One of the best locations I have been to. The staff are always so helpful and have good info and knowledgeable! My two labs love seeing the girls that work there. They always get so excited to see the girls that work there and spoil them with treats. My go to place for anything. Knowing the pups can have a good time. And they always have what I need!

They usually have what you need. They could keep more riding mower blades & riding mower belts in stock. It's been going on for almost 2 years now Other than that this place is great👍

I called trying to find information on a gate I ordered. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes to “get to a computer”. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for another 3 minutes. I then called back and was hung up on….. I finally called back and asked for the store manager and the woman said she was the store manager. I explained what had happened and she said they couldn’t hear me… I still did not get the information I needed on when I might expect the gate since the information online was conflicting. Last time I will be using them for anything.

Always have an excuse not to have Propane!! Always telling a different story as to why. Will also lie and tell you that they are waiting on truck because they are out when in reality they have propane in stock just too lazy to go outside. Do not recommend shopping at this TSC at all.

OTR Driver here. Not the greatest docking area, opposite of other Tractor Supplys in that you slide tandems all the way "forward" as their dock height requires it, also you'll find a couple utility trailers in the way directly in front when your docking, be good if they moved them out of the way. Other than that, friendly staff, unloading good, ovnp is okay, just find a spot, during business hours not much room for ovnp, but doable.

I called specifically to find out when they quit refilling propane bottles. They said come down. I get there and they don't have anyone to fill my bottle for 20 minutes!!! WTH! Piss poor customer service.

Had a great experience there yesterday November 27th. We went for dog food which they had in stock, but while wandering around the store we were greeted by 3 different employees. Each one friendly and eager to help. Only negative the self check out they urged to use was not a positive experience. It had issues delaying us by at least 10 minutes.

Called to get a hitch and ball, was told have buy separate, no problem but asked if they would attach them as I don't have wrench to fit, Zac had it put together and on the counter for me, this employee deserves a raise, THAT'S customer service

Lots of employees but no one to help load truck. The guy who was asked to help said he would try to help but had back problems. I said where is your safety belt if you have back issues? I said Thank you but you can't help. Ugh so far the worst tractor supply I have shopped at.

Went in on Vets day, spoke to Kayleigh about a zero turn lawnmower that was on sale. Was advised I’d be called since it wasn’t at store but was in the ad. Never got a call back. Not very military friendly.

We attended the Belt Sander Races at The Gaff in Port Aransas. This store is a sponsor and the Aransas Pass Manager Darrell, did a great job at the event. Watching his interactions with the children and adults was really a positive for the Tractor Supply Brand. It was a lot of fun and he represented TSC very well. Keep up the good work. Truly great marketing and representation. THANKS!

Haven’t had an issue until today. Bought some dog food for pick-up, and when I went up to the counter, the lady asked if I had a cart, and I said no. She asks if I’m going to carry it(45lb bag and I’m pretty small), and I said no, can’t someone bring it to my car? (Because every other time I’ve been to any tractor supply someone happily carried it for me. If this wasn’t a normal practice for tractor supply I wouldn’t have been so irritated by this situation. I would have grabbed a cart from the beginning.) She said she couldn’t because she couldn’t lift that much. Which is fine. But there were plenty of staff around who could have done it. The worst part is that after she basically told me I had to go back and get a cart, I came back and a guy I hadn’t seen before brought it to my cart with no effort, and she was nowhere to be seen. He could have brought it out. But I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t tell him the cart wasn’t my idea in the first place. Just a lack of good customer service from her in particular, and I can say that because I’ve worked plenty of cs positions.

Otr driver here this is a pretty decent location easy to back into staff is pretty friendly too. Docks alittle small but at least they have a dock compared to most TSCs i got to where theres barely enough room at all and no dock. Overall i give this place a 10 out of 10

They had the mower blade I was looking for when no one else in the area did. The clerk was polite, cheerful and helpful. The whole transaction was quick and painless. I like tractor supply company because I can usually find what I'm looking for there and they have lots of cool stuff to look at. I'll be back, I always am...

Do not reccomend, I have been using this store for five years, and my visit today was less than satisfactory. As I was in the dog food aisle, I approached a sales associate, I was very polite "excuse me mam" as I approached her, she proceeded to have a telephone conversation, I could tell by the subject that it wasn't a professional call. I made a second attempt to ask for help and she looked right at me and walked off. Being on the phone in the workplace is unprofessional, but ignoring paying customers is even more unprofessional. I will never step foot in this store again, total rudeness. I believe that they have went through a change in staff, the staff used to be fantastic.

Very very disappointed we already paid for 7 hay bales and when we get there to pick up they sold the hay bales it for my wedding on Friday April 15th and they aren't even trying to do anything about it just like oh well it our fault , mind you they were paid for already and they were told we were pickup up today and still sold them. Ridiculous they should provide the ones they sold .

This was the biggest Tractor Supply I’ve ever seen. I loved it. The reason for the 4 stars is the girl at the register wasn’t friendly at all. It is not hard to smile. Just sayin’. I will definitely go back while we’re in this area for my pet supplies, etc.

Tractor supply has a great selection of tools for use around your property. Everything from fencing to lawn care equipment. They even have baby chicks when in season. Definitely a good place to visit for supplies.

I guess they quit selling propane at whatever time? Closes at 7 get a new tank go in to checkout then was told we close in 20 minutes we can't fill your tank. Disappointed. Called prior to arriving no answer then a busy signal. It needs to be posted on the website. I broke my unit down and hi tailed it there for nothing.

I'm a handicap person and when I went to the store at Aransas Pass the nice lady Sean who is the checkout told me to stand right there with my Walker she went and got me a chair and set me down she didn't call Thomas one of the workers to go get me what I needed to get so I wouldn't have to try to walk around the store it was very hot outside they were very nice very considerate they even move my car up to the front door for me Thomas did I would give this place a hundred percent and the two people that were were there to help me I think they both need to know Ward for 70 year old woman and my first experience going to Tractor Supply was awesome thank you Tractor Supply for everything

I love coming to our town Tractor Supply Store, I always find what I'm looking for and some. I purchased the best chicken coop. It took me a couple days to assemble it, but it got done; instructions were easy to follow, all the parts were in the box.Thank you, Aransas Pass, TXTractor Supply

Will never buy anything in this location. Needed an item that was locked up. Asked a store worker for help. Waited 15 minutes. Still no help. Same worker was loitering outside the front door as I made my exit. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my whole life.

Came here today to exchange my chickens food and the guy who help me was very rude so I explained to the manager about earthen hopefully she takes care of him. If not I can go somewhere else to buy my chickens food and other stuff.
