The restroom was tore up, not cleaned, and extremely unsanitary!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, and even showed her pictures. Her response was that there are no “males” to clean the restroom. I asked if they should just close it and clean it because it is very unsanitary. Her response was that customers get upset when it’s closed for cleaning and they get upset because it’s dirty. So in the Managers eyes it’s better to be nasty and spread germs even while Covid is still around then to do something about it. Well, win some and lose some!!!

Messy, under stocked, inconsiderate clerks who are more concerned about talking than helping customers, semi parking lot is a chaotic mess, and in some instances, you gotta back out cause there's no opening at the other side due to trucks parking there. A lot of semi-trucks take up double space. Also a lot of times, trucks will block the exit out of the parking lot by parking by the pumps or blocking the pump islands to get to I20 East on ramp. The place is a mess.

Was in line for subway the guy through his apron never said a word and left for 32 minutes. They were out of almost everything even Mayo. They have mediem soda on sale for 1 dollarbut only small cups for 1.89. Very poor customer service.

Who would put a baby on this changing table or sit next to this? It's disgusting. This is the kind of grime that only accumulates through willful and knowing gross neglect. It's amazing that food is allowed to be sold here.

Taco Laredo is suppose to open at 05:00BUT customers have to wait 10-15 mins because they have to do paperwork, not wash your hands paperwork, book keeping paperwork. Ladies that prepare the food are doing that, cooking. Some other women are tucked into a small closet office yacking up a storm. t what point and time do you not get your system together to SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS.SHAME I REMEMBER WHEN THIS WAS A GOOD STOP.

The workers are nice and the bathrooms are always clean unless they are short handed then the trashes get full but that's understandable. Most customers don't know how to put trash in the trash cans so that does make their job harder to constantly go in after people because grown ups can't seem to pick up after themselves. Walked in on a worker actually cleaning the walls. Smelled like bleach, at least I know for sure it's always clean when we stop by. Thank you Stripes workers!!

I love the chicken and beef tacos. I went here for some lunch and the lady serving the food had a continuous cough. I mean it just didn't stop. I felt she should of been removed from the food section, so I didn't order any food got something to drink which the alcohol section had more variety than the drinks section. I grabbed 2 green teas and a fountain drink which I was supposed to be getting Sunkist but it taste more like Fanta also the ice fir some reason tasted weird to.

I'm a Truck Driver. Storage is pretty dirty all the time, including subway. The lady in the store never had ice so I must to diferente one to get some for my food.

Update 2 years later: Same: Dirty store, dirty bathroom, dirty lot. Unfriendly staff and to top it off they no longer take my fuel card. So maybe it's a bonus i won't have to stop here anymore. Over priced fuel like it's a pilot or loves. It's not. By far.

Been stopping here when i have work in the area for years. It literally never changes - they couldn't hire slower morning staff if they tried. I always see anywhere from 8-12 people in the store, 3 of which are actually working, and those three are more than willing to completely stop doing anything at all in favor of holding a conversation. When they do decide to finally start inching the line forward, they act like every movement physically hurts them.The Taco Company line is an absolute joke. If there's more than two people in line, don't bother. Or at least bring a lawn chair to sit in; you'll be there a minute.Drive a diesel pickup? Ha! Joke's on you. There's only one pump for us. And bonus points! There's never receipt paper in the one pump, so you get to wait for every company pickup driver to go inside and wait in that half hour long line for the receipt.This place is a dump with terrible service. If you have literally any other choice, go there. A hillbilly on the side of the road with a gas can and a goofy smile would probably be a more pleasurable experience.

I thought the worst Stripes I had been to was in Midland. Well, this one makes that one look like a palace. As other reviewers have said, do NOT eat here. You could get very sick. The bathrooms are atrocious and the convenience store is constantly dirty.

Walked in placed an order that I place on a daily basis was told that I could not be sold that I said I order it every day here and at other taco laredos I was told to go some place else I walked away paid for my coffee her coworker tells her let him call corporate who cares that’s what I call customer service here is a one finger salute to the staff at taco Laredo Stanton

Long wait times to get food. They don’t usually have enough people working to get you out quickly. Update!!! Wait times haven’t changed. 12 people in line for the hot food and 1 person making the food. On top of that, the Subway does not have a working toaster or microwave so getting a hot sandwich is completely out of the question. Down to 1 star.

Taco Lardo is absolutely amazing. First time stopping here for fuel. Smelled the food, decided to try it and this will definitely be one of my stops. Staff is awesome. Definitely a must. Thank you ladies

This was the dirtiest location I have ever been in. Muliple staff on hand and all standing around, restroom was almost unuseable do to the lack any one giving it attention dispite the fact there was an associate using the bath room when I entered, the drink station was covered in used and dirty cups, no straws, no coffee made, the hot dogs have definitely been on there for a very long long time. We tried to find our own straws but under the fountain machine we found mold and trash piled up like it hadn't been clean in who knows how long. All the counters were very filthy. It was kinda nice to see a subway ( which was clean and staffed) instead of the taco kitchen which is normally present in stripes.

Never never never eat there you could possibly die. The bathrooms have toilet paper hanging on the walls the doors all over the floor. Don’t touch anything you could get some kind of flesh eating bug or something you never even heard of, if you have to go in , when come back out soak yourself in bleach and throw away your shoes, and go straight to the hospital and get yourself checked out.

I would think that with the massive revenue coming in from this location that they would be able to better upkeep their bathrooms. I cant say anything for the mens however for the womens restroom I could fill several pages worth of complaints... though I dont want to waste much time ill make it short. First of all I dont like sitting down while trying to keep my shoes from floating. I know im not the onlyone to notice the moat around the toilets. obviously there is a leak... I think the standing water would be the first clue to call maintenance. .. its been an issue for a while otherwise there wouldnt be such an issue with the tile seperating and dislodging. second there are two facets in the bathroom... please fix the one thats inoperable. .. I realize that I probably couldnt get much cleaner after floating in sewage.... however its the thought that counts. 3rd and this will be my final thought...... could the employees/ cashiers be a bit more personable? I didnt see a single one smile or say thank you. I even felt the need to ask one cashier if she could check me out because as I awaited in a line behind a guy trying to figure which lotto ticked he wanted she and another open cashier stared at the line forming behind him while neither one offered to assist anyone. check out the cameras on 12/06/14 around 6:30pm... for any management.... if any pay attention. thank you

Fuel pumps aren't measured right paid 150 $ it pumped 147.16 and attendant said not refunds or no putting it back on fuel card. At first thought it might be a glitch but after the 3rd time no it's not. Calling weights and measure's authority. Ripping people off is a bad thing. Also has flies all around food courts nasty.

Learned my lesson about buying food from here. NASTY. Food is left in heating cabinet for days. (Until it's finally sold. ) Place is very dirty, trash every where and lots if employees behind the counter but none to help or ring up anything. Slow. Stop here only if you have to.

Went in to buy something and i was unable to purchase anything because the cashier had to do paperwork and couldn’t sell to me. That is RIDICULOUS i will not be coming here again.
