them on one hand. Fron restroom always passable but just. Parking is a nightmare and everything we try to enter or leave store we are actively approached for "money to improve a church" or donate cash for various causes. When mentioning two specific events I actually felt at threat by one individual and when I mentioned it to a employee in the store my report was totally sneered at me and made snide remark such as. Well use the other door. 1 1

As far as Walmarts go, this one does a pretty good job. The customer service has been good and the folks working there seem to have good attitudes and are friendly and helpful. They seem to have a better stock than some of the others in the area.

If I can give this current management staff a ZERO I would. I have been on the phone for longer than 45 min waiting for a manager to change my delivery address and substitute an item. Meanwhile my poor walmart delivery driver is already at Walmart trying to PHYSICALLY put me on the phone with someone to talk to about this. Wasting not only his precious time and money but mine as well. RIDICULOUS.

I am a huge Walmart fan. Being Disabled and in a wheelchair. They are always ADA compliant and usually you can find an ADA Parking 🅿️ spot.

I don't understand why Walmart gets bad reviews... it's a chain store with nearly everything you need. Unless you're a snooty "suburban lady" who needs to "speak to the manager," you should have no issues.

I went to grab a Money Order at the Money Center today. Simple right? Greeter and Money Center personnel were sweet kind and friendly. Came out, my car battery died. Needed to get to the Auto Care Center. I was assisted by the Greeter, Cart/Front Attendant, Money Center AND Auto Care Cashiers! Honorable mention to the two other gentleman shoppers who stopped to render aid. Thank you all, you were so sweet and amazing! They need a raise!

Friendly and helpful staff at self checkout. Only 2 negative comments.1)On a few occasions while in produce section a lady stocking bulk produce was non-stop coughing and had mesk well below her chin. She may not have COVID, which is real, but she has something, that wasn't an irritant cough but a viral or bacterial cough.2)Always out of Diet Mt Dew, have gone at different days of the week and different times during the day.

Wow, lines of the two open slow cashiers out to the racks. Self checkout 3 people deep. Three cashiers talking, with their lights off. You would think maybe they would flip on their lights and perhaps go to work? Took them 10 minutes of talking and finally they did. Absolutely, ridiculous!!!

Was at Walmart and went through the self checkout. Omg. The employees are watching u like a hawk like I wasn’t going to scan my items. Iam not a thief if yal want to watch us I think yal should bring back the employees and let them do our job. We don’t get paid to scan our own stuff. It’s us that pays the employees so bring back the employees and stop watching us like we are criminals. Yeah there might be some but not all of us are.

This is an update to my review 2 years ago. I unfortunately no longer shop at this store unless I absolutely have to. You will receive no help, even when you're 77 years old like my mother, who went by herself while I was at work to buy dog food (40lb bag) and cat food (20lb bag), and waited for an employee who would help her load the items into her vehicle for over 20 minutes. When attempting to load them alone a gentleman ran over and took over and took care of all the bags she had to be put in the vehicle. Sending a huge hug and thank you to the gentleman that helped her that day...you are a guardian angel I believe, and an awesome person for that! 🏻🙏
