The staff is nice and professional, but they never have what I need. I would have thought a 1" ball valve or at least a plug would have been a safe bet for any tractor supply, even this one. Alas, no dice. Their whole pipe stock could fit in a kitchen drawer.Apparently feed and seed is the only thing this store focuses on. If you need something else, you're probably better off going somewhere else and saving yourself the stop.

If your delivering to this location the stalk is very rude .unloading doc is out front . There is a truck stop down the street if you need to overnight they have good coffee .

Was not impressed with manager. There were so many dead plants but she would not give but 10 per cent off. I'm a landscaper and I told her they would probably sit there and die one plant which was half dead had a split in container she would not even come off the reg price. Then got the last pea gravel bag which had holes in it she wouldn't come off the reg price And when I was wheeling it out the bag busted again and it started pouring out in foyer of store and out to the parking lot I came back in and told cashier. She said someone would be there to clean it up. I told her I would still like the pebbles that were on the ground I waited and waited then I just went to my car load my items and said to myself I will never come back to this store.

While the staff at this location are certainly more welcoming than in Midland or Odessa, they do not follow through on special order inquiries. I have called twice about trying to order a sizable amount wire. No one wants to give me the time and day and follow through on their word. Sad considering that I am trying to purchase a large quantity of material and they obviously don't want my business.

Always have what I need at a very reasonable price. The only place I buy cat litter as it is super cheap but high quality. Also love the hats, shoes and flip-flops. Good quality stuff and tough. Lasts a long time. Best place to get outdoor wear.

Very helpful staff, exactly what you'd expect from a small town store. I was probably asked by 5 or 6 employees if they could help me in the 15 minutes I was in the store. Great experience and will definitely go back!!!

They stock stuff that most others don't. Looked all over for dog carrier and they had what I was looking for. The gentleman helping me was very good at getting it ready for me and it had a slight broken corner on it so he gave me another 15% off of sale price. Can't complain. This is a place were I go when I don't want to spend twice the amount at a general hardware store. Highly recommended. Mim

Went to buy and air compressor but couldn't find prices on any of the ones I was looking at. I don't like to have to ask or look up prices I want them up front. It also creates price comparison for who has the lowest price. And if I don't see a price I assume it's higher then other area stores so I move on.Compared to Midland Odessa locations.The Stanton TX location has 10X the customer service. You should re train all of you employees in that store.

Midland store never has Paes n Claws liter..none after 3mth..always excuses..drove to Stanton...they had plenty..and with keep a standing order for us..5 Stars for Stanton
